I would like to have 2 versions of the same Adobe program, but I am currently not finding the option in the Creative Cloud app.It's still possible in same machine? Example: Premiere Pro 2022.0 and Premiere Pro 2023.6

i cant use my apps there locked but i paid my bill and everything is up to date 

I made an account several years ago (2016) with a university email that does no longer exist on Adobe's system or in the real world. I need to DELETE this behance account because on google search its the first thing that comes up!! I have a new website and this interferes. No one is beging helpful at all at Adobe. I couldn't find an Account forum in the extesive list so am putting this here.So far this year I have had this happen four times. I wake up to find that I cannot run any of my apps. When I login I get a message that I have too many activations.  I have two. The system shows the computer I am using as activated but does not recognize it. I will have to spend an hour or more and give access to a support member to hack away at my computer to get the authentication system to work. Each time this happens there is a lengthy fix but NO solution. It just keeps happening. And if it happens on a Saturday the folks on call cannot manage the problem. So I have to wait until Monday.  What the hell is going on? I am not trying to cheat adobe.  Why can't Adobe see my computer as the one activated?   I think this is caused by my use of removable SSD and HDD but it never happens while I am swapping disks. I get locked out only on a first startup for a day. So, another 1-2 hours

Trying to install an OBS app and I get the following message,....OBS files are being used by the following applications....Creative Cloud Desktop,  Please close these applications to contnue setup.All my applications are closed.  How do I fix this?I've read you are not supposed to close CCD.Using Windows 10

Minha cota de 20gb esta completamente cheia, e eu nao uso, somente para meus presets, tentei desativar a sincronização de fotos pq nao quero consumir minha cota, e agora estão me forçando atualizar meu plano para pagar mais e assim ter mais espaço que nao irei usar.  Quero saber como limpar esse espaço em disco do cloud, nao quero trocar de plano pq nao tem necessidade.

Running MacOS Ventura 13.4: Took half a dozen tries to update Creative Cloud Desktop, so now it's the latest version. But when I try updating any application, it throws a message of "waiting", which disappears in half a minute, then the application goes back to showing there's an update available. Or is there now another way to update applications? My connection is fine, no problems accessing anything else.Maybe CC Desktop was written by the same programmer who requires me to select 1-4 irrelevant topics below before posting this message.

Hello! I've signed up  or the "Creative Cloud All programs 100GB" plan, apparently it's a yearly plan but I got to be honest and say that when I signed up I thought it would be a monthly debit with a one-month notice when subscribing and not a yearly subscription. As I'm now trying to cancel my subscription however, it asks that I pay an extra fee of 390SEK (around 35dollars) as an early cancellation fee. Is there no way to get around this? 😞   

A few days ago when I logged into my account like I normally do, I was asked to pick a personal or business profile. I had never encountered that before and didn't know what to choose, and couldn't get past that screen without picking one, so I finally clicked on personal profile. That is where the nightmare began. Apparently my personal profile was an unpaid profile and I couldn't access any of my paid apps on it. Navigating back to the paid profile was a complex process that took hours to figure out. Once I got back to my business account I discovered that all of my files and libraries were now associated with the unpaid personal profile and I can't access them on the paid profile anymore. Now I'm trying to migrate them back and it's impossible. I've followed the instructions I've found for Manual Asset Transfer but it's not working. No matter what I do, those files are stubbornly associated with my personal profile. Has anyone had this problem and found a way to fix i

Adobe is discontinuing the Sync Folders? SUCH A BAD DECISION -- what are people doing instead?

