I went to open My Account today, including sign-in with the Autheticator. I was surprised to find it all in Slavic script (? Russian ? Ukranian). Does this mean it has been hacked in some way? How can I change it back to English? I attach a partial screenshot

A week ago I decided to uninstall Adobe Dreamweaver (among other apps) because my 1TB SSD is getting full.Since the day I uninstalled DW the Adobe Cloud Desktop keeps giving me a popup alert referring to DW files and the choice to " keep | remove | cancel".This is not happening in  the usual way. It may be hours between one alert and the next and a week later I am still getting this notices. It doesn't seem to matter what I choose. By now I have chosen all 3 multiple times. It just keeps asking. Additionally, Adobe Cloud Desktop opens at the most inopportune moments, like when I am having a zoom meeting, working on something delicate or just simply answering an email.It takes over the interface and won't go away until I make a choice. DW is not listed under installed applications. Hey everyone, Are you like me, having a license for an Adobe app that you've bought yourself and suddenly you end up with a team that wants you to share another app, so you can work from home, or be part of a project, then finding yourself confused as you end up not being able to use your own app together with the teams app due to the restrictions in the Creative Cloud app, that is wanting your to switch users between apps and making the other app useless? Well I have a little workaround for you until Adobe realises that they need to allow for several logins in their Creative Cloud app so you can run their apps seamless, regardless of who paid the license. I'm not sure if it's this easy for PC's, but it works like a charm if you're a Macintosh users like me. I just set up a second user on my Mac, and on that second user I log in to the teams CC account to run their apps (in my case InDesign). I really would like the developers to think about a more seemless use of two accounts, than to have to log in and log out of one CC user to another CC user.  I'm helping out an organisation with their quarterly magazine, and I've been an almost lifetime user of Photoshop (as I'm an avid photographer and former pro), so when the asked me to help them with their magazine, I said sure, as I can quickly fix any bad photos by launching my personal copy of Photosohop to do so. But I was floored that I had to log out of my personal CC account to join their team, which quits any open projects as they don't have Photoshop in their account. This is not smooth while working. I'd love for it to be possible to have two accounts running simultaneous in Creative Cloud, as it's a true pain to log out, log in, and then you notice some small thiing you forgot and you're back in the log out and log in loop. Due to the amount of files, we use the Creative cloud storage. We do this by sharing all files with our design team.All data is about 600GB, for this reason we have always used External SSD to keep the speed high for every user. Unfortunately, since the last version of OSX "Ventura", the external SSD is seen as a Network device, formatted as EXFAT. Is there a fix for this? This has always worked great in the past. I wonder if others also run into this issue.Error: "Sync is not supported on network locations. Please choose a different folder."

What part of "quit" do the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app developer(s) not understand? When the user chooses the "quit" option in the modal dialog after choosing "Quit" from the file menu, the user expects the "Creative Cloud" process to completely stop and no longer consume CPU resources. But for some stupid reason, the app process continues facelessly and chews up 2%-4% CPU on my i9 laptop which is not insignificant when it's on battery power and I'm not doing a single damned thing with any Adobe app. I expect this behavior when choosing the "hide" option when quitting (just typing that makes it sound even more stupid on Adobe's part), or I can understand some other daemon processes continuing to run, but the main "Creative Cloud" process that is the app should quit without question. If I then re-run the desktop app, it hangs, reports in Activity Monitor as "stopped responding" and chews up even more resources 😕😕 So I'm quite sure that one of your nine thousand

I've been using Adobe Audition for 10 years, Creative Cloud for the past six years. I receive plenty of desktop notifications from CC, but I don't understand why I receive a notification that Audition needs to be updated when I have always had the automatic update option enabled. So, after I initiate the update, and it completes, CC then notifies me that Audition has been updated. That's pretty silly. My current version of CC, 5.9.0.373, is running on a 2018 Mac mini under OS 12.6.1 (Monterey), and this issue also existed under my previous OS, 10.15.7 (Catalina).

Hi,Hope all is well with you.At work, we started seeing the following message after installing Adobe Creative Cloud and trying to update it:"The installer has detected that the User Account Control(UAC) is turned off.Please turn it on to be able to proceed with installation."See picture below as well. We've turned on UAC and the message still comes up.UAC is turned off by Group Policy and all necessary securities are in place.We just recently started seeing this issue, so Adobe CC was working fine before.Any possible workarounds or suggestions for a fix are greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.Hector

Hi,I am trying to figure out which program/software component/... is slowing down my workstation after a few minutes Key data of my system:Win10 Enterprise 21H2, Intel i9-10980xe 3 GHz, 64 GB RAM, Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000, m.2 SSD, 2 4k monitors, latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud 5.9.x e.g. working in Photoshop and Indesign is sometimes or after first steps very tough and delayed, the screen build of the panels on my secondary monitor is sometimes in slow-motion. Small screenshot of my setting/layout/panels of ID:  At the moment I am interested in which components of Creative Cloud are necessary and if they all work fine. Please see my screenshot of the task-manger. I am using a Mac computer and only have Lightroom and Photoshop installed on it from the CC plan, today i neded to restore my Mac from a Time machine backup from the day before and after the restore had completed there was an Adobe LogTransport icon on my desktop that was not there before. When i click on it nothing happens and i am unable to delete it. Can anyone tell me what it is and why it has suddenly appeared?   Thanks. Darren   Picture of the icon attached.

