Hello. I have a question about uploading PSD file to CC.When I try to upload PSD file it takes long time, I tried to upload AI file and it worked fine.Can you help me?

What is the best way to storage photos and images, when you work with huge amount photos and videos?I work on a iMac 2017 and use mostly Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect and primiere Pro.

Pls fix this, it was rather frustrating. I dont want any files in my program files or program files (X86) or my local documents folder. I Want all associated files to be self contained in the new install location off of C:/ drive.

I will have to search for the ability to turn off auto-updates, if it is engaged, but the updates for InDesign and Photoshop, just to name two, appear to be suitable to Apple's new proprietary chip and not just useless but downright detrimental to those of us using Intel Macs. Typically, on my 2015 iMac running 10.15.7 Catalina, I would use the 2018 version of Photoshop. Now, it's updated to 2020 and beyond to 2021, the latter of which will not even open. Sometimes the same with 2020. But, I cannot open 2018 as it appears to be disabled. Adobe - please stop updating beyond a comupter's capabilities!

I am trying to upload a 4.3GB 4K H265 Video file to Creative Cloud Web platform under 'Files' so I can post a link out to individuals to download /play it.In the Creative Cloud desktop - I drop a file into either a folder I created or the Creative Cloud Root folder and it keeps saying ' Unable to Sync'.I have 20MBs healthy upload internet and 70MBs download.The file is playable on all devices I have - Windows 10/Plex Media Server on Amazon Fire TV/ Mobiles etc.The file is exported straight from Media Encoder 14.6 version.I have tried simplifying File name / taking out underscores etc. Made no differenceEven Adobe remote support did not solve this.Can someone point me to where Adobe documents the official size limit on uploading files.Working with 4K video files is common these days and means they are going to be large - people editing 8K have a bigger problemFor once and for all can someone clarify why this process of uploading with Creative Cloud Web is such a pain and totally unrelia

I have 98GB of Creative Cloud files on my local drive. I can no longer use Photoshop because the local drive is nearly completely full because of Creative Cloud not being an actual useful cloud service. Photoshop pays my bills. Creative Cloud is affecting my life financially if I cannot use the tools I'm paying for. Someone please let me know if I'm able to free up space by pausing syncing and deleting the files off my local drive. I can just manually upload/download files when I need them. Thanks.

Now we are on creative cloud - Witch meens that Adobe probably knows exactley what we all are doing. So why is it such a pain to switch computer ? I have just perchased my new computer and migrating fom my old maschine to the new one has not been without agony and outbursts of anger. Could it be possible to upload all your actions, custom brushes and presets for Lightroom and Photoshop. This time it dawned on me that you cant export you lokal brush presets in LR - how strange is that ? - Or did I miss something here ? But if it could be done in a swoop like everything else these days -that would be perfect.Thanks PPN.

However, if you go offline while the Creative Cloud desktop app is running, activated fonts will still be listed and available to use. But when I try it , it fail to work while the internet is not accessable, what does it mean at the previous descibe.Thanks a lot. 

Hello,I am trying to create a portfolio site on Adobe Portfolio. However, almost every time I make/save a change, this message appears and stays for a while (sometimes even for a few hours):      When this happens, it doesn't even seem to be loading. I tried disabling my ad blocker, but that did not help.This is very frustrating, please help. Thank you.

Yes I am experiencing the same problem on my dwscktop windows 8.1. The Adobe RAW updated then when I tried to open the PS app midway through loading it puts up an error 'DISK ERROR'

Have a error icon and this error message sat in the Creative cloud synching app for a while:Unable to sync "No Text"It does not direct me to any file so I have been unable to locate what the issue is.

hi, I have been making gif for awhile now and suddenly the quality has changed drastically. Haven't touched any settings really. I use facebook and duolingo and have been going to an local art school that isn't technically inclined. Can you offer some advice? Basic animations but now everything looks terrible when exporting gifthank you I appreciate any support and would love to have decent quality again.

Hi,  I bought a prepaid 1 Years Adobe Creative Plan for one years. After activating and VPN to protect my privacy. It should expire Oct 2021. After using for about a month a pop up on Adobe Premiere said your subscription expired. I can't find a trace of it anywhere or details why it expired. I contacted the seller of Adobe Prepaid and it is genuine. How do I figured out something disappear without a trace, there no Adobe order history. What is next step? Didn't get an answer from Customer Services. If I was scam? There should be a notification this prepaid card is not Genuine so I can file a refund through Payapy payment services or eBay. Thanks Adobe for not letting me know!I bought the service for Adobe Premiere for use on Windows or Mac. I have limited space on Mac, so I switch to Windows.   If no answer, then I will switch to other online company for video editing. Thanks

Hi all,I recently signed up for the basic Lighroom plan. It included 20GB online storage. As soon as I installed LR desktop, I noticed the Cloud desktop app tells me storage is 61% full already. Clicking through to see on Cloud Web / "Your work" I literally have zero files synced. How is it that the service thinks I've used 12GB?

Dear ComunityI have a completely empty <Creative Cloud File> folder and a mirrored online <Creative Folder> where there are no file even on the trash bin. Display show: 0 byte of 100Gb Used. Despite this,  I have a persistent synchronous error which keeps appearing every time I launch the sync.  When I try to I launch sync this is the message...I don't know what is this PPE....   Both folder, online and on my desktop are empty.I don't know how to solve this annoying error.Thank you. 

My 'Creative Cloud' crashed /corrupted on my Mac and once it was 'fixed' I'd lost my Photoshop licence. Now there is noi support topic for this and despite several tantalising suggestions on the adobe website that it might be possible to get support from someone at Adobe (i.e. someone that knows my account/licence status) there is never any way to do so. There is even a page where a Chat option is clearly stated to be available, but nowhere to be found.This is arrogant of Adobe to do business without supporting their customers at all. I can't believe anyone still uses their software.

Has anyone experienced repeated logouts by Creative Cloud Desktop App? The result is that I have to sign in again and I lose whatever I had been working on - and I have to login again. This happens every 15-30 minutes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times. I am running Mac OS 10.14.6 on a 2017 MacBook Pro (16 G 2133 MHz LPDDR3). The only help I have received from Support is a link to download my 3 most used apps without CC. Can't access fonts. My subscription for 1 year has 10 months left.... Any experience resolving this problem --- anyone?
