Already paid and installed extensions from Adobe Exchange are not displayed in Creative Cloud. This makes it impossible to manage these extensions and install them on a new computer, for example. Is there a solution to this problem?

Why does Adobe continue to infiltrate and take over our machine with all these extra applications. I just want to run photoshop and lightroom a couple times a month. Why do I need 8 other apps that continutally run in the back ground and continually buggy running with multiple other instances in the background.  This is just madness. All of this bloated junk and a premium price just to run 2 apps a couple times a month.

ho acquistato ID DESIGN 2023 ed ho ricevuto la mail con il link per scaricare il software, ma quando la apro mi propone Creative Cloud e non ID DESIGN 2023 e se lo cerco mi propone di acquistarlo.

Ok just subscribed to creative cloud all apps yesterday. Annual plan paid monthly. I want to learn all softwares basics then advance. Where do i learn and in what order?

Hi there,I used to have a Photoshop license provided by my employer. Now that I’ve left the company, I’m trying to set things up using my personal Google-linked account. However, for some reason, my account region is set to Russia — which means I can't purchase anything, not even start a free trial.Because of that, I can't even uninstall Photoshop from my PC. There is no "Uninstall" button in the Creative Cloud app (only "Buy" or "Free Trial"), and Photoshop is not listed in the Windows control panel under installed applications. When I try to remove Creative Cloud itself, I get an error saying that some apps still require it — even though I can’t access or remove those apps.On top of all this, I can't change my account region — there's no option in the profile settings, and your chatbot refuses to connect me with a real support agent because I don’t have an active plan (which I can't buy due to the region lock). Are you guys serious?Could you please stop holding my system hostage and l

Trying to upload tiff files to cloud storage, no working. it says Some type of files are not supported!

It has been a few days that when I'm using any Adobe software, there's a time that suddenly my mouse cannot click anywhere else other then the software itself. I can still move it, and change windows and act on them via keyboard (Alt+Tab), but it won't click anywhere! It first happened to After Effects, then Illustrator and now InDesign too. If I close and reopen it solves the issue — until it happens again. It's becoming disturbing! ---I'm on Windows 10, up-to-date, and all Adobe software up-to-date with the latest release as well.

Hi , My account is not displayed on the creative cloud desktop, and the Adobe fonts I activated through the font web page cannot be used normally. When I tried to open the Creative Cloud from the web page, an error was displayed, but these problems did not occur when I logged in with another account.

Hola!, necesito ayuda. Cuando contraté el plan se podia abrir los programas hasta en 2 computadoras. Ahora no se puede? Alguien sabe? Me sale un aviso de que su cuenta está siendo utilizada en otro dispositivo, y claro!, la uso también en un macbook.

Lot of users cannot find older versions. Same goes for this: Changing version often is not uncommon in Premiere.

I am trying to do updates on Creative Cloud. I get a message:Please help - very frustratingThanksHarry

HI I am trying to uninstall creative cloud from a Mac but when using the uninstaller I get a message "Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it."I then check my installed Apps from the list in the Creative Cloud menu bar and there are none installed. So what am I supposed to do? I do however have some installed on another machine is that a factor? I only want to uninstall creative cloud from one machine and not the other.-Ian

I've recently noticed that when I add a whole font family from Adobe Fonts to my Creative Cloud, all styles are synching such as light, bold, italic etc, but for some reason the 'regular' styles are not showing! Regular italic appears, but not just 'regular'. It's doing this for various font families and not just the one. Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Ive tried restaring Creative Cloud, Adobe etc but still get same issue.

I tried every process the link redirected, also tried the creative cloud cleaner tool as well, no luck. even tried searching for online help. Is this a recent issue or a issue from my end.

Hello, it is not possible to make a payment (bank information is entered correctly). It shows an account error. Reinstalling the Adobe account does not help (see image). What else can I do?

Can an Australian subscription have a China based designer using Adobe Creative Cloud sub from Australia?

I can not change russian language in Photoshop - only russian is available in dropout menu. Is it Adobe policy to use this ... ???

During the first installation, I unchecked the AGS installation box, now I understand that I need it, but I just can’t find where to install it.

Why does my Creative Desktop keep telling me that my Photoshop needs updating when it has already updated it to the version it wants to install? The only way out of this is to tell it to install it again, and it then starts doing so, and soon realises its mistake and stops and tells me it is updated! Grrrr! It does this even when it has updated itself first|! Bob Frost