Hi there, I installed creative cloud successfully, it opened and it updated itself. Everything was fine but suddenly several command prompts opened with the path referring to a not existing gnode.exe!Inside the cmd window it is written:Welcome to Node.js v16.13.2. Type ".help" for more information. > I checked the path to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libs\gnode.exebut there was only a node.exeI tried to change the name, and it went well but after restarting, the creative cloud opens white showing nothing and saying it wants to repair but can't. (there was also same exe file in common folder I also renamed it but still the same!)  Any time I install a fresh creative cloud I have this problem, my laptop is new and it is TUF FX507ZR. I am using windows 11 and cannot downgrade to 10 coz there are no drivers available yet! Please guide me on what to do to solve it. Thank you. 

In June 2022 I purchased a license for Photoshop Elements 2022. I did not want Creative Cloud--I only wanted to use PSE as a standalone app. An Adobe tech support agent was able to delete CC for me, but I in Win10 File Manager, I still have this "ghost folder" (for lack of a better term") that I can't delete.  I get a popup as shown in the attached screenshot. Please, somebody, let me know how to resolve this.  Thanks in advance.

Do you need to keep old version of applications such as Photoshop 2019 if you are downloading the new version?The old versions are taking up space and I'd like to delete them if they aren't needed.

We are trying to use AWS VMs to have an ARM Mac and an Intel Mac as hosts for our Mac virtual machines. Right now, we're trying to resolve a problem we're experiencing with the ARM VMs. Everytime we install and open Creative Cloud, it shows a blank screen. When you hover the mouse over the window, or click around, some of the elements of the dialog will appear, but ultimately, the CC app won't display correctly even though it seems like everything is in there.  We have tried the following:Uninstalling, then reinstallingRepairing the installationUsed the CC CleanerTried different Virtualization software (UTM, Parallels, VirtualBuddy)Tried different MacOS (12 and 13)Installing CC when downloading an Adobe app  Note: We tried installing CC on a Mac Intel VM loaded from a Mac Intel host and everything is working fine. Screenshot shows what it might look like hovering around the dialog

I am so sick and tired of this happening: The CC app tells me that there is an update available (in this case LR Classic) but when I click on the "update" button nothing happens. I keep having this problem intermittently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am at the point of losing my patience with Adobe. I pay them a subscription fee every month to use their software and receive updates as they are released. How many times do I need to uninstall the Creative Cloud app, download it again, and reinstall it?mac os 11.7

Hello 🙂 I don't know if I am in the right section of the community but i'm rather new to this. The problem is that I cannot access my account. When I tried to connect to my account, on the website and Creative Cloud, it said that they sent a verification code. Problem I do not have access to the email I used to create an account so I cannot receive that code. And no other options apppear. The mail I used is a school email (these .edu ones) but it is not linked to a mailbox. I thought the emails sent on this email address were directly redirected to my other school email, but no. I contacted the customer service but it wasn't helpful because they cannot make change to one's account anymore (so actually there's no point in contacting them), I have to connect to change the email myself (great when we can't connect in the first place). The Adobe help center also doesn't help as it states that other option should be available when there weren't any. So I don't wh

Hi, i reach my storage limit I deleted permanetly 80% of the files even from the trash but my storage limit stil toped. In other hand, my ceative cloud files area is all empty. I only have files in lightroom and there the trash is all empty aswell. I have been trying to contact adobesupport but it is a mssion impossible.. I apreciate any help. Thanks in advance 

I've been trying to use my Adobe apps from my plan without having Creative Cloud Desktop installed and it seems impossible. I've been on support for hours where I've been linked sketchy backend downloads that don't work. I'm not sure anyone will be able to help, but does anyone know if Adobe does anything to support this? Every time I ask support for help they just tell me how great it is and how I don't need the individual installs.

Hi,  I am constantly getting the message "CCXProcess.app is damaged and can’t be opened" on my M1 MacMini since I installed Ventura 13.0 on it. The error message is exasperating, as it keeps popping up on top of everything else and I can't even send it to the back using ⌘+TAB. Even when I close it, the window keeps popping up after just a few seconds. I tried to repair it using Creative_Cloud_Uninstaller.dmg, but to no avail. The issue persist. Is there any way to solve this difficulty? Thanks.

I want to upload photos to my Creative Cloud on my Windows PC. How does this work?

Hi,I'm relatively new to CC. I understand from reading that cloud files are stored in the cloud, and sync files are stored separately, While I see that I can access them all from the cloud, what is irritating me is that I have two sets of folders for each project eg. one in CC and one in synched files. Is there no way at all to just have the one place?! I need my files to work in a way I like before they get messy! Thanks, L

I am encountering this error when trying to update Adobe Illustrator via creative cloud. I've tried to uninstall Illustrator and that too results in an error as shown below.  Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
