Questions

I switched from using mac to Windows 10 and I downloaded Adobe CC and Photoshop. But I want to access the Creative Cloud files the same way I can on the mac. I like accessing the CC files from the Finder navigation bar in the mac BUT the Folders navigation bar for Windows 10 PC doesn't have a folder for those CC files. I have to visit the actual app>your work>launch>files and it leads me to the website with my files in it. Not only that but I have to go through the hassle of updating each file individually instead of automatically saving them.Is there a way I can put CC in my Windows 10 PC navigation bar?

Hi there Community members,   Whenever I try to save a report in Experience Cloud, the following error message appears: ‘An unexpected error has occurred; try refreshing your project again. If the problem persists, please submit this error ID to Adobe Customer Care for further diagnosis: 5ad23774-6392-4bb5-ab78-dfbc85613eca’   I have submitted a ticket, but wonder: Do any of you know what I can do to fix this?    Thanks in advance! Since I have been out of employ for some time, can I suspend your creative cloud subscription until such time that I have a need for this software subscription?

Why has Creative Cloud disappeared from my PC here today? I have tried reinstalling it but it would not see file. I have restarted my PC many times. What is wrong and what can I do to make it work again?

When I access my adobe account on my desk top I have 3 folders  Synced files    Cloud documentsMobile creations.  I need to save my mobile creations files to my desk top.  In my synced files folder I can click on the 3 dots to the right of each image and select download and it will down load a copy to my desk top.  Unfortunately when I try to do the same for files in my mobile creations folder the download option is not there instead it has a get link option which does not save a file it only saves a link to a file which means that I have to be able to connect to the internet to get the file.  I need the file on my desktop with no internet connection,  

Has anyone been able to reach an Adobe representative to make security issues known.  There emails are returned and phone line is hacked. Help

Why is it that when you open the chat box and the agent says hi how can I help... I can type in the box, but when I want to send what I've typed, there is no send button!!! It's a pointless page where you can't even respond to the first hello... Not very helpful when you add this to the fact that the contact phone number is invalid also!!! How do we get help?

Hi there, I've got to wipe my MacBook and reinstall all my applications fresh. In Audition I have certain EQ / processing presets I've made myself I have saved. Also in Premiere Pro I have some transistion/codec settings saves When I reinstall from Creative Cloud - will those presets still be there? Or is there a way I can make sure they're saved to the cloud? If not, where do I find from my Time Machine back up? Many Thanks Gavin

Hi, I have a Personal CS6 account (full suite)  and an enterprise CC account (full suite) (which is always updated to the recent one). On my work PC, I've installed the CC account which is always updated. On my laptop, I install the  CS6 suite. I have a few questions.1. Why does Adobe keep asking me to upgrade to CC, then when the trial is finished, it does not revert back to CS6? (yes, I know you want to sell more products...)2. How to permanently disable the CC uprade so that I can continue to use my legit CS6 account without being upgraded. I don't need all the apps on my laptop. Usually, what I do now is find back the CS6 CD and load it into the PC. Uninstall the CC and reinstall the CC. Is there a more elegent process of doing this. I want to upgrade my CS6, I don't need a trial upgrade.3. Unlike Miscrosoft which gives 5 enterprise accounts, why does Adobe limit to 1? If a sign-in is neccessary, then Adobe can always monitor via the online usage when login into the

I am an animation student with a student licence that my mother had been paying for some time now. Because of the current pandemic, she got fired from her job, and I had to leave my studies for the same reason. The debit card that is linked to my Adobe account hasn't had any money for over a month, and I recently got a notification that my account was getting suspended, and I only have 7 days left to use the Adobe programs.My questions are:1) This suspension means the account is getting deleted? 2) In some months, if we recover financially to get back to my studies and pay for the subscription again, would Adobe charge the monthly fee as soon as it detects money into that bank account? Or do I need to create a new account in the future to access the services again?I don't have the option to cancel my subscription in my profile because we can't pay for this and probably the upcoming months, and the option to cancel is not available if there's a problem with the monthly payment

I cannot log into community.adobe.com with my actual adobe username.  If I click "Sign in" it redirects me to community.adobe.com/t5/errors/FilterErrorHandlerPage and says: "You are not allowed to access this site" I got on chat 5 times with tech support and they were pretty clueless about what the problem was (because they provide tech support for productrs not this community".  There is no way I can see to contact an administrator of this site to ask them why my account has been blocked so I am posting it publically here in hopes someone can unblock my account.  I heistate to give my username here publically because it is also my email address.

I was told by university we were getting a new subscription for adobe for free, this means cancelling my current subscription which because university are helping pay they can cancel my subscription for free, but I can't talk on the chat as it won't let me write anything more

Hello,  I got a new Macbook Pro yesterday so I installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and was told all of the syncing was up-to-date. On the new Mac it has listed all of my work (largely Id and Ai files); however, when I go to open the files I edited/created within the last few weeks on the new Mac they either come up with the pre-edited version or a blank artboard. On the Mac I was working on before, the files appear completely up-to-date in the Creative Cloud but do not on the new Mac. Any changes I make to the files on the new Mac don't sync to the old Mac either. Could I please have some assistance? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app, pausing and starting syncing, and restarted both computers but nothing has changed. Thank you!

I have inadvertantly installed Premiere Pro into my Creative Cloud account; it needs to be installed for another user, in their account. Is this possible?

Bonjour à tous!J'ai un problème récurrent sur mon iMac (fin 2015, 21.5po) : Il crash de façon inopinée et aléatoire, sous la forme de plantages brefs et de redémarrages instantanés intempestifs précédés du sinistre écran noir aux messages multi-langues sur fond de symbole ON/OFF... à chaque fois, je regarde le rapport du crash et "Adobe CEF Helper" apparaît en tête du rapport. Pareil, en regardant le Moniteur d'activités, "Adobe CEF Helper" apparaît en doublon sous plusieurs lignes de l'activité du processeur. J'ai averti Apple, sans avoir plus de renseignements... Puis, j'ai craqué! J'ai tout désinstallé : Adobe Illustrator (mon seul logiciel Adobe, mon outil de travail) et Creative Cloud.Depuis, fini les crashes inopinés, l'ordinateur a même retrouvé la vivacité qu'il avait il n'y a encore pas si longtemps et je précise que jamais je n'ai eu de problème avec Illustrator et que celui-ci est installé depuis les premières heures de mon actuel iMac.Bref! Many users and major platforms demand and utilize dark mode in their UI, as seen in the dark mode adobe already uses partially. Are there any plans to add a dark mode option to Creative Cloud? Why not? Secondly, I really like the new App logos, but can we give them more distinct colors like Illustrator? This would be beneficial to colorblind users and everyone else.
