Hi, my laptop is 32-bit. Does the camera raw have a 32-bit version? And if a 32-bit version is available, which Photoshop program is it compatible with?
Great - all the text I just added was erased when I changed the 'Conversation Type' from Discussion to Bug. Let me type this again....I opened up this bug I am encountering with Bridge:https://community.adobe.com/t5/bridge-discussions/12-02-crashing-with-cr2-files/td-p/12972558So, while I am encountering this in Bridge, there seems to be some sort of Camera Raw dependency. I am unsure if the Camera Raw App is utilized by Bridge when creating the thumbnails, but I see how there is a possibility there is some shared code library used by both to handle the CR2 files. What has me wondering if I am on the right path is that while I originally thought this was just with Bridge 12.0.2 I am now encountering this with my Bridge CS6 7.0. In the few articles I have read, it seems like CS6 and CC use different Camera Raw plugins, so I would think CS6 would have been isolated. Any thoughts on what driver/library/app is shared between CS6 and CC and what I can try reverting to
I am using LRC release 11.3.1 with Camera Raw 14.3. I have imported some astro photos from the camera and switched to the develop module. In the lense corrections under the profile tab I checked remove chromatic aberation adnd enable profile corrections. Setup is Auto. My lense is not available in the Lens profile drop downs. It is a SIGMA 28mm F1.4 DG HSM lense. The adobe support webpage (Supported lenses (adobe.com)) Shows this lense as being available: Lens SIGMA 28mm F1.4 DG HSM A019 Lens mount Canon, Nikon F, SIGMA, Sony FE8Minimum Lightroom Classic/Camera Raw/Photoshop version required. 3/11.3 The drop downs offer very few Sigma lenses, all older, specifically:dp0 through dp3 quattro, two DCs and three DGs, the DGs are 8mm, 12-24mm and 15mm. I am running this on windows 10 on a 7 year old
Hi, I work on Camera RAW (version 14.3.0.1072) since Adobe Bridge opening version 12.0.1.246 (DNG files taken from my Mavic3 Cine). My computer is a macbook pro with a M1 Max Chipset and on MacOS 12.4 Monterey.Tonight, The app crashed suddenly during modifying colorimetry on many pictures (15 DNG files). At the beginning I thought my trackpad was responsable of that because the pointer suddenly went at the bottom left of the screen, then camera raw window diseappeared and let me returning into Bridge. Then I understood I lost near 2 hours or my working time...Not the first time. The problem doesn't come from the trackpad because when you cancel into Camera Raw, the app ask you if you want to keep or not the modifications...If someone has some solutions for this, I'll be happy to learn it. For the moment I think I return to LightRoom hoping no crash this time....Thanks for your understanding and hope I m not the one did this happen to.
Currently I have bought the Nikon Z7II and the resolutions of the pictures are awesome, but when I want to edit my RAW pictures, Photoshop isn´t able to open my files. My "Camera RAW" version is 13.0 but it requires more than 13.1 to edit my pictures. The issue with that is, that I downloaded the newer "Camera Raw" version, but it isn´t appearing in Photoshop Elements. Someone familiar with this issue?
IN ver 14.3 Bit rusty, but interface is always changing too, so headspinning. Just opened 60 images or so from Bridge. Most are BW with few color. I want to now bring them all back to color, but don't see an easy way to do this. or option 2: one color image there is in preview: How do tell ACR to just select everything and match that color one? thanks.
latest version of Camera RAW. Raw says unexpected error when trying to slect sky. Raw says cannot load AI model (sic) when trying to select subject. Doesn't matter whether use GPU is on auto or off. {Thread title updated for better reach by moderator}
Where can I find the lens profile dialogue box in Photoshop CC raw processor. I want to asign my lens profile to a batch of images waiting to be processed.
Hello everyone, since the last update I can't manage the size or rotation of the masks... this is very annoiyng and makes me loose so much time. Help ? thanks, Juan
I am a new user of Bridge, Camera Raw and Photoshop. I notice on several You Tube tutorials that in camera raw, the location of the tools are expaned across the top which seems more consistant with Photoshop. In fact, I didn't really even notice that tools like those found in Photoshop even existed in Camera Raw, since they were down the right side in a conpressed format. There seems to be no documentation regarding how to do this. Can someone give me a clue how to customize this workspace in Camera Raw? I run this on a Windows 11 PC. Thank you.
