Creative Cloud won't sync and open cloud files I can't open any files saved in Creative Cloud within Photoshop or Illustrator.The programs are acting as if they are pirated versions, with no internet access. I can only open files saved on my local computer. In Creative Cloud, where it should sync, it's stuck on the message "Fetching Storage Info...".When I try to open files from the cloud within the program, I get the error message: "Couldn't download '.pdsc' due to an error."I’ve already contacted a specialist via online chat but didn’t get any resolution. I just reformatted my PC, all drivers are up to date, including my Windows 24H2. I believe the issue might be related to IP, proxy, DNS, or something similar.Please help!