Bonjour, depuis l'arrivée du profil personnel et professionnel cher Adobe mon portfolio n'est plus disponible en ligne . Il est présent sur mon profil personnel mais aucune possibilité de le mettre en ligne puisque je n'ai pas d'abonnement sur mon profil personnel. Quand je me connecte sur Adobe portfolio avec mon profil professionnel ( ou j'ai un abonnement) aucun portfolio n'est disponible et on me propose d'en créer un. J'aimerais transférer mon portfolio de mon compte personnel à mon compte professionnel pour pouvoir de nouveau le mettre en ligne. J'ai regardé les aides du support Adobe, pour transférer son portfolio ils proposent de rentrer l'Adobe ID du compte ou on veux l'envoyer mais le soucis c'est que j'ai le même Adobe ID pour mon profil personnel et mon profil professionnel. J'ai également essayer de joindre l'assistance Adobe au téléphone mais on me répond qu'ils ne font plus d'assistance pour Adobe Portfolio. Si quelqu'un à des réponses à mes questions je suis preneuse.Me

Adobe creative cloud does not sync.  Sems to get stuck getting storage infromation.  Tried unistalling and reinstalling with no luck.  Apps still update, but I am not able to access my cloud storage.   [Moved from Community Help (which is about the forums) to a better forum... Hello, I'm having trouble installing Creative Cloud. I have Windows 7 and a slightly old laptop, when I download Creative Cloud and open it, I get a window that says "Adobe servers are unavailable" Check your firewall settings, make sure your computer time is set correctly, and try again. I turned off the firewall, but it didn't help, what should I do and is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi, since last week the Adobe Content Synchronizer process has been using up 100% of my CPU, so my iMac is very loud and it's annoying. If I look into the file synchronization, which I have suspended by default and start it only when needed, it says "loading storage information", it's been like this for several days and I can't even synchronize files.If I sign out, the problem goes away, but I can't use Adobe programs after that...I tried reinstalling the program but that didn't help, ending the process doesn't work either, the process starts again, no ending or restarting the app or mac doesn't work either.

I've been getting this error when I click on the shared links I've created from assets.adobe.com/files. I can still see all of my files, but when I click on the shared link to any of them, it gives me that error. Some people are also getting that error when I share the links with them, but then others can see my files. I've checked with my account admin and I have no restrictions on permissions. Also tried the links in a different browser, with no luck. I spoke with Adobe Customer Care and they couldn't figure it out... does anyone know what's going on here?

Over the past weekend, my old account "ajdavella@hotmail.com" has been hacked by an unknown user. They used my credit card to purchase a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription. This was an unauthorized transaction. I am reporting this concern because of the following: - This account I reported is my old account, however, it has been compromised by a hacker that also got into my Adobe account "ajdavella@hotmail.com" - The hacker changed my email to this one: "letrunghoang047@gmail.com" - The hacker may have deactivated my old account so that I can't log into my own account - The hacker purchased a Creative Cloud subscription under my own Adobe account before my account got deactivated and my email changed. He or she used my credit card and it claimed to be an unauthorized transaction by calling up my credit card company.  I need some help connecting with Adobe Support ASAP!  Please be advised. 

I had to uninstall  Adobe Animate as my pc memory was at the limit and I never used that program. Already to uninstall it it gave me several errors such as the message that said to close Animate to be able to uninstall it correctly (the program was not open, or running in background ).Once I finally uninstalled it by turning off and turning on again the PC several times, the cc opens by itself displaying the message about Animate preferences, I selected to remove them and everything seemed to be fine. Now, several days later, every time I open the cc app the message appears again, and often as I run other programs (Adobe or not) cc app opens and show me the message about animate preferences.

Hi,I'm running the latest version of Adobe CC on a Mac Book Pro 2018 on Mojave and the amount of memory the CC is taking has blown my mind, I bought this computer with 8GB RAM and when running the suite it would push my memory to 95% (so it was pushing my memory to a 7.5GB and up) of its capacity causing it to constantly crash, overheat and more. I returned the computer and upgraded to a 16GB one because I do this for a living!!! Only a few hours after installing the backup on my computer (same exact number of apps, nothing had changed from the previous one), the suite was again using almost 70%  of my memory (that is (13GBs out of 16) not ONE thing changed from the 8GB to the 16 GB computer but as soon as I ran CC the memory use would hike up, I have confirmed this by shutting everything Adobe including the CC app manager and backend processes and then my memory goes back to normal. My account used to be held and paid for by a school, however using the same email address I'm using now. Upon the school removing my access I started my own subscription which I am now paying for using the same exact account/email, however all my documents including copies of many important work files are now no longer accessable to me at all. Adobe just claims that I have no files on my creative cloud. Is there any solution to this issue?
