Hello, I didn't know where to write my problem. I bought a 7-day trial Adobe membership, but I was think I wont be billed after the trial period ends but the invoice has been issued. I havent used the application even once and won't use it. This payment is too much for me... I would happily pay for it if I used it, but it is of no use to me. What can I do?

Desde hace unos dias se abria el cuadro de dialogo al abrir Photoshop, como para contratar un plan de servicios, cuando tengo el mismo en pago automatico desde hace años, por toda la suite completa.Ahora en la cuenta se ve el mensaje "Error de pago", y las apliaciones no abren ya que figuran como "Trial ended" y "Subscription ended" solicitando renovar.En el Adobe Store, se ve el historial de pagos correcto, asi como en la tarjeta de credito.Esto me impide realizar cualquier trabajo con la aplicacion.Necesito revisen la cuenta para reactivar mi plan y las aplicaciones.Ya intente salir de la cuenta y volver a ingresar sin exito.Gracias 

Went to cancel plan on the annual date, went and agreed to 2 months of InDesign for 'free'.Immediately decided they probably were trying to hook me up for the next entire year with that, and now cannot cancel without a 110 pound cancellation fee! I haven't used Indesign since agreeing, and currently am still paid for in the last month, but am unable to cancel something I have not used yet?! Pls help, am afraid to cancel and get a refund because I cannot afford the chunky cancellation fee if it doesn't work

Hello. I hope you are well. Many weeks ago, I decided to check out Adobe stocks because I needed a reliable place to get clip arts. Since it has a free trial, I decided to sign up for it. On doing that, I discovered that the clip arts can only be edited in Adobe illustrator, an app I do not have access to. So, I decided to end my trial since I cannot use what I get from Adobe Stocks. It has been at least 3 weeks since then and almost everyday, I get notifications that Adobe is attempting to charge my card. The option to delete the card is not there and I cannot access the 'manage plan' page because an error message pops up saying that I need to update my payment method, and implies that I pay $32 before I can manage my plans. I also cannot delete my account to end the constant billing attempts because "I need to cancel my plan first". I have not used any of the stock credits since the time I excitedly signed up for the trial. I purchased an annual student plan last year, but my student plan has since been cancelled and changed to the regular subscription and payment. My current university provides Adobe Suite for free, and would prefer to cancel my subscription so I can switch accounts altogether. I'm a bit frustrated the annual subscription renewed itself, and now I can't cancel it without incurring a massive cancellation fee. My new annual plan is less than 24hrs old, and I feel I should be able to get a full refund and cancellation for the renewed plan. If no refund, just no cancellation fee. Support has been hopeless, each time I try and get on with a real person, the conversation is immediately ended for technical difficulties. 

Dear all,I would like to share a great experience in losing money with an Adobe Pro subscription of 3 months free subscription. I took PDF Pro when it was a 3-month trial in June 2022 for PDF edit feature for filling a form. I forgot to cancel the subscription. Then it subscribed automatically to an annual plan and started charging ₹1,596.54 monthly. I didn't notice the charges.  I tried cancelling the plan, but it showed that I needed to pay 50% of the annual fee as an early cancellation. I discussed this with the Adobe customer care agent in chat, and then they understood the situation and received info from them, they cannot help to cancel the subscription without any charges. Rather they give the option to reduce the plan to ₹797.68/month for one year. After that, on any time when I check the subscription to cancel it will show early cancellation charges 50% and that month the subscription will end. And is it safe to purchase the subscription with the customer service on chatboard? I was a student in an Adobe authorized IT school to study CS6 design and creative suite for building website at 2012 in East Asia Pacific area. I got the Adobe's offical certificate from this school after studying this expensive course. As it is an authorized school partnering with Adobe, they offered a legal version of CS6 free of charge (of course the price has been added in the course fee) for every student.  We needed to submit our proof of study as a student for this school to East Asia Pacific Adobe and claim a serial number for this education CS6 version from Adobe. I have no reason to question this school will buy their copy from illegal way as they are partnering with Adobe to provide course for over 15 years now, even nowaday they are still providing courses for

I first started using Adobe back in 2009 as a student user (still only a beginner). About four years ago I switched from a student account to a personal account. Not sure how long I have been paying close to $60 a month for Creative Cloud. The programs I use are Premier, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.  I would like to try Captivate but at the moment I use Techsmith products for my screen record.  Which is not cheap.Every once in a great while I'll try video enhancers, Lightroom, Aftereffects, and Audition. Which plan would work for me? Really would like to eliminate apps outside the Adobe world.Videos are made for YouTube DTNLivingLife Thanks for your time. 

I bought Adobe off Groupon . They are still selling different versions of the ad still Groupon Link  Its a scam. It starts off with you purchase it, and then they send you an email and a password for your new adobe creative cloud. I open it, and change the password and email like they tell me to... so Im using it for some days and then the trial is over, my billing didnt go through. Billing ? I thought I already paid. So I look at the billing and it has someone elses credit card info, so I write to groupon. Its an obvious scam. Groupon is a legit company and should not be selling scams. BUT my creative cloud is gone. I am a bartender working double shifts to pay for my music career, and was tired of using my roomates creative cloud cause I use AE, PS, Illustrator, I use it all making videos, photos, writing, layouts You name it. EVERY SINGLE DAY. So I was like ... you know what , Im never buying anything again unless its directly from the vendor. Lesson learned, I move on and

I signed up for Lightroom Mobile and only use Lightroom Web and Mobile. Somehow Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock got added to my account. Two things I do not use. Apparently I'm stuck even tho I didn't approve of this and have zero need. Please advise.

I would like to cancel my subscription to the ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE service.  The last payment as well as the 11 payments each month during the last year were taken from credit card on the 26/04/2014. As I have not used this service since more than one year, I would like to request a refund of € 144 subscription fee. Thanks.

Adobe has been charging my bank acocunt for last 6-7 months with no subcriptions. I checked my adobe account, there is no active subscriptions. I spoke to bank and they asked me to contact Adobe. I have been going back and forth between Adobe and bank. I have seen many other discussions where Adobe is charging accounts without subscription. Is there a scan going on by Adobe!!! Who is going to refund me all the money that I have so far to Adobe?

Hey, I have used PS and the various photo editing software for years.   My son is now getting to the age where he woud like to tinker in the App so that he can learn it and use some of the benefits for school. Why does Adobe not offer a "Family" subscription option to support kids downloading and learning the applications for school and for future use.  It would be great that while they are living at home that they should be able to get the software.
