Tengo un problema con la configuración de Coldfusion 2021, ya configuré mis datasource de Microsoft Sql Server y la verificación de los mismos es EXITOSA, el problema viene cuando hago la modificación del "virtual directory", dentro del archivo server.xml ubicado en: C:\ColdFusion2021\Mi_Instancia\runtime\conf, mi Context queda de la siguiente manera: <Context path="/app" docBase="C:\ColdFusion2021\Mi_Instancia\wwwroot" WorkDir="C:\ColdFusion2021\Mi_Instancia\runtime\conf\Catalina\localhost\tmp"></Context>Cabe señalar que esto me ha funcionado desde Coldfusion 2011 y Coldfusion 2018.Cuando hago la modificación del Contexto de mi aplicación e intento ingresar me devuelve un error diciendome que no tengo instalado el paquete de Sql server.Error:El paquete de Sql Server si lo tengo instalado: El error surge solamente después de hacer la modificación del Context en mi server.xml. Espero alguien me pueda apoyar a encontrar una solución a esto. Gracias.

I'm getting "The app can't run on your PC" anytime I try install the CF 2018 update 13 on my Win2019 Server.  How does one go about this issue. I'm running CMD as an admin, I've enabled all admin security on the group policy but still the same issue. See attached document

Looking for some help in configuring ColdFusion 2018 Enterprise to support FIPS 140-2 encryption with backend Oracle database. Searching thru Google, I have not found a complete answer. What I found so far is I need to update the JVM java.security file as well as the ColdFusion jvm.config file and maybe even the data source JDBC URL. Setting up a couple new Coldfusion 2018 servers and will be using clustering for the first time and have run into some problems.I am having trouble with session replication. Hello all, I just downloaded the free CF2011 developer version and also SQL Server 2019 developer version both to my laptop. My Laptop is running windows 10. I tested my CF 2011 is working and also my MSSMS is working, created a test database, tables.When launching MSSMS I think by default the Connect to Server Windows is set to Windows Authentication. All I need is to click the connect button and I'm connected to the SQL SERVER. How do I switch from recovery to production license with keys. The idea is to have production in one place with disaster recovery in another place. the idea would be to initiate a rollover to the servers during an outage etc. Does the recovery servers watermark PDF etc and would I have to activate our recovery servers as production. I honestly cannot find anything on this topic and differences such as watermark on recovery installs. I also could not find out how to update the license type without re-install.

Does ColdFusion 2016 support SQL Server 2019? How about the newer versions like 2018? The Product Matrix for 2018 does not list SQL Server 2019 but I have seen some internet chatter that it was coming.

I am trying to build functionality using ajax. If email already exists in the database, it should give an alert using ajax. Hi,I read the posts about log4j but it seems like there is still an unresolved vulnerability in the jetty\lib\ext\log4j-1.2.17.jar file?  Was this ever resolved? Also, our scanners are flagging log4j under CFBuilder, I haven't seen any mitigation steps for that, did I miss something?  These are reported (from the root ColdFusion Builder directory):plugins\com.adobe.ide.coldfusion.dictionary_3.2.1.201902041055\lib\log4j-1.2.9.jar\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\31\0\.cp\lib\log4j-1.2.9.jar Thanks for any information,Alicia

  Having an issue with CF2021 working on Apache web server with Mac w/ Monterey OS   I can use the connector to configure CF with Apache but when starting apache I get this error "No code signing authority for module at /private/etc/apache2/mod_jk.so specified in LoadModule directive" and apache fails to load.   This issue is cited in "https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/kb/coldfusion2021update2.html" I made a signing certficate and signed mod_jk.so so that this error does not show and apache loads fine but still does not work with CF.   Is CF2021 not compatible with Apache on MAC or is there a work around?

Although we have DKIM signing enabled SM. Key generated was add/updated on Internal side to recievethese externally hosted emails. Emails do come through with NO signature. CFMAIL /CF admin.not sure since its the client if any work needed here. Post earlier noted signed would be done on SMTP server side which is our Web/SM. External Hosting team did a test and got email to go out and signed. Only looks like CF mail not working, I have created a test email account test@SMdomain on exsternal Web and then send email to our testing email account ???????@gmail.com and can confirm that message is encrypted. Attached the email headers and screenshot from gmail. It seems that when sending from ColdFusion somehow the messages are not encrypted. Maybe we need to select the option to encrypt the message. We installed Coldfusion 2021 Update 3 (https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/kb/coldfusion-2021-update-3.html) to mitigate the log4j vunerability, and in the instructions it says to update the web connector: After applying the update, you must upgrade the existing web server connectors. However it does not say anywhere how to install the connector. When I run this command # ./wsconfig -ws Apache -bin /usr/sbin/httpd -script /usr/sbin/apachectl -dir /etc/httpd/conf/ -v I get a message that the web server has already been configured. We are on the vesion below running on Centos 7.9:[info] jk_log_version::jk_connector_version.h (21): Connector Version: 321158  How do we update the web server connectors?

I have downloaded the following 2018 / 2021 installers: coldfusion_2018_WWEJ_win64.exe -> from http://www.cfmlrepo.com/coldfusion_2021_GUI_WWEJ_win64.exe -> from https://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion-family.html I have a Software License Certificate from Adobe with a serial number for "Coldfusion ENT 12.0 ALP AOO License UE LIC SN. The license number of 6 sets of 4 numbers separated by hyphens. I have verified that on the filesystem, the sn in coldfusion2016/cfusion/lib/license_properties matches the serial number in the adobe certificate. My organization purchased a 2018/2021 upgrade license from a reseller called Softchoice last year (which runs out in May), so I assume that we should be able to upgrade our installation with that.
