Hello,I hadn't found something about this theme, so I create a new thread.As named in the title, the core sync process is responsible for heating my cpu up to 100°C.It always does this when the CC app are syncronizing cloud files.I always wondered what causes this but now I found out, when I force end the process of core sync, It goes back to normal temperature very quickly (normal usage is 30-50°C on this machine).Why does it heats it up that much? A CPU which running that often on 100°C could not have a long life.This is very questionable to me.My machine: Dell G3 (Laptop) from 2018, Core i7 8750-H, 16 GB RAM, Geforce GTX1060, 4 months old.

Okay so this is a strange bug. on most computers i have not had this issue.when i open animate my cc library will not show most folders shared with me. i can find them on the website but i only get an option to download a .PNG or .JPG i need a .FLAthe most strange thing of all though was that i did not see these until a clicked on "veiw by group" and then on the drop down box for "show" i selected "elements".Im guessing some kind of prefernce needed to be set somewhere?so I have not had any issues on 2 of my computers ( one home computer and work computer) and for no reason on this 3rd computer (a work computer) i have this issue.also a work collegue of mine has had this issue on ALL his computers (home and office computer). i am saying that all work computers are setup exactly the same with the same versions and it works on some and not on others.windows 10 pro on all (home and work computers)animate v19.0 (and I FLAT REFUSE TO WORK ON ANY NEWER VERSIONS COZ THEY ARE HORRIBLE).

New build computer, Win 10 Latest version and updates. After some experimentation, I've found the Creative Cloud is causing most other programs on my computer to crash within 3 seconds of execution.  Programs that will fail when Creative Cloud is installed, Battlefield 4 and 5, Tomb Raider, Star Trek Online, Ryzen Master, Cinebench, and 3DMark.Programs that will continue to run, Tweak II, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Chrome.Creative Cloud will ask every system boot to be repaired. I removed Creative Cloud and I no longer have any software issues. I reinstall it and the issues come back. I uninstall it again and the issues go away again. I did this cycle 4 times with the same result. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

HiMy subscription is canceled on 16 Feb 2021. and I'm not the one that applied for it. How could adobe just cancel my subscription? without asking me. Revert this cancellation

Hello guys,I installed the Creative Cloud and Adobe apps on my Apple M1 MacBook without problems. But now I want these apps to only be accessible as a specific user. I already read that this is accomplishable by moving the app from the global Applications folder to your users Application folder. But with Creative Cloud there were many other files that came with it, I am around 330. Any ideas how I can make Creative Cloud and the installed apps only accessible for specific users?Thanks in advance for your help and stay safe!Tim

I have a complaint/concern. This is directed at the producers of a commercial for Adobe Creative  Cloud from August 2020. Ms Carly Foulkes, the primary actress in the commercial is wearing Fulani earrings. I don't know if Ms. Foulkes is Caucasian, but it appears that she might be. I noticed the Fulani earrings she is wearing. This is traditional Fulana jewelry from the peoples of Guinea, West Africa. The earrings are indeed beautiful and imbued with the meaning of royal status in the Fulani culture.My complaint is that this feels like cultural appropriation and I, as a Black woman, am insulted by this display.I also understand that the choice of jewelry that she wears might not have been her own, but the selection she was given to wear by the costumers for the commercial. In either case--whether her choice and/or costumers' selection--be aware of your choices of unusual, 'exotic' jewelry. Recently Creative Cloud opens at computer start up launching helper and all these other windows, slowing my computer down and making the fan spin like it's about to fly out the window. It's all set to not launch at start up. The only way I can get it to all close is by closing each of like 10 things running on Activity Monitor.I don't want it to run unless I choose to open PS or LR.How do I fix this power hogging problem?

Adobe portfolio is massively faulty at the moment. 1. Pages auto refresh.2. Cannot upload images (error message: page unresponsive).3. Cannot rearrange page content. Rearrangements are not saved. 4. Adjustments/uploads delete itself / does not save.I've been using Adobe portfolio for around 8 years. These issue’s must be rectified urgently.  

We have been using CC2020 for several months and we could launch InDesign and Acrobat by just double-clicking on a file.  Now, for some reason, we are asked to sign in when we want to view a PDF or launch InDesign.  This is really annoying.  Can we revert to using Creative Cloud without the extra step?

Hello! I'm having an issue adding an instagram feed to my page through the embed block. I tried adding the embed code from instagram posts themselves, and I tried multiple websites that offer feed plugins. All of them say that the code is not valid. I tried iframe as well, as in the help area was suggested, but that gave the same result. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this done?

Hi. Recently, Adobe asked me to use their Account Access android app to log into my account more easily. I switched deviced to the OnePlus 8 Pro and now I geg the following screen upon opening the app. "Device not supported.Sorry, your phone is not supported for Adobe Account Access." I don't get it. No information provided. How is my device not supported? The learn more button does nothing. It's useless and I cannot find any similar issue online. Can anyone please help?

Hi to all of you, I think I have a simple question but need your help.First:- I use Adobe CC photography subscription- I use PS, LR, LR Classic- I use Mac Book Air and Mac mini The problemI want to postprocess a file on my Mac mini and on another moment use that file as I left it during an earlier postprocess moment on the Mac Book air. Than save it (in an Adobe Cloud) with the posibility to use it later aganin on one of my devices. At this moment I load my files on two hard-drives, using one catalogue on one device and another catalogue on the othe device. So I post proces on two devices and have two processed files on two devices. Becomes a bit confusing for me. I want to have one location for a saved RAW file, use that file on two devices (not at the same time) and than save it again on one location. Can you help me solving this problem? Tnx

I wanted to ask: If I am working on one laptop (1) using my Adobe account, and working on another laptop (2) using my Adobe account (at the same time or later time), does this by any chance take up space in my laptop (1)? Like will there be extra files stored that I don't know that are stored there? Because suddenly, I have no space on my laptop.

I have had to reinstall my OS on my Mac running 10.7.5.I need an activation code for this since I had to reinstall the operating system. I purchased inDesign CS 3 some time ago and need an activation code. Please help. I do have an Adobe subscription but cannot run the lastest version on this older OS.

Hi, I recently switched to a MacBook running macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 and in my Creative Cloud application under "Your Work" I only have one icon (Libraries) available for selection. When I was working on a WindowsOS, I had two icons that were available for selection (Libraries + Cloud Documents).  This isn't of major concern to me because I can still access all of my cloud documents via Creative Cloud Web.  That being said, having access to both from the Creative Cloud application was convenient. This is what I am seeing. Please advise if there is a solution to get both icons to show up in the sidebar. Thank you in advance

Hi everyone,  I am having trouble logging into the Creative Cloud app on my iPad. Whenever I submit my email, I get a blank screen. I read that this can be because my adobe login has characters in it so I changed it so it no longer has characters. I restarted my iPad and deleted and redownloaded the app, but the problem is still the same. Can someone please help me?
