Signed up for a free trail, but now wish to cancel it - due to expire in 3 days. When I click on "Cancel plan" button in my account settings the next screen just hangs on the loading screen and wont load. Ive tried this for 2 days now and do not want to incur the monthly subscription fee for something I dont want and have tried to cancel well before the trial ends.
The Manage Payment Method interface on your account management website has a major flaw: once entered, credit cards can not be removed. I don't think I've ever encountered a website before where if I enter a credit card, then enter another card later, and I can't just click "remove" for the card I no longer want on file. Mind you, this is not me attempting to remove all cards I have on file. I have an active subscription and understand 100% that Adobe needs a card on file to bill things to every month. Most sites would call this a default card and as long as you have one card on file, set as default, you're good. So, I decided to "contact" Adobe via chat. I just left my browser window open and maybe an hour or so later somebody popped on to "help" me. The "help", after some back and forth, I got was essentially this: "I can not help you even though I said I could initially. I can only see one card on my end. If you see multiple, those should just disappear sometime"
Hi, my annual prepaid plan was renewed 2 days ago and payment deducted a few hours ago. I have since cancelled the plan and would like a refund and total cancellation from this month onward. I do not require it to continue till May 2027. Please assist in this as soon as possible.

Probeer al een week mijn fotografie lidmaatschap op te zeggen, maar na aanklikken opzeggen, blijft het scherm hangen en komt niet verder. Eerdere vragen en antwoorden geven geen echte oplossing. De linkjes werken niet meer. Kan op geen enkele andere wijze contact leggen om lidmaatschap te stoppen. Echt heel slecht dit en kennelijk gaat dit al jaren zo.

Are these considered legitimate subscriptions for end users? Can Adobe revoke or cancel access to these accounts at any time? Why would a user pay a third party for access instead of subscribing directly through Adobe? Are there any risks around account security, data access, or long-term availability? I have the Creative Pro plan and know the pricing on that just went up. But on top of the $75.14 (correct charge) I have a recurring $10.88 payment being charged to my credit card from Adobe. This charge happened 4x in one month before I contacted Adobe via chat. They looked into it and do not see the amount in my billing history. Which matches what I see too. So we assumed fraud. I called my credit card company and they refunded me and sent me a new card.Not even one week with my new card the $10.88 was tried to charge me today. After the first fraud claim I switched my Adobe to be paid via Paypal instead of my CC. I immediately called my credit card company since this charge should not have even come through directly to my CC. They confirmed 100% that it is Adobe making this charge. So we had to refund and cancel my card again. I contacted chat support and they were very unhelpful.
