Hi. I use adobe connect conference meeting with my laptop. I am host.My attendees use adobe connect for mobile. There is no problem when I speak to attendees and they can hear me. but when one of the attendees turn his microphone on and speak and then turn it off, he can not hear me. Indeed, he can hear a very very low of my voice.
Hello, Due to coronavirus, I have to use Adobe Connect to follow classes, but the application does not seem to be working. Each time I try to log in, the application starts loading and then it just stops loading halfway. I am using windows 10 and I have tried launching the application from different browsers (Google chrome, Edge, Internet explorer). I also tried to login with browser but it doesn't work either, and anyways I need to use features that are only available in the application.I hope someone knows the solution to this because I am becoming quite desperate 😞
Hi all-I recently ran a webinar that had 2900 registrants, but only 200 could get in. Most of the rest that tried were getting a "503 server not available" message. Any idea how to fix this? Is this on Adobe's end?

I see the below message when trying to access the meeting room.My colleagues have the same issue: The Meeting Room could not connect to the Adobe Connect Server. Please re-launch the Meeting Room, or refresh your browser to restore the connection.
can the host read the private message between 2 attendees in adobe connect ? and another thing, can the host see which attendees used the private message ability or which attendees had private chat between them in adobe connect ??
Sometimes when opening Adobe Connect via the app, the layout presets are not loaded. This issues occures randomly and sometimes is resolved by itself. Other times the only fix is to create a new meeting. greeting Barbara
Hey, when i fill out the form and click on "sign up", the page does not react anymore and the blue sign up button turns grey, so i can´t click on it anymore. I don't receive an e-mail for confirmation and I fill out the form correctly. I tried it with different browsers, but it´s the same.
Hi, since last week we cannot broadcast in 720p 20fps anymore. We got three connect accounts, the highest setting is always 240p 10 fps. When will this be fixed? Our customer demands a better quality way better than 240p. Is there anything we can do?
Hi all,I can no longer use the add-in, as the loading screen just hangs there forever. I've googled the problem, and tried every solution I've found, but nothing works. I've tried through Chrome and Edge although it shouldnt matter which browser, as the problem is with the add-in. I'm on Windows 10 and i've tried the following:- Deleting and reinstalling Add-in- Rebooting- Deleting cache and cookies in both browsers- Manually removing the left over files after deleting the Add-in- Updating Windows and browsers- Adding Adobe Connect to my firewall- Doing the different fiddly bits in the Flash Player settings- Allowing browsers to run FlashI've got another PC on the network with similar specs, and on the other PC everything works.Any suggestions as what to do now?
Dear all,in a 90 minute recording of a webinar with two presenters discussing, the webcam and audio track of one presenter is faster than the one of the other. So after some time, they become more and more detached, which makes it impossible to understand the conversation.I experienced this before and therefore did an audio capturing with another software parallel to the meeting, so I at least have a decent sound file, but it is of course not matching the video. Is this a known problem? Do you have any solutions for this?Kind regards

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 epidemic that we are in, distance education has been started in universities in our country as well as all over the world. In this process, we wanted to increase the number of licensed virtual classrooms we have from 10 to 15. We wanted to add 5 classes. Anyone experienced a problem when logging in to Adobe connect with the application that sometimes certain passwords woudl not work?
We cannot get video to work on the kids chromebook for their Adobe connect classes. Webcam works with every other application but not Connect. When they join everything says it is on and the camera image is green to say it is activated but there is no picture coming up. just black. Does anyone know if this is a compatability issue with Chrome? The app is not available on the Chromebook that I can see so have to run through browser. Suggestions?

whenever I use Bluetooth headphones with adobe connect, the presenter's audio either speeds up so fast that I can't make out any words, or slows down so much that the presenter is unintelligible. Can somebody help me?
We have connected our Adobe Connect room to a phone conference via Universal Voice. So the speakers in the room and the speakers in the phone conference can be heard in the phone conference as well as in the Connect room. This works well.But when an uploaded mp4 video is played in the Connect room the sound is not broadcasted to the phone conference. Can this be changed?
Does anyone else have so many problems this morning? 12 Meetings have crasher and no one can connect to them any more. I had to create new Meetings, because that was the only way to connect.And a bonus problem: when you create a new Meeting, even though I have done everything right, there are no layouts in the Room except the Notes pod which has some error info. I don't know what is going on, but the service just keeps getting worse and worse. Seriously thinking about switching to a more reliable platform.

I have mp4 recordings that have been uploaded into Adobe connect. My clients can only view these recording if they use edge or internet explorer internet browsers. I have found an article (See below) on a workaround but there are no steps. Can anyone help me out? Hello, Our organization is having issues starting around 7:30am EDT. Most meeting rooms will not load. They are gettign stuck 'Connecting'. It effecting some meeting rooms and not others. Mutiple users experiecing the same issues.

Hello,I am giving a lesson at the university with Adobe Connect program. I have two important problems. First of all, I can't open the course link with the desktop application. When I select the desktop application, only a white screen opens. For this reason, I do join with the classic view. This reduces the quality of the connection. Sounds are going and coming.Another issue is the screen share. When I want to share a screen, the program doesn't allow this and it kicks me out of the classroom. But I can do it in other programs.I have reviewed the previous forums for these two problems. I am using the latest version of Adobe Connect.
