Questions

Two days and about 5 hrs and no luck. I need to use my 1T Dropbox for backup for desktop and documents on my Mac. Should be simple, right? Well, as difficultly simple as everything is today. I continue to get an error that states "Adobe Creative Cloud error" (See attached). Of course, when I click on "how to fix this error" I'm supposed to some how magically figure out what in 660gb is causing the error.  I have nothing in the adobe cloud; no documents; in theory, noting from PDFs (I say in theory because I can never figure out where anything is actually saved); my cloud says there are no documents. I do have some images in the stock photos in a library (where the professor is standing with the candelstick), and I downloaded them. I also have repeated attempted to delete on that we no long want but I have given up. That comes back like a single sock from the drawer.  So, I attempted to uninstall adobe creative cloud and I got a message that I couldn't because I

Can i pause my subscription since I won´t be needing it for a few months? Or do I need to cancel it and then start it back up again? If so will my work be deleted?

Hello,I am trying to send my client some files via Creative Cloud. I have 98% available space on it and when i make a new folder I dont have SHARE or Get link button anywhere.If I make a new library, I have option to Get  a link but still, my client can only preview files and is not possible to download them anywhere without Adobe account. Only option available is Copy files and only for adobe accounts.Please Help, because I pay for 100gb cloud so I can share my files

Sync is not usable at the moment. It is very slow and results conflicts - 20-300 hours left it says... Sometimes mac finder displays sync indicators, sometimes not. Menu in cloud (the gear icon) sometimes never appears - just balloon spinner... Whole team is suffering from this now - not just me. Changing to other network does not help, nor disabling firewall/virus scan. Reinstalled the cloud, no luck.Mac El CapitanVersion of cloud is: 3.9.5.353

Now suddently when i click open on a file from the CC app appears a popup saying: "you will need a new app to open this adbai" with the Windows store app icon, the option "always use this app" and the ok button and nothing more. Basically i can't open my files from CC anymore. I tried different fixes with powershell found on internet but nothing worked.Any tip? Thanks.

hi guys.im having issues with my site supernovo.com.au siteive submitted it to google but it still barely shows up in search engines.i cant remember what i did but when i was doing some search console test it came up with..This could be because the page is unavailable or blocked by robots.txtdoes anyone know what i can do about this?thanks in advance

I am signed into the creative cloud but my applications (my computer in general) does not seem able to communicate with adobe servers. Generative fill does not work as it gives me a communication error nor i am able to perform any updates.  Thank u.

Unsurre where to file this bug... The Cloud Services app is tiny and illegible. I've not changed my resolution or UI scaling at the OS level, nor the UI size of any of my adobe applications and it used to be the proper size. 

Just build a quick website with some photos -freelance photographer- (right now unpublished) and having problems to find any legally correct banner options for adobe portfolio (opt in ) as I can just enter a simple text and this seams not to enough.Is it possible to use Adobe Portfolio in Europe ? I am not using any tracking, Google Aanalytics and so on but I guess Adobe does. Adobe Fonts I guess are on an US Server so I would have to mention all this in my GDPR. Love Portfolio for his simplicity but when it comes to cookies and GDPR I am lost. Simple design with my pictures, one link to Instagram and a contact form. Any suggstions would be welcome. Thanks

I have a problem with my cloud documents.I notice that a file (worked on in Fresco from my Ipad) appears synchronized in Fresco but does not appear in any other application.I can't find it in Photoshop documents or even in Fresco documents on my computer or in documents on my creative cloud.Yet it's clearly marked as synchonized (see image). Do you know what could be the problem? And how to solve it? Thank you very much.

I've tried using basic HTML but get an error message saying you can't use greater than or less than symbols. 

I am getting a an error that my Libraries won't sync. I have clicked on therefresh arrows, signed out of Adobe, signed back in, rebooted, etc. I can't clear this error. What is the problem? I am on Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2

Hey folks, is it possible to swap profiles within the same account without having to sign in and out? I'm having to sign out and back in to access different software multiple times a day and it's not fun! Is there a way to create a feature request if this isn't a thing?

Hello, To start, I was born with a genetic disability called SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). It's affecting the motor neurons—nerve cells that control voluntary muscle movement and my muscles become weaker and weaker with age, till I won't be able to move at all. Since I can't do much, I was thinking of trying a freelance job as a graphic designer, but for that I need softwares. Since in my opinion, Adobe have the best tools for designers of all kind, I wanted to purchase their product, but here comes a problem if I can call it like that... Because I have been in a wheelchair since I was born, I don't have much money and Adobe products are quite expensive for me... So I thought that since I have heard a lot of good words about Adobe itself, I will try my luck and write. Maybe naive, but my question is, that maybe Adobe could make a little gift and help me to start my very first job in my life as a graphic designer by gifting access to your awesome software? Don't kno

Bonjour,W10 Pro 64Cela fait 2 jours que j'ai la synchronisation qui se met en erreur sur un dossier qui n'existe plus. J'ai testé en grande partie les solutions de Adobe, dont de supprimer définitivement tous les fichiers dans "Supprimés" sur le web et rien n'y fait.C'est un dossier supprimé que je ne retrouve nulle part. Je ne vais pas supprimer Creative Cloud car ça supprime les logiciels installés.Merci de vos réponses.

I have accidentally created a full Portfolio in the wrong Adobe account whcih does not have a subscription. Rather than start all over again, is it possibel to transfer it to the correct Adobe account?

My library sync on 3 different accounts in the office has the same issue that can not connect to the server for the past 2 -3 months.

We have two users on site that have been using Macs for years who are going to be switching to PC as they need access to PC software regardless and the majority of the other software is now cross platform. This prevents the problems associated with using Parallels on modern Macs. Some historic documents and fonts may only be usable on the Mac so they may on occasion need to do edits on the Mac but will be using the PC as their primary machine. Both Mac and PC will be on the same desk at the same site.  Creative Cloud can be installed on two computers if only one person is accessing it.  I want to clarify if this is within the guidelines as Adobe seem to be forensically checking how businesses use licenses. Despite having as many licenses as users and each user being the only person using the computers that they are associated with Adobe have twice contacted us implying that we have more people using accounts than are allowed.  If Adobe sees the same accoun

I deleted all the files from my Adobe Creative Cloud, but it still shows that I'm using 12GB. Where do I find these files? I've checked all the Adobe apps I have (LR and PS).
