hello, I want to test Connect to see if its a good alternative to Zoom but notice there is a 25 user limit on the trial. I just want to check, is that per room or for the whole trial. So could I have 5 rooms with 25 people in each room or would it be 5 rooms with max 5 people per room to make up the 25?
Hi,we just started to use Adobe Connect. While I was managing my account I accidentally removed the admin permission for my account. There is no other admin for this account, so how can I get back the admin permission?Thanks for your help,André

I have tried resizing the window every which way on various resolutions of monitors. Can't collapse or adjust attendees box, nor separate chat box which are features I would expect but don't seem to be present. At the very least I would liek to be able to view the chat.
We have Adobe Connect throughout the enterprise; however, we are shifting to Microsoft Teams for calls, planning, and even PowerPoint presentations, since it is integrated with Office 365 apps. However, there is not the versatility or utility that Adobe Connect has for interactivity, polls, etc. Is there a way to use Adobe Connect (interactively, not just sharing my desktop) within Microsoft Teams?
Hi everyone, I need to participate at a webinar but, unlike last time, I'm unable to sign up at adobe connect. It says my password is wrong which can't be true. However, accepting that my password was apparently wrong, I requested a new password. Unfortunately, even now, after half an hour of waiting, no e-mail was sent. I also checked the spam filter. I work for a company and one of our users is attending a course that requires them joining meetings hosted via adobe connect . Is it possible to join meetings via adobe connect without installing anything on our IT systems ? I know the likes of Webex , zoom , etc allow you to join meetings without installing anything . Is it now possible to play videos within a PowerPoint presentation through Adobe Connect? I saw another post from 2013 mentioning that the presentation would need to be converted with Adobe Presenter. Is this still the case?
I lost connection to Adobe server and got disconnected from the Meeting room. When I connected back to the same link I was in a different room session, separated from those who didn't lose connection and there is no way to get back to that first session. It's like there are two separate Meeting rooms that are accessed from the same link, but no one can get to the first one except for the participants who didn't lose the connection and didn't fall out of the Meeting session.Why is this happening and how can we get to those participants that are stuck in the first session to tell them to log off and log back in so that we are all in the same session?
Today, 03/31/2020, between 9:30-10:50 and 11:00-12:20 US/EST, I experience a lot of dropouts, and even each had the platform crash on all users, kicking everyone out.Adobe Connect status page show green. Was something going on and will this happen again tomorrow?
Hello,Our association bought some days ago a licence for Adobe Connect (webinar manager 100), we are trying to do some simple test: one of us create the on-line meeting and the other connects to it, but this does not work. Sometimes the person who wants to connect get the message "the user limits for this accounts is exceeded" whereas we are only 2. There is probably a mistake in our settings but we do not find it, not even in the on-line FAQ and tutorials. Would you have a details solution for us. Many thanks in advance
Like so many, I am using AC as an e-learning format during the COVID-19 period. I set up my meetings so anyone with the url can join, thinking some parents might join and wanting to keep it simple. I have had students share the url, impersonate real students and wreak havoc during the sessions with horribly inappropriate chat comments. Other than restricting access in settings, I still cannot understand how these hackers could overtake my screen and delete the speaker icon and other control items I have at the top middle of the screen when broadcasting. Can anyone explain how to prevent this?

I've watched many tutorials which instructors thought how to install adobe connect on local windows server mostly in VMware. I guess I need vps to follow those instructions.What I'm really looking for is how to install adobe connect on subdomain of my shared hosting which uses cpanel. Is it even possible?If yes, is there any tutorial how to do?Thanks
So basically when I use my computer camera when I put my left hand up it shows it on one side, however when my webcam is used I would put my left hand up again and it would be on the other side. I think it may have to do with whether it is a front or rear camera and what I need an answer for is how can you rotate the camera back to normal when chatting
Greetings.I am running a course using Moodle. It has one lecture and 3 tutorials. 2 Tutorials run concurrently. All together 4 staff members have access to Moodle.Now due to COVID we have to deliver this course online on the same times using Adobe Connect.I thought of creating 4 adobe connect links; one for lecture and 3 for tutorial. So each individual teacher can create their own groups and run Connect sessions. How to do it? Could you please tell me the procedure.TIA.Sai L
Hello, In my online Adobe Connect recordings, two people are having a conversation. When I download the recording (which I've done multiple times), they are talking over each other at random times. Does anyone have any ideas of how to solve this? Thanks so much!
I am trying to use a third-party registration site to register attendees for an Adobe Connect event. With the "Event Login" block in the event templates, it populates a hyperlink that redirects attendees to the native Adobe Registration page. See below: Is there a way to remove that link or replace it with a different URL? Alternatively, is there a way to delete that whole sentence from the login page? Thanks
Just signed up for the Virtual Classroom Manager 200 and as the Administrator I am trying to set up a new Virtual Classroom that anyone with the URL can access. I set it up but when anyone that has received the URL for the Virtual Classroom tries to attend, they get "user limit exceeded". When I look under Administration, I see the following:Do I need to add my ID (that is currently ONLY a member of "Administrators" to another group? When I try add my ID to Traiining Managers for example, I get the same "limit exceeded" message.Dazed and confused...help!
We want to make sure that what is said in the breakout room can never be heard by the people in the main room. From what I can see, if someone accidentially hits "end breakout room" suddenly everyone else can hear everything. Can I disable this feature so it starts with enabled breakout rooms and the cant be ended by the hosts?
Using Windows 7 and most up to date version of Chrome.I am evaluating Adobe Connect for Learning.I've tried everything I found on the net:open port, enable Flash, update Flash, run the Chrome as admin.Adobe Connect application for some reason installs in Russian (even through my profice has correct time zone, although I don't see how time zone has anything to do with language). There is no way to change language. When accessing a virtual classroom Adobe Connect Application opens and get stack on "loading". I've spend 2 hours of my very precious (at this point in life with small kids) quite time and I still couldn't get it to run. I keep getting the message of "application could not write to hard drive" as well when trying to share the screen. I want to love this product but how can I evaluate it if it cannot be properly installed?And on top of that, it looks like there is no actual support from Adobe in terms of sending an e-mail outlining the issues.
