Power Points (pre-2007) are losing bulleted text when uploaded to the content library, i.e., bulleted text is in original file, but missing within uploaded file (bullet is still present, just text missing). Am I missing something obvious?

I am using Adobe 7 for online conferences, but no one can hear me during the conference.  What can be causing this problem?

I want the XML to have the dimensions, the speed, a fade with frame times, and background color. The flash I wanted to have a play/pause, next and previous button that appears when the mouse is hovered over the slideshow. I've been looking at a lot of tutorials but they all seem to have a different way of loading the XML file and referring to the different attributes. Any help?

Good day:Following the process we have always used when Training content issues cause a User to "Fail" a course.Within the Curriculum, we select Reports > By Users.Click the Student's nameWithin Curriculum Contents, we click override button for the course.We change the Status to Passed, and revise the score to 100.Click SaveWe get a short hourglass, and a status bar message:  "opening page https://admin.na6.acrobat.com/admin/cou ... urriculum - " (that's as much as I could capture in a screen cap)When I go back to the By Users report, nothing has changed on the user's record.Anybody else?  Any suggestions?Regards.Dave

     I am new to Adobe Pro. I have downloaded the trial version of Pro and I am attempting to create a PDF form that totals a list of dollar amounts a person would enter on the form. Is this possible with the trial version and if so is it possible that someone with limited knowledge like myself could create? Is a set of instructions that would help me with this issu? I have a medium format negatives and large 6x7cm ideal format negative sizes. How can I recreate the negatives to 35mm standard negative size: 24mm x 36mm with the least compromise in quality? Thank you.

I'm using a third party conversion utility but am now having problem with it.Does Adobe have a command line utility that will convert PDF to TIFF?The only other feature that would be usefull is to be able to reducethe image size if the resolution is too large.Thank you,Larry

In Adobe Professional, create a new link using the following steps:- Create Link- Custom Link- Click Next- Go to the Actions tab- Select the 2 following Actions:     - File>Close     - File>Exit- Click Ok on the 2 dialog boxes.-save the pdfWhen you open the document  (in Reader or Professional) and you click the link, the File Exit action never occurs (Adobe stays open).  For certain users, the File Close action works (but not the the File> Exit).Please note that all users have the following configuration:Edit --> Preferences --> Internet --> Display PDF in Browser = UNCHECKEDEdit --> Preferences --> Internet --> Allo fast web view = UNCHECKEDAll users are using Adobe Reader 9.2, and the behavior is the same for all.

It's a real simple script. All we do is have users fill out a form with information and it's sent to a php file on the server, which then sends an e-mail to the admin with the user's input then sends a thank you e-mail to the user. I used regular web forms using the post method with input tags. The php code recognized the values of regular htm forms, but we are converting all of our forms to PDF. I am having problems with Acrobat form submission. I tried sending the data using the http submit/post, but I cannot figure out how to stop it from displaying the user input inline (ie. name=nameaddress=addresscity=citystate=state). Our clients cannot receive e-mails with everything inline like that. I cannot send it using mailto: or by the default e-mail either because the clients cannot receive attachments. I heard that sending the form via xml and parsing it would work, but when I use the parser it needs the exact .xml file name and every time someone submits a form the file name changes.

I would like to have participants log onto an open LIVE meeting without a host present. Setting the pod option to allow all partipants to have audio doesn't work unless everyone is already logged in. Why can't participants have audio by default when they log in?

I would like to ask the following questions:1 - How does Adobe Connect's VOIP compare to that of Skype?2 - In a breakout room scenario (using Adobe Connect) I assume that you have to use Adobe Connect VOIP? What toggle options do you have? I mean can you listen to individual rooms or must you listen to all breakout rooms at once? Can you allow only certain rooms to hear you (the host) speak (you may want to talk to a room in private) whilst you listen to all breakout rooms (say three breakout rooms or more)?Thank you for any advise you can offer me.Rob.

During the first few weeks I used Unviersal Voice I could connect to numbers in the 202 area code. Now it seems to only connect with toll-free numbers. Are some Adobe servers local to 202, or did a loophole get closed, or did the service get changed to not connect to local numbers, but ONLY toll-free ones?

HelloI can only appologise for this question, especialy as everyone here seems to know more than the basics.I want to train staff at satelite hospitals in real time with voice over the internet and using powerpoint etc.  The learners must be able drag and drop and click on text images etc. (like webex offers). Is Connect Pro the software for this.Do I purchase a single copy or is it depending on the numbers to be trained.Are there any additional costs after purchase.Our IT department will set the system up.The information out there is a little confusing and customer services using type chat weren't brilliant.Thank you

Hello-I am newer to the Connect Pro training piece, and am having a hard time getting a quiz posted that will show us how well participants do. I have attempted to publish as SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and AICC with no luck. When I use the test utility at SCORM.com, I get a complete report of time taken, scoring, etc. However, Connect Pro does not seem to pick that up. Is anybody successfully publishing quizzes to Connect Pro from a third party app? In my case, I am using ViewletBuilder Enterprise. Thank you.
