Questions

This might sound basic. I need to cancel my account for a while for budget reasons and my cousin also uses my account to use apps on the iPad. She has a lot of stuff saved in the Your Work on the cloud account. Is there a way for us to easily save everything that is in there from the cloud to a local location? I started looking at it and it seems like the only way I can figure out to do it is to save one file at a time but this will take about a million hours of my time to do this. I really don't want to just lose all of her drawings and such from Adobe Sketch. She has access to another account where she can transition and continue but we need to save. Also, if we save these as just .png files or anothother image format, will they still be editable so that she can continue what she has been working on? I don't do any of that stuff so I just don't know. Thanks in advance for helping me.

Importing raw files from MacBook Pro to creative cloud library. Sony raw format (.arw) is not showing previews when I pull them up on creative cloud mobile app for iPad. It says previews aren't supported for .arw but that's nonsense because there are so many previews in my creative cloud with the same exact format. Not sure why it says not supported, when I've done it so many times. Below is a folder showing previews for .arw files. The other pictures are a different folder saying the mobile app can't provide previews of .arw files. Please help me! Thank you! 

I have an older iPad and a brand new 8th gen iPad.Whenever I start the Creative Cloud app now it displays the splash screen, pauses for a couple of seconds and then crashes.I cannot get it to run on either iPad.Does anyone else have the same problem and how do I solvce it?Many thanksVernon

Greetings!Please advise about the storage offering of Creative Cloud.I'm pondering on whether or not to take the "full package" from the Creative Cloud. I'm budget-constrained. I'm more inclined to pick only what I need (i.e. Photoshop and Premiere Pro).I saw that each offers 100Gb storage.Will I have 200Gb if I take each individually?Regards,Rhai

I've used the Creative Cloud Files sync folder for many years up until now with few issues. I was always able to access my up-to-date files on both my iMac at work and my MacBook at home.  Now lately when I make modifications on one device, they fail to get properly synced when I try to access them on the other device. When I view CC files on the web, I can see that often some new files/folders have synced but not others—even though when I create new files, I leave the computer on long enough that file syncing should have plenty of time to run. When I check the file sync status, it often appears to run continuously, the same status showing for hours at a time (for instance, right now it's said "Synced files: 61 of 5172 files" all morning).  I'm using a total of 202.5 GB of the 2 TB available storage, so it's not as though there's a huge amount of data to sync. Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to add a custom thumbnail to a video uploaded through Adobe Portfolio, or a way to choose the frame you want to be displayed as thumbnail.Currently it looks like Portfolio is chossing the frame in the very middle of the video, i'd love to be able to change that, either by an option i missed or by changing the code if it's even possible.Otherwise Portfolio is really neat. Thanks.

Hello! I just downloaded Creative Cloud and Photoshop onto a new computer. When trying to load my libraries I got this message: "Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings." I check my Firewall settings and it says my Firewall is turned off and there were no options to allow Creative Cloud access. Has anyone every experienced this?

I use on my notebook windows 10When I open Photoshop I have everytime to write the password and the programme never memorize it.Someone have a solution?Thanks

(English version see below)Hallo an die Community -Ich möchte meine CC-Dateien KOMPLETT löschen, um eine neue Ordnerstruktur und sauberes Synchronisieren zwischen meinen Geräten zu erreichen. Sie sind aber nur einzeln anklickbar, und es liegen im Ordner "gelöscht" dermaßen viele "Leichen", dass ich das einzeln nicht schaffe. Außerdem erhalte ich regelmäßig die Fehlermeldung, Dateien konnten nicht endgültig gelöscht werden. Gibt es irgendeine vernünftige Lösung dafür, die Cloud sozusagen wieder in den Urzustand zu versetzen - ohne gleich die komplette Adobe-Umgebung mit Programmen uvm. auf allen meinen Geräten zu deinstallieren (wie es mir Adobe offenbar vorschlägt, nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert hatte, man mein Anliegen aber offensichtlich nicht verstanden hatte)?DankeschönIs there any possibility to delete ALL own CC-files? I want to organize me newly and I do not want to deinstall all adobe programs etc - just delete all already deleted files at once.

If I save a file to my CC sync folder, and the filename has a space, my browser replaces the space with a %20 like in URLs. But if I change the filename from the Your Work page in the browser, and then download the file, the space is preserved. Is it good practice not to use spaces in filenames when working in CC?

Every morning when I open my macbook, I'm forced to sign back in (usually twice) to CC. If illustrator, photoshop, or indesign are open, I'm forced to quit. I also usually have to sign back into those as well. This has been going on for at least the last month. Attempts at getting help from customer service have been incredibly frustrating. Multiple calls, hours spent on hold, and due to language barriers, poor connections, or lack of technical knowledge, no reps have been able to understand the issue let alone solve it. If there was another option as far as software needed for my work, I would take it in a heartbeat.

In light of Apple Silicon, many Adobe CC power users on Mac OS will be worried about the future. Could we please have a general statement from Adobe about this? If we knew that Adobe are committed to, say Intel support until 2027, we could more easily decide to stay with Adobe.  Please take this seriously. We have invested in iMac 2019's and would be pretty angry about having to throw them on the tip in five years. many thanks,Fredrik  

Nach jedem PC Neustart meldet sich die App auf dem PC (Windows 10) immer ab. Also alles bleibt installiert man muss sich aber immer neu anmelden.

Hi, I had a CC account which was subsidised under my academic ETLA agreement and registered to my personal email. New rules mean I have to use my work email to log in to CC. Is here an easy way to transfer all of the files and content from my previous account to my new CC account? cheers

Can someone please explain to me why there is more sucurity for me to edit a photograph than my Bank has?  Why all this log in BS?  It jsut seems totaly nuts to me and has me looking for alternatives to Adobe products. I have been an adobe customer for decades and don't want to switch but if they make the apps so hard to use what is the point? Why do I have to keep logging into apps on  my own machine?

Creative Cloud Desktop and the Creative Cloud web page is showing banners at the top in French with links to the French website for Adobe.  Why? If you go to this web page: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop This is what you see - everything in English except the banner  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, removed all cookies and all cache, but the issue persists. Adobe Technical Support cannot work it out either. Any ideas?

Come on guys, these are design apps.  This does not look good. Would love a white icon, and/or the ability to remove it from the menu bar altogether.In all fairness, I am running the beta of MacOS Big Sur. However, I recall this being an issue previously with the Mac light/dark modes.

Hi, I’m using M365 SharePoint, and just installed the Document Cloud Experience so that I can annotate and scribble on PDFs within SharePoint. I'm potentially going to roll out to all users on our Tenant, but first, I need to know if the PDFs we're editing are saved on Adobe servers? As you can imagine, a lot of the PDFs are sensitive, or corporate secrets... Works pretty well so far!

Please help! I have spend a long time trying to work through this problem and so far not even Adobe support have been able to help me.I have a new Macbook Pro and needed to download Creative Suite again. When I sign into my account through Adobe and download my creative suit - I get a reaccuring error loop asking me to sign in, which then takes me to a web pop up and states that I'm now signed in and to return to what I was doing. When I go back it says 'You have been signed out, please sign in to continue'I have had 3 sets of support people from Adobe access my computer remotely - each conversation has ended after several hours and eventually been cut off. Tonight was almost 5 hours.I'm not sure what to do as I can't use any of my software.If anyone can help - please get in touch.
