This is very strange. I was matching the loudness of the clips in a mutitrack project separately in the Match Loudness effects window, before the mix - when I noticed few issues:1. One clip's volume is definitely lower by about -2dB than the rest, and yet it is shown as having the same -16 dB loudness.   It sounds lower, it shows lower in the meter - but not in the effect's window.2. Any changes to the volume of any clip I make with the "envelope bar" (whatever it's called ) which have an immediate effect in playback, are NOT picked up by the Match Loudness effect.  Whether I push it up or down, the volume is read at the same level.3.  Those manual volume changes on selected clips however ARE picked up in the mixdown and reflected in the mixed file. What is going on here?... is this a glitch?.....I also noticed that when at times I also process my audio on Auphonic after matching loudness in Audition, it corrects it by about 0.45 dB (every time).Which one does

All my podcast recordings have always been in stereo and they always will, which is what I want. Unfortunately, Zoom has recently changed this without notice ( one of the many reasons I'm switching to another remote recording platform), and my two recent guest interviews were recorded in mono - which I only discovered when started editing in my Audition today. I believe that it is possible to convert a mono file to stereo in Audition, but the instructions I saw online talk about blocking and unblocking the "empty channel" - and the problem is that I don't have an empty channel in the audio waveform- there is just one channel.  However the sound comes through both the Left and Right channel in my headphones. I need to have my podcast in stereo, as it includes some clips that are in stereo (and need to be in stereo) - like music, and my standard intro and outro I simply add to each episode project. So now I've got two guest interviews recorded in mono which I need to

Can someone instruct me on what I am doing wrong because I install my auto tune unlimited bundle to my PC but when I try to scan the files so I can use the plug-ins in Adobe audition for some reason it seems like it doesn't read or pick up on the plug-inS 

I find myself in a situation where I have a collection of recordings made by various voice actors, and each of them used different microphones and studios. This has resulted in a variety of sound qualities and vocal tones that vary from one recording to another. The question I have is as follows: Are there techniques, programs, or plugins that allow me to standardize the sound of these recordings in a simple and automated way? The main reason behind this question is that I have a significant number of recordings to process, and individually adjusting each one would be a very laborious and time-consuming process. Therefore, I am looking for solutions that will enable me to achieve sonic consistency without the need for meticulous manual adjustments for each audio file. I appreciate any advice or recommendations you can offer to help me address this situation and make all these recordings sound uniform and of high quality. Hello, I am a beginer, I have a multitrack session. When I want to edit a track (by double clicking on it), it takes me to the waveform editor. I make my edits on it, when I go back to the multipsite editor my audio changes have not been made. On my track I have a "Attention" sign Can you help me please?

Here is a single waveform of an entire project from Premiere Pro, consisting of multiple audio tracks: I've highlighted a couple of areas where the waveform has bias above the 0db line (it occurs in both left and right channels but I've just highlighted the left channel).I know there is a one-click solution to even out the waveform so that it looks more like the section between 3-10 minutes, but I don't remember what it is! Any pointers?TIA.

Howdy, I recently recorded a podcast with two people and two microphones. I tried my best to isolate them as much as possible but each microphone still picked up the other person a tiny bit. This leads to an echo when I mix the two tracks together. Is there anyway to extract the difference between the tracks or reconcile this episode in any way? I know people record with multiple microphones, so there has to be a way but I'm a total noob when it comes to this stuff.Cheers

Por asuntos universitarios tengo una cuenta de adobe institucional que parece que me esta causando problemas de espacio debido a que no puedo desinstalar versiones viejas de audition que me estan ocupando espacio de disco(parece que hay otros programas de adobe con este problema pero no he revizado todos los discos duros solo el central) cuando trato de desinstalar cualquiera de estas versiones creative cloud solo trata de desinstalar la version 2023, ¿alguien sabe como poder solucionar el problema? Adjunto imagen para referencia

Anyone know how to remove that kind of click?Audio from old video tape like minidv...dont know what that click are, maybe from camera tape but declick, denoise, no one filter recognize and cut it, no noise profile...need only to remove manually? 

I am using the most up-to-date version of Adobe Audition and the Rodecaster Pro II. I am using Window 11 and have ASIO installed. When I want to record in multitrack in Audition, with track 1 assigned to my main mic, track 2 assigned to anything else, lets say a second mic, and so on, anything from tracks 2, 3, etc. also records and registers on track 1. Track 1 only records/registers track 1 (a good thing). This was not an issue before. I have successfully recorded in multitrack on several occasions. I just spent an hour with Adobe Help and this could not be resolved. Any help would be appreciated! 

