I'm pursuing online course which is using Adobe connect to deliver lectures since past 6 months. Things were ok till november . But since early december things are going bad . I'm facing huge issue with audio quality ( audio is delivered in buffered manner ). Audio is barely understandable . Sometimes bunch of audio is played in one go. I had been following up with the institute , but they are not able to help so far. I'm using 50 MBPS broadband wired connection . Interestingly once I used my mobile's internet connection to access course and I did not faced latency issue. Can you help in resolving this issue .
We are publishing SWF files to Connect as an LMS and wondering if those training modules will be usable once Flash is retired.

Hello,I am a Carmen support tech for the Ohio State University and I got a call from a professor who is having trouble sharing his screen in Carmen Connect (https://carmenconnect.osu.edu/). He is a frequent user of Carmen Connect and noticed that recently (as of 1/9/2019) he is unable to share his screen while hosting a meeting.He has uninstalled and reinstalled the Adobe Connect Add In plugin, which is required for sharing his screen. We've done this step multiple times and confirmed it via the Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test tool (at https://carmenconnect.osu.edu/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm). He reports that all four checkmarks show green during the Connect Diagnostic Test, but the problem still remains.He can share his whiteboard, documents, and other presenters are even able to share their screen, but no luck sharing his screen.Can someone help us out?
Hello, I will try to explain my issue in text but please also refer to the video link for a clearer picture of what's going on.I'm using the latest version of Adobe Connect, downloaded from the Google Play store. When I launch a Connect session, I am prompted to open it in the Connect app. The Connect session loads fine. If I click on the Chat Pod, the chat conversation is revealed. When I click on the text field to contribute, the keyboard appears and then immediately disappears. The Connect window becomes full screen with the powerpoint slide. I then have to click on the top left to reveal the chat pod again, and the process repeats. I am not able to contribute via the chat pod at all. My administrator gave me the same permissions that he has but I am still not able to change the "Actions" for a recording to "Take Offline" but he is able to do it no problem. WHY????Many thanks,Houston
Hello Everyone,Is there an easy way to download all of the files from a meeting (not the recordings, but the files)? Under the meeting page is the tab for Uploaded Content. I can click on the file name which opens a page that gives me the "URL for Viewing" which I can then click on and download. But I really don't want to do three steps for all of the files that have been uploaded.The files do not appear under the Content tab, only the Meeting tab, so I can't use the directions for downloading Content.Thank you.

Hello!I am a recent migrator from GotoTraining. GoTo has many issues, but one thing it does really well is registration. Once a user is registered, it sends Calendar appointments and reminders to that person ahead of time. It also has follow up emails etc. Does Connect have any of these features? Hello everyone, We have the following situation:We need to have a simple video-conference when the main person that speaks is visible by every participant in the conference but he himself should see in his monitor not himself but a webcam of a selected participant (school audience). We cannot seem to find how to differentiate what the main lecturer sees from what the audience see. Is that possible with Adobe Connect?Thank you in advance.
Hi, I am learning how to produce/host virtual learning sessions on Adobe Connect. I see lots of tutorials on the Adobe website but is there a place I can go to actually practice? I have already downloaded the Adobe Connect software to my laptop.

0 down vote favorite I am trying to extend a java integration which adds users into meetings/seminars in adobe. The problem that is being experienced is that the code was originally using "principal-list" to see if the user already existed or if a new one was needed, however, if a guest already existed with a given email address then a new principal could not be created. So I know I can change the lookup to use "report-bulk-users" which looks to include guests but I am not sure if there is a way of converting the guest to a user. I know it is possible through the Adobe Connect UI but not sure if it is exposed through API.I have tried using principal-update with the principal-id of the guest along with type being user but that doesnt seem to work and from looking at the documentation type can only be used when creating a new principal.

In my organisation there are 4 people who need to use Adobe Connect. I was thinking that Adobe Connect Meetings with capacity of 25 people would be fine for them. Is it so, that with one licence only one meeting can be going on at the time? If they all want to have separate meetings going on at the same time we should buy four licences? If we buy one licence can anyone be the host if the meetings are not happening at the same time or is it only one dedicated person who can be the host?

Hello,So, from like a week, Adobe Connect will no longer lunch. The problem is that the blue bar is fully loading and then stops. It worked before, I don't know what happened. Tried to reinstall it like 10 times and nothing works, put it to go through the firewall, nothing. I can no longer connect to the meetings so I really need this fixed. I also tried the Adobe Connect test and it says it all works fine.Thanks

Yesterday I was supposed to deliver two webinars via Adobe Connect. The first one was in the morning and it went fine. The second was in the evening and I was unable to load Adobe Connect on my laptop - it launched the app and the blue bar extended right across the screen (whatever that's supposed to indicate!), but then it stopped and didn't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing happened. I had to cancel the webinar in the end and felt like a fool. My company will certainly be using a different webinar app in future but out of interest I'd like to know if anyone can suggest why Connect failed the second time.

До вчерашнего дня 22.11.2018 обучение проходило хорошо и видео все было ОК !!!На моем ноутбуке видео и аудио открывалось при помощи программы Adobe Connect. Потом видео стало подтормаживать, зависать и в итоге появилась вот такая картина.К своему письму прилагаю скриншот моего экрана загрузки Adobe Connect. Далее ничего не загружается и видео и аудио связь отсутствует.Уважаемые форумчане! Может кто-нибудь сталкивался с такой проблемой? Подскажите пожалуйста как решить этот вопрос?Заранее благодарю. I have a recording from a meeting conducted in 2016 that will no longer open/play. It just says "connecting" but it never opens. I also get the pop up below.I receive this same pop up on some of my other recording links but they open/play. Any advice?
I am starting a training for a job on Monday and they asked me to intsall adobe connect but I keep getting this error every time I try to test it.Please help, I cant seem to find any solutions to this problem.
