Creative Cloud installs new versions of apps but does not remove old versions. Is it safe to remove the old versions? Is there anything to do before removal?For example, I now have 3 versions of Bridge, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and more...  

Hello guys , I need your help , I cant find my beta panel in desktop app , even i followed the instruction in the forum , but still not here , also in oobe ServiceConfig.xml dose not exist , everything is working good , just i cant find the beta appsAlso my plan is a Team plan.thank you guys

My creative cloud will not work offline.  I cannot access files or open any apps.  I would like to do work on an airplane during some business trips.  Any advice?  I've tried reinstalling, the apps are downloaded and updated.

Across the Adobe apps I use I am constantly harrassed with endless notifications similar to the one below to use services and features. Is there any way to perrmanently gag Adobe apps? As far as the tiny fraction that might be useful, I don't even care about missing them if I could have blissful peace using the apps I'm {over}paying for. I tried shutting off notifications under Account | Notifications in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I don't doubt that might have disabled hundreds  of notifications, but I 'm still bombarded with distractions whenever I open an app. Thanks

Bonjour, Je suis étudiante et mon école nous a fourni des accès tout en gardant mon compte avec mon adresse mail perso (je crois que c'est bien ça, quand je me connecte on me demande si je veux utiliser mon compte personnel ou celui du lycée, on m'a dit de cliquer sur mon compte personnel). Au lycée tout marche bien.Je souhaiterais installé les logiciels sur mon pc fixe mais surtout sur mon ordinateur portable car nous n'avons pas accès a des ordinateurs dans tous les cours bien que cela soit indispensable pour certains... Cependant je ne trouve pas comment installer les logiciels (illustrator, indesign, photoshop) sans mettre mes codes de CB pour une version d'essai alors que je suis censé avoir déjà un accès pour les deux ans à venir. J'ai trouvé péniblement des liens de téléchargement, et après avoir installer creative cloud, cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, pour exemple le message d'erreur que j'ai eu lorsque j'ai essayé d'installer indesign en pièce jointe. Le lycée

I can't open any files saved in Creative Cloud within Photoshop or Illustrator.The programs are acting as if they are pirated versions, with no internet access. I can only open files saved on my local computer. In Creative Cloud, where it should sync, it's stuck on the message "Fetching Storage Info...".When I try to open files from the cloud within the program, I get the error message: "Couldn't download '.pdsc' due to an error."I’ve already contacted a specialist via online chat but didn’t get any resolution. I just reformatted my PC, all drivers are up to date, including my Windows 24H2. I believe the issue might be related to IP, proxy, DNS, or something similar.Please help!

Can someone help me with syncing or uploading files to Create Cloud? I understand the Creative Cloud File sync has gone away (why would Adobe do such a thing).  I recently upgraded to 1TB for the purpose of having access to many files despite what device I am using. Now, I cannot seem to upload those files to the cloud. Is there even a way to do this? I have 1TB of space without a wayto upload files so they can be available to me when I need them? If this is  the case, are there any alternatives? I was one of those who thought about canceling my subscription earlier in the year. I didn't because Adobe is so ingrained in my workflow, but i really need to start looking for alternatives, unfortunately. Thanks for your help!

Hi, I purchased a package with apps on Adobe, but when I open my account, the apps don’t appear, and I can’t access the premium features.

Getting an new computer . My Photoshop app has been disabled by adobe so program shuts down. If I have to pay for a subscription, I want to work with an older version of photoshop WITHOUT all the new Ai technologty on the 2024 version. Does anyone know if this is possible?

This might be a dumb question (yeah), but do you have to delete the apps once a free trial ends?

Hi everyone,I have MasterCollectionCS6 and CreativeCloud installed on my dear old PC.The PC still works very well even with Win10.The problem I've been having for about a year is that in the "Installed Apps" window of CreativeCloud few software from the entire Collection are visible. I only see AfterEffect, inDesign, Audition and Dreamweaver ... all the others are missing.On the PC, however, the apps from the Collection are all installed and working.Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?Thanks in advancebyeDnL

Hi, I need some help atm: I have the year long all apps plan on creative cloud, but every single app reboots the PC when doing anything GPU related. Even when disabling "use GPU" in the individual app preferences.Motherboard is Gigabyte Technology H610M S2H DDR4. The CPU is a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K, there's 32GB of RAM and the graphics are Intel UHD Graphics 770. Harddrive is an internal Samsung SSD named MKNSSDEV2TB-D8 with 2TB and about 600GB free space. OS is Windows 11 Pro 23H2 build 22631.4249 - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?Thank you.

bonjour, depuis plusieurs jours, impossible d'installer CREATIVE CLOUD.......Il a commencé en ne se lancant plus pour cause de fichiers endommagés., jai donc voulu le réinstaller comme il le demandait. seulement, il prend du temps et fini par me dire, que c'est impossible pour les mêmes raisons.. j'ai tout essayé, le creative cleaner, désactiver mon par feu, RIEN............ je ne peux plus travailler donc ca deviend urgent, merci pour votre aide

I have been using Adobe since 2000. I had ridiculously sad news given to me by Adobe that had taken all my photos and videos from Creative Cloud and deleted every single one of them without going out of their way to notify me of such a tragic disservice. When I notified Adobe that Creative Cloud was no longer on my computer, they told me that they had deleted everything and had given me notice in February.But I got for an excuse that they were moving into a new format or something and notified everyone of this occurrence. However, I had notified Adobe several times prior to them deleting my photos, and not one alert or notification by anyone I spoke to, not even a notification or alert on any of the responding emails of my interactions with Adobe to alert me of this horrendous Injustice after paying for years, and putting my trust and Creative Cloud to hold under safekeeping of their promises to have my assurance that my files were safe with adobe. I'm creating some basic "how to" tutorials for Photoshop Elements and need to do some screen captures.  Is there any software in Creative Cloud that can do this more efficiently than me editing my "print screen" images in Photoshop?   I'm hoping to eventually do some video tutorials as well so would like to know if there's some similar software to Screenflow in Creative Cloud?   Thanks for your advice and help.