Hello, I upgraded from Echo Gal a bunch of years back to Audition 1.5.  When I replaced my old PC I copied all of the Audition files from my old PC but when I click on the Audition.exe file it says it's not installed.  I don't have the disk any longer, but I do have the serial number.txt file which contains the licensing information.  Is there  an installer (msi) file available for people that have the serial number, but need to reinstall the software?  I really don't want the new version, as I don't want to pay a monthly fee for software that I have already purchased.Thanks!

Hi all; I have. a mac Mini M1 and use Adobe Audition I notice that It will not export a file for CD burning in Audition and hope that this will be resolved as I do burn CDs Has anyone else had this experienceThannks in advance

Hello.Since the last Adobe product update, I can no longer transfer the markers I made in Premiere Pro to Audition using Edit / Edit in Adobe Audition / Sequence. In the versions, everything was automatic. He has a person who has found a way to do it, but this method is worthy of the Stone Age. Hi there, we are trying to locate the royalty free adobe audition music loops and beds download. Past inoformation says it can be found by opening adobe audition and to go to help/download sound effects and more.  But it only lists the royalty free soundeffects download.  Can anyone point us in the right direction to download the royalty free adobe audition music loops and beds please?

Hi, We are in the process of improving the stability of Audition and have received reports of Audition crashing/hanging in different scenarios. Some of those scenarios are not reproducible in-house, a crucial step towards fixing them. Those that we have reproduced, we have fixed. We need your help in understanding how to get the system and/or Audition (preferrably the latest available version) to a state where a crash/hang happens reliably. Please let us know if you are interested in helping us get to the bottom of this. Friends - I have an older version - Audition 3 (WIN10). I don't do a lot of editing now so CC is not needed but... in using this i find for some reason that the MERGE option is always greyed out. I actually had it work by chance this week but can't get it to work again after selecting the clips and then right click. It always wants to SPLIT which i've obviously already done.  ;-/    -  Your feedback on correcting this would be super helpful for this simple project I have. Everything else still works super great. THANKS, i need to get this working to speed up my project.

Hi all, I do my fine editing using the Spectral Frequency Display and suddenly it became distorted. The audio sounds fine but the display doesn't look right. The Hz isn't 'zoomed in' if you will, so that isn't the issue. I've tried closing and reopening, opening other projects, creating a new project, updating the software, and restarting my laptop. Everything looks distorted now and nothing has fixed it. I also tried reaching out to Adobe support but good grief, that was the biggest waste of time. They barely seem to know anything about the program. I need someone who actually uses Audition to help me troubleshoot. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,I'm having a problem with an audio that I have. The voice is doubled twice and the same voice is heard displaced very little, like a kind of echo.I've tried removing double vocals with Audition, but have been unsuccessful. I have tried several tools, including the one to remove reverberation, and it has not worked.Somebody could help me? Hello. When I playback my recording is making a "pop" and "crackling" sound. Like when a speaker is broken. I unistall the app, and install it again. And is the same. I record my voice, and playback sounds, like "monster" changed from my original voice.It was fine. I did not remember moving or changing anything.I have a MAC PROP, and AUDITION 2023, from adobe. Everything was working fine.Can someone help me please.Thak youI use "thetikee" so I can get back to this post later.

Hi, It would be really convenient to be able to double left click on the name of a marker to change the name and type from a small dropdown menu. It would be a small change that would create a better workflow and match consistency with other Adobe products like Photoshop. Hope this gets added. Thanks,Jack

What Hardware is needed to use multiple Yeti USB Microphones in Adobe Auditions?

Hello. I'm a novice user of Audition on a Macbook Pro. I was working in Multitrack and it just crashed. I've saved many, many times but the current version when I reopened the app is only showing the edits from a week and a half ago. The other tracks are there, on the index on the left, but all of the clips I had edited and placed in tracks have disappeared. Can you walk me through recovering any of the versions that I've saved? Anything at all would be helpful.

I do have a screenshot of the issue. However, when I turn on my laptop and load Audition, it's empty even if I get the message to continue where I left off. I have to manually load all of my files that I am working on in Audition. Here's what the issue was yesterday when it comes to saving Session files. Can anyone help me figure out the reason why Audition doesn't want to save my Session files ?:   I do have an update trying to save another Session File. Here are the screenshots for that.
