Questions

I want move photos into another file. It freezes.

To tired or to dumb to figure this out today. I have an online newspaper that I want to have clickable/printable coupons in. How do I have a prebuilt coupon they can click on that prints that coupon...I guess what I am trying to say - do I store it elsewhere or ???. At this time any help is welcome so I appreciate your help.

I just bought a new Macbook Pro 14". Yea! After installing Creative Cloud and Lightroom/Photoshop 2 days ago, I've continued to see "Core Sync" listed under "Using Significant Energy" when I click on the battery icon in the menu bar.  I do sync my photos with Lightroom in the cloud, but they are all synced and backed up. What is this "Core Sync" process and why is it continually using "significant energy"?

Nothing but trouble since DW moved to Creative Cloud. Repeatedly having to obtain access codes to sign in. Once in I can't use applications in a timely manner because there is some small update that always seems to be waiting to install. At least give me the option to defer those and get to work. Cloud applications...not all they are cracked up to be. Give me my desktop application back any day.

I just upgraded to Mac OS Monterey and Photoshop Elements 2021. I now have Adobe Creative Cloud installed. I don't remember if the install process required this. I don't use any other Adobe apps, and never will. I thought Photoshop Elements for Mac isn't on Creative Cloud. I don't want Creative Cloud. If I have to have it to use Photoshop Elements 2021, I will find an alternative and abandon Adobe altogether. I'm not going to allow Adobe to infest my computer with apps and processes for things I'll never use. Do I have to have Adobe Creative Cloud installed to use Photoshop Elements 2021? When I tried to run "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" I got a pop up that said I couldn't do so because I have Creative Cloud applications installed on my Mac that require it. I don't think I have anything other than Photoshop Elements 2021 on my Mac, though maybe the Photoshop Elements installer put installed something else.

I registered for the seven days trial to get Adobe Reader. Then, I do not see Adobe sending any comfirmation to my email. I relized that I registered an account using the wrong email name. Therefore, I cannot activate that account. Thus, I cannot log it. And then Adobe still charge me for the subscription on that wrong account. I want to cancel my subscription on that wrong account but I cannot log in to it. Can anyone help me, please.

Bonjour,L'icone de Creative Cloud n'est plus apparente dans ma barre de menus (sous Mac). Comment faire pour la faire réapparaitre ?MerciLoïc

Hello, I have embedded an Adobe Spark page into a Wordpress page. It is full width, but is cropped much shorter than the full content. I've tried adding in code to make it 100% height, but it does not seem to be working. Anyone have a fix for this?

sometime in the past i had an adobe account on my main email, i deleted an email on adobe. I wanted to add the email to my active account and it still tells me that the email is in use. it has been taking about 14 days .Please help me.. Marek Hanáček My email : REMOVED Thank you , Good day   [personal information removed for your protection][This is a public forum, not Adobe support, please do not post personal information]   Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message-click for more information about scammers https://tinyurl.com/10791730

I'm new to this. I've created a Spark Post — accidentally it appears to be limited to one page. I want that Post to be converted to the beginning page of a Spark Page — I think. I would like to create a piece with the ability to page down or or scroll down to reveal a number photos, headers and text. I should have figured out how to start the project as a Page instead of a Post.

I have been trying to log in on 3 diffrent computers this morning and I have not been able to connect with the servers. Is there anyone that can confirm that there is an issue and how long it will be out as i need to Edit a show...  Earlier it was giving me error 206

My cloud storage is full. No files to be seen anywhere (myself and support have checked). I'm pretty sure it just pulled all my old lightroom catalogues when i signed up as it was full instantly. I just want it deleted so i can start again. I've cleared all my lrc back catalogues etc. I've tried help centre chat 3 times. Three times i've been promised a callback that day... NOTHING. Honestly I don't know what else to try. I've emailed several times too. I know i'm just one insignificant end user, but any tips either on other reasons my storage might be full or to get some HELP from Adobe? This has been an entirely dissapointing (and FRUSTRATING) experience! Thanks in advance.

Hi, i'm testing the .net api i'm trying to upload multiple jpeg images, convert them to pdf and then concatenate the results to a single pdf. But when sending to convert the images sometimes it gets stuck and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. Do the test credentials have any limitations regarding the number of times i can hit the api in a period of time or something like that?

HY, I actually want to change my Behance Adress. How can I do that; example;    www.bahance.net/giulia to www.behance.net/giulietta    .... can t find the wayThank you

HelloI have Adobe CC on my desktop and laptop.     When I try to use without internet access it will not work.      What do I need to do so I can use without internet/wifi? Thank You.

So I purchased the Spark Plan with should include 100 GB of storage and access to tools like Portfolio if I understand what's listed in my details correctly. Yet when I look at my file storage it says 2 GB and Portfolio will not let me publish it displays a message asking me to end my free trial by purchasing a plan.  Was I wrong to believe that the Spark plan included these features?

About a week and a half ago I purchased a student creative cloud subscription and was working fine, I edited a video a couple nights later with no issues. I haven't opened the app and loged in until today and now the app is telling me I need to start a trail when I've paid and used their apps. When I try to check my sub, the account's page tells me I didn't pay and to add to this, they wont let me contact support as they say I don't have access. What do I do?

I use files and folders between my desktop and laptop (Surface Book). However, I have considerably less storage on the laptop, so would like to have a work in progress folder that does sync and have the rest as on-demand folders, where I can download files if I need to.  This is something I can do (and do for my other business) with Microsoft's One Drive and works really well. I have a 'Work in progress' folder that is always kept up-to-date, and then the rest of the files and folders are visible, but are not physically stored on the laptop.  I can't find any settings for Creative Cloud other than having sync on or off and where the synced files get stored. Is it not possible to do the same thing with Creative Cloud?  I guess I can do a workaround of using the One Drive storage instead for work in progress, but I'd much rather use CC, if it's possible.

I had been looking to get Adobe XD and so installed it to my surface book 2. Since then I noticed that I had a huge battery drain occurring even when the laptop was in sleep mode! I literally went from 100% down to 76% in the space of a morning without ever even opening the lid of the laptop. Luckily this is a brand new surface book 2 and I could track exactly when the battery drain started happening as I haven't installed much at all yet.I literally ran the trial of XD while having a coffee and learning session on Sunday and my battery, which typically lasts all day, was in power saving mode after just 3 hours! Given that XD doesn't use the 1050 gpu and nothing else was being used this is insane! Needless to say I uninstalled Creative cloud and XD but, lo and behold the problem persisted. This had me baffled until I found out that un-installing creative cloud does not in fact un-install the drivers and services that were installed with creative cloud. This includes the actual culprit,

Good Morning All 🙂I have to use (currently for a while) a Windows 10 machine.I installed the latest Photoshop yesterday and it seems the C: Drive is down to only 7GB free space. NONE of my work is on the C Drive - it is either saved to CC or, I have seperate, connected drives for ALL my files, so the only things on this C Drive are basically, the CC Apps. I have these installed: PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignPremiere ProBridgeDimensionCamera Raw And I need all of these. I am a Mac User (usually) and struggling a wee bit to navigate around the Windows 10 system but I am stuck with it for now 🙂 **Am I correct in assuming that it is best to REMOVE the Creative Cloud Desktop which will then remove ANY other older versions and then, download from scratch and re-install these Apps above? Do you think that will give me more space? When I launch the latest version of Photoshop now (23) I get an error message that it can't sync my Profile and to re-st

Like pic collage apps on cellphone ... this new feature (demo'd during Adobe Max Claudio Zavala Jr session) will be GREAT when using polished DSLR desktop photos. CAN'T WAIT!!! gary
