Hey everyone,I have some issues with my expired PS Subscription. My PS expired maybe a few weeks ago. I was about to reenable my Subscription but it wont let me do that. It says:"You already own Photoshop." "You own: Photoshop -> You're buying: Photoshop"Then it doesnt give me any other options besides buying Photoshop for a Team / switching to Teams Plan. Does anyone know how to fix this Issue? 

Just a while ago I decided to buy a monthly subscription plan for Photoshop. After finally paying the 26 euro fee, I downloaded the Adobe creative cloud app, from which I was supposed to download Photoshop, however it's asking me to pay again. When I pressed the button for payment it says that I already own the product. The clanker for support isn't helping at all and talking to a real agent doesn't currently work. Has anyone experienced this as well or is it just me?

Dear Adobe Support, I am absolutely shocked and furious to see that Adobe has charged me 431.86€ on October 11th at 6:43 PM, despite the fact that I cancelled my subscription on October 10th, well within the 7-day free trial period. I also received a confirmation page stating that my cancellation was processed correctly. It is now over a week since this unjustified charge was made, and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism in this matter. Not only have I not used any Adobe applications since October 11th, but your company doesn’t even provide a direct contact or email to address such issues. This is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount of 431.86€. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to take legal action, including filing a formal complaint for unauthorized billing and reporting this to the relevant authorities for such practices. Adobe is in breach by not having a complaints procedure, which is a legal requirement in the UK. I shall be complaining to the FCA. Also, being unable to cancel a product on the promise of a reduced rate for X amount of time is misleading and mis-selling, as a result, I shall be starting legal proceedings under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Protection Regulations. It's about time terrible, exploitative companies such as yours are brought to heel. I also expect my account to be deleted and a full refund of £213.57 to the bank account you've been unlawfully draining by the end of the week. Failure to do so will result in legal action for a far bigger sum.

Bonjour j'ai testé adobe pendant une semaine et on m'a facturé au matin alors que c'est censé être demain je crois la fin de l'essai gratuit (peut-être c'était hier) mais je voulais annuler car je l'ai utilisé qu'une seule fois je pensais en avoir un plus gros besoin mais c'est pas le cas donc je veux demander un remboursement.

They keep locking the threads of people complaining so here is another one. Adobe emailed me saying the price will increase from $14.29 AUD per month to $23.99 per month, a 67% increase. So looking for another option. I don't even use Lightroom, just Photoshop occasionally.

I canceled the membership within the free trial and have an email to say it was cancelled however I am still being charged, unfortunately only noticed after being charged a few times.I went to cancel and it was still saying I had to pay the rest of the annual fee.Could someone please help me check my account situation? Thanks

I purchased a premium membership for Lightroom on July 13, 2025. However, I deleted the app because I didn’t have enough storage space on my device. When I tried to reinstall the app, I no longer had access to the premium features, even though my membership is still active. Could you please help me? I have two-step verification turned off (!), but Adobe ignores this and keeps sending me verification codes by email every time I try to log into the behance or fonts.If I attempt to turn the e-mail two-step verification on (to turn it off, becauce maybe it's stuck or sth), I get forced to provide a phone number on top of the email address.  Seriously, Adobe, you're not a bank. How do I turn the two step off, if - according to the setting in my user account - it's already off.

I have been charged for September and October monthly subscriptions - £4.98 and £19.97 each but when I try to cancel the subscription I can't see it asscoiated with any of my 3 email addresses and it is not registered to my phone number either. How do I cancel this subscription and get the 2x monthly costs refunded?

I have paid for premium & have since changed phone. I have signed in with the account premium was brought for & it is not giving me access to the features on my new device. Can you remedy this please as the subscription isn't cheap?
