Am I the only one that is having trouble with trying to open any of the apps in Creative Cloud. All I get is spinning on the Mac with Catalina. I try sometimes for 3 hours just to get Photoshop or InDesign to open ... this has been going on for months. I have uninstalled the apps, Creative Cloud, removed the preferences ... everything that has been listed in these types of forums. It is getting really frustrating to spend more of your day trying to open a program than to actually design something. Any suggestions???
What is a normal (something that doesn't involve a "possible fix" or 3+ steps) way to not have adobe start its spyware "help" or "updates" applications? I set all of the adobe malware "software" to not start with windows following the guides on this site and forum. This is painful. Sometimes I have to logout of Creative Cloud because it is buggy, won't sync, or I'm switching Adobe Creative account accounts (yes I have two). When I do, I'm forced to shutdown every application. I have 10 files open in Photoshop, 15 files in Illustrator, 3 files in Adobe XD....etc, and I'm forced to shutdown everything. This is nuts. If I log-back-in into creative cloud, I still cannot stop this shutdown of the application. This is maddening. It is so unnecessary what Adobe did. Am I in a violation of some sacred decree when I logout of the Adobe Creative Cloud that it behaves in this forceful-shutdown mode? I think it is time to fix this problem.
Hi all,I have difficulties unterstanding the use of my Cloud storage.According to Lightroom, I have 70 MB used, which I can understand because I do have some pictures on my library. However, according to the Cloud website, I have already used 125 MB and I cannot find the other 55 MB worth of files.I assume this must be something linked to Photoshop, because I played around editing some photos. However, I don´t see those files, I checked in the cloud, I checked local - no idea what takes the storage space.I also checked the deleted items.Any ideas where to look?Thanks!
I'm trying to get rid of Dropbox for sharing image files (I'm a photographer) with a variety of people: models, MUA's, producers etc, NOT final image delivery to clients. I'm finding it uploads very slowly compared to Dropbox though and I keep getting annoying error messages telling me folders aren't loading because the folder names have symbols in the (they dont) and it's just one or two more steps to share files than it should be. Are other folks out there using it to share images with people OUTSIDE the Adobe ecosystem?How are you finding it? Are you having any issues or problems? Any tips or thoughts on how to make the process smoother?Thanks!
Hi,every time when I open an project in Adobe Spark this message is displayed:(Its in german, english translation: "No branding access. You will no longer have access to the branding that was previously assigned to this project. Instead, your standard branding was chosen") I'm using the free web version of spark and I never selected any branding. If I click 'OK' it continues to load and never opens the project?!?!!?! If I create a new project it works fine, I can create my video and everything is perfect...until I clode the project and reopen it. Same thing happens... I don't know what's wrong with this service.
The gallery opens, however any of the effects you click do not engage. No film grain, paint daubs, any of the available effects. I've tried several times with every single one of the filters and none work. I really needed to use the film grain for this project, I mean, what am I paying for? I had to go and use Exposure instead to get the grain. Not acceptable. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions? Adobe is worse than Apple trying to get help!
Can the CC desktop app be scripted to logout a user?We have a machine connected to a laser cutter and most people forget to logout of CC, but they remember to shutdown the computer.
I received an invitation over email to review a document through the Adobe Creative Cloud. When I click on the link it asks me to login and once I do, I can't seem to access the shared document. I can see it in my dashboard on the 'Shared with you' tab but when I click on it, instead of opening the file, it redirects me to the 'Files' menu and 'Synced files' page where it says that I have no synced files. I'm stuck in a loop trying to open the document and there is no other options to view the file (other than Leave). They have shared the same file with me using multiple email accounts and it's always the same problem. They also shared it with someone else and there was no issue. Any ideas as to why I can't seem to get it open? Thanks!