Hi! Just got phone with dng. format when I open them in photoshop RAW editor all of them came out with pink hue and some of them with big red spots, do you have any idea why?
So I have a folder where I have lots of raw images. I want to open them and apply the auto settings and save as jpeg. Is that possible with photoshop?
I cannot open my nikon z6 raw files (NEF) in adobe camera raw version 12.3 , i am using adobe bridge version 10.1.0.163, error message as follows (german version): Have anybody an idea what i can do ?thanks, prawol
On a Mac (tested this on three Macs and two PC's). I work in an environment where we store all our studio images created on Macs on network PC servers. Recently we were not able to open any of the DNG's from Camera Raw 11.2 on the Macs without changing any settings on previously finished DNG's. But if you changed any setting by the smallest or largest margin, the file would open in Photoshop only if you viewed the file through Camera Raw in Bridge. No matter what you did, the file would not open in Photoshop if you just double clicked the file in Bridge or the finder. Command + R opening in Bridge would allow you to change a Camera Raw setting and then you could open the file (change anything means: color temp, tint, exposure, contrast etc all the down the line). You only needed to change one box and the file would open in Photoshop. Go back to Bridge Camera Raw and return the changed setting to its previous value and it again would not open. It acts like its sending it to Photoshop me
Did the process for creating a creative profile change recently? I've watched several videos on how to create a profile and it no longer seems to work the same way. I only see the option to create a preset. I see that presets can now include an amount slider similar to profiles but that slider does not appear in Lightroom. I'm interested in using a LUT as a creative profile and can't find that option anymore either. Am I missing something? Thanks!
Trying to create a "Apply Favorite Preset" in Camera Raw 14.3. Any idea as to how? Thanks, David
Moon shot opens in camera raw with the sky opening as a bright blue grainy background. Any idea why?
Adobe provides a program for generating Lens Correction Profiles, yet I could not find any information on how to obtain or create an appropriate target or the specifications for such a target. Any suggestions?
O que é o câmera raw!
HelloThe luminocity smooth slider of ACR 14.3 doesnt have as much blending tollerance as the one in ACR 13.1 Even when i tried to bring as close as i could, the result is looking too clinical with the newer acr 14 version and not as organic as the one of acr 13 The older version is doing a very good job, check the images below!
Im using Photoshop 21 on PC. When I open my bracketed photos directly to Camera Raw with Merge to HDR option it doesn't do 32bit. there is no option for any 8/16/32 bit whatsoever. HDR Panorama doesn't work as well. When I go thru Automate/HDR pro, it gives me the 32bit option, but as I adjust the photo it brings it back to PS in 16bit.Is it a PC problem? Am I missing a plug-in?
I noticed some posts on this issue from some time ago, but it is still not fixed. I was happily using the Enhance feature earlier today and it was working fine. Suddenly, however, I get nothing but a black preview. If I output it anyway it does output the file correctly, but I want a preview to see if I should make adjustments to the file before outputting. I'm on a 14" Macbook Pro, M1 Max
I have run into an issue that I think is related to ACR rather than Photoshop. Currently, when I use the Merge To HDR Pro feature in Photoshop 23.3, the initial 32 bit HDR file created by the Photoshop "Merge To HDR Pro" feature ( set to 32 bit mode with "Complete Toning in ACR" ) is being converted to a 16 bit file (defaulting to the color working space set in my "Color Settings" ) when I complete the toning in the Camera Raw 14.3 interface instead of remaining a 32 bit file with an automatic color profile of "ProPhoto RGB (Linear RGB)" being assigned that used to occur. I'm not certain when this starting happening but I do know that the "Complete Toning in ACR" process was leaving the file as 32 bit after selecting "OK" and returning to PS to update the initial 32 bit HDR file with Photoshop version 23.1.0 and Camera Raw 14.1. This phenomenon has seriously disrupted my current workflow and customer projects. Can anyone else verify this issue and, if so, can someone look into th
Hallo, ich arbeite mit PS CS2 und versuche eine DNG in JPG umzuwandeln. Wer kann mir Tipps geben? Danke!
Hello. I have a problem to set the same exposure in Camera Raw for multiple photos (15-30). I don't know how set all photos the same exposure if I took a photo in automatic mode and now I would like to make one panorama.
