Ich musste mich gerade in Lightroom auf dem iphone neu einloggen. Danach wurde ich vor die Wahl zwischen den verschiedenen Profilen (persönlich und Business) gestellt. Dabei hat sich rausgestellt, dass meine Lightroom Daten im persönlichen Account mit 100GB stehen und ich keine Daten mehr hochladen kann. Im meinem Business Account sind 1TB frei.  Die deutsche Anleitung habe ich gesehen. Aber es kann ja nicht sein, dass ich jetzt 189GB herunterladen soll, lokal speichern soll und dann wieder hochladen soll.  Ich möchte bitte eine Lösung, wie meine Daten von persönliche in Business übertragen werden können. Und vor allem möchte ich eine Sicherung haben, dass keine Daten verloren gehen, weil mein persönlicher account gerade zu wenig Datenvolumen besitzt.

So in the previous 3-4 months I have noticed what has to be the biggest bug in Adobe apps there can possibly be. When I save an InDesign or Illustrator file to a work folder, and I click on a folder to put that file into it - say... saving a FINAL print PDFx in a folder called "FINAL" - when I click on that folder, the filename changes to the name of the folder. THE FILENAME CHANGES TO THE NAME OF THE FOLDER!!!! This completely screws up my workflow. I cannot have this happening when I need to save incremental proofs with dates and numbers in the filename - this cannot happen AT ALL. Never, in the history of using Adobe apps, has they failed like this before. Yes, lots of bugs, lots of shortcomings... I have lists a mile long on each app but Adobe does not listen so they continue to be a pain to use... But now this? What is going on?

Can anyone tell me if Adobe CC has a software that acts as a social network planner? If there is any feature in Adobe CC that connects all our social media and from there we can publish scheduled posts designed by us.

I have created a number of libraries in Indesign full of brand assets and shared them with my colleagues.They have accepted and can view them in their online accounts. They have saved them in order to make them accessible in their desktop apps but the libraries are not appearing in their desktop apps.They have the CC desktop app and are signed in.I've been trying to trouble shoot this for over a month and it's driving me spare.It would be a shame to not be able to use the assets I have spent so much time building.Any tips most welcome as my company IT has been of no help.Regards and thanks in advance.

Creative Cloud runs in the background and consumes internet usage which effects my overall use of applications which also require internet. Unfortunately I do not have the option to upgrade my internet as I am in a remote location. I have been advised that I need to manually close the application in the background after every use OR uninstall CC, and reinstall in when I need to update my apps like Photoshop. This is a huge disadvantage and discourages me from continuing with these products. There are other products that don't require a subscription that I will be looking into, unless Adobe makes a change with their product. I recommend adding a feature within CC to allow the user to close background syncing, and turn back on when the user wants to utilize the sync feature. I believe without this feature, you are eliminating a percentage of potential clients.

I both a new MacBook Pro M1 and in Adobes apps the space bar is not working. Has anybody else these problems?Antero

Somehow I have 2 adobe accounts.  The correct one has my monthly subscription to CS Suite.  The other, which I suspect my employee signed up for has a 7 day trial.  I signed out of the second account and into the original one and can't open any of my apps.   I have attached a screenshot of the message.   When I click on the popup to close it the application closes.  I am using an Imac running High Sierra.  Help   Moderator note:  Image removed because it has your email address.

I have a i5 and i can barley open the program. It takes so much computing power for no reason. I wanted to uninstall photoshop etc cause they're extremely expensive but I had to do it through CC not the windows default remove programs. Getting CC open was a massive pain, kept updating and crashing at 3% IDK why every program adobe makes is barley functional on anything but a 2000$ gaming rig. Gotta say, adobe should have high prices because 95% of people wouldn't ever use adobe programs even if they were free, gotta charge the ignorant 5% a lot moreto make up for it

This is a little urgent as I am a student. So as in the title, Creative Cloud won't load my custom fonts. A while ago I thought it was just cause I activated too many fonts at once, but when I deactivated them all, the issue was still there. I've turned off the fonts option in preferences, logged out and logged back in, uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled, did the repair, I even did the Creative Cloud removal tool. Nothing has worked.  I should also add I am using Windows 8 64 bit, though I don't know if that changes anything. I just want to be able to use more fonts for my assignments than the default fonts. So what should I do?

Hi,I'm studying again and so got the Creative Cloud student discount. I had an annual billing premiere subscription and was wondering if I could get out of that without paying the cancellation fee as I need my money more than adobe do 😉

Ich habe mit Erstauen festgestellt, dass ich ein Abo jetzt noch nicht auf Ende der Laufzeit kündigen kann, weil ich kann dann per sofort kündigen müsste und Kosten für eine vorzeitige Kündigung anfallen. Sondern ich muss quasi 1 Tag vor Ablauf manuell kündigen. Ist das ersthaft so?

I use the Creative Cloud Sync feature on 3 different computers – but have found that, for some files, if I delete them on one computer, the next time I log back in to CC they are redownloaded when they should remain deleted.Is there some way of deleting that I'm missing? Do you have to delete files/folders on the same computer that they were created on (hopefully not)?I'm using a Mac running OS Sierra on two of the Macs and El Capitan on the other.Thanks

Hello there! I have some old versions of Adobe programs (see attached pictures), - and these old versions take up an incredible amount of space on my hard drive. Is it so that I can delete these old programs? Or? Thank you so much for the answer!

Hi,I have Creative Cloud with my school and in Lightroom I have 100 GB of cloud storage. However, when I open up Photoshop, it says it's full and I only have 2 GB. Do I have to pay seperately even if Lightroom has the storage? Thanks!

How do I uninstall Creative Cloud. I have tried opening it from the app but it says file corrupt. When i try and delete it, it says i can't because it is open. 

I have a folder in CC with 7,600 files in it. If I rename that folder in the web browser view, will all other users have to suffer through a long resync?

On a system we have, that needs Adobe AEM continually uninstalls itelf (Minimum of 5 times now). the only clue I have been able to find is this. "Application 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Experience Manager Forms Designer\FormDesigner.exe' (pid 11928) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID"The uninstall is usually after about an hour after the install. We have used the same installation media to install on other systems with no issues. Any ideas?

Hello,I've read the forums - "Select all" keyboard mouse combinations don't work - I have thousands of files to delete in a trash that never empties in the cloud. I've tried the "select all" on mobile devices - it will select all but then deleting just spins and spins doing nothing. I've even chatted with customer support who simply told me the same thing, that I need to delete items in my trash myself. Bottom line. I want to delete all the the items in my cloud. I will not spend hours and hours clicking boxes in thousands and thousands of files. Is there any way for ADOBE to delete these with a request CS seems to say yes then wants to use select all on my computer WHICH DOES NOT WORK. Stop the maddness. Help me. Please. Someone. I feel like Joeph K here.