I would assume that the CC Library icon should be the same in indesign and illustrator, why is that not ? Is there a releavant UX reason to this?
I can't understand the logic behind the removal of this simple method to open up my library files... Previously:(Double Click) on a CC Library File would launch the application and specific file for editing. Very efficient method to quickly jump into work Now:User must either do one of these two:1. Right click and select "Edit" from drop down list2. (Double Click) > secondary screen > click on very tiny pencil icon to "Open in Source Doc". GRIPES:I can't even say how many times I double clicked on something, expeciting it would trigger the opening of the file while I went on to handle something else. Upon returning, I see the silly pencil icon. REQUEST:Please bring this functionality back or atleast a method for users to set this as a preference. Thanks~ @illartech - Digital Marketing Services
Can photos in the cloud be accessed if one stops a subscription?
Hello,is it possible to remove the folder "Appdata\Roaming\Adobe" from the profile roaming.Our users use partly physical PC, partly virtual machines, with these the profile is inflated by the above-mentioned folder and the machines crash.Or would it be better to exclude only the two folders that are so large? I have been a paying user of the creative cloud suite for the past four years, as I am now a senior in college. I'm confused because I pay for the cloud services annually, and no longer am lsited as a paying customer even though my cycle begins and ends in August. has anyone else run into this issue? I need to use these applications for school and my job.

I need help with putting Google Analytics on my Adobe Portfolio Sites. I copied and pasted the number from my Google Analytics account into the settings pages on my Adobe Portfolio sites. But when I click DONE the number is grayed-out. What does this mean? I don't think it's working but I don't know why. Could it have some thing to do with the Cookie Banner? I would appreciate your help thank you.
I have Adobe Creative Cloud on my laptop. It is currently using 50% of my battery charge. I tried to update Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall Adobe photoshop but have not been able to because Adobe Creative Cloud is not loading. I am unable to uninstall Creative Cloud because I still have Creative Cloud applications installed on my computer that require it. I am assuming that it is the Adobe photoshop that requires the Creative Cloud. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have Adobe 5 files on a CD. I believe these files were created (circa 2000) I am now running Windows 10 and encountering errors and cannot open the files. Any suggestions please to help me access these files???
When I click on my social network icon "instagram" in my adobe portfolio, it opens two windows at the same time that go to the same place. How can I fix it, I don't see any place where the problem is.
Hello, I cannot find an approriate forum for this topic. Just recently (past month) I have been getting this ACSService.exe - Application Error notification window.Text in the window: The instruction at 0x6200389e referenced memory at0x0218097c. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program If I click OK, I get follow up boxes, all identical, about a dozen of them then it goes away until restart. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
I am using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Reader and Adobe Experience Manager - Forms. When I am working in AEM the program just shuts down without warning and I loose the document I was working on. Has anyone come accross this? Is it a known error? is it to do with a program conflict?Thanks Di

Je règle un montant d'environ 19€ tous les mois avec mon compte pay pal mais je ne peux plus utiliser les applications telles que Première Pro, Photoshop, etc., alors que le montant se débite chaque mois vers Adobe. Ce mois-ci, je n'ai pas eu de reçu de paiement via ma boite mail. Que dois-je faire ? Lorsque j'essaie d'obtenir de l'aide via mon compte, Adobe me dit que je dois contacter l'administrateur.
I am a student and I have subscribed the student adobe account. I have inserted my student e-mail (the institution e-mail), but I have forgot to put it right: instead of "...@my.ipleiria.pt", I have put "...@ipleiria.pt". I have tried to fix this but the website keeps telling me that "...@my.ipleiria.pt" has already been inserted. After this, I have had several issues, because I couldn't access my adobe account or change to another e-mail. After trying a lot, it was allowed to change my e-mail through Chrome, and this time I have changed it into a Gmail account. My problem is that I can't change it back to "...@my.ipleiria.pt", because it keeps telling me that that e-mail has already been inserted and now I am afraid of loosing my student discount because Gmail it is not an academic institution :). Can somebody help me with this? Thank you, in advance.
