Had issues with my computer and had to wipe it and start over.  Did have windows 10 and everything worked fine with the cloud but since my reinstall with Window 7 pro I'm having the following error message in the cloud library window"We have detected a problem with your settings"  It gives me a link to the internet settings but all of my settings are grayed out except "add VPN" so I can't go where it says to go. The rest of creative cloud is fine I can download and install software at least.  Can someone give me an alternate way to fix this issue?Thanks

Hello, My girlfriend has my CC account installed on her computer for when she needs to use InDesign here and there. I just realized that her machine has downloaded and synched my entire CC Synced Files folder, and it is bogging down her system.  I just want to confirm 100% that if I turn off sync on her machine, and delete the files from her computer, that it won't remove them from the Cloud or my computer. That would be bad. Thanks!

I've downloaded Creative Cloud on a different device, signed in, and ran into an error while attempting to useSubstance Stager. THE ERROR:"Use the Creative Cloud application to sign in, begin a trial, or purchase Stager. Learn more about the requirements. Stager will now close." I'm already logged in to Creative Cloud. It's how I opened Stager in the first place. I've tried signing out of the 1st device and then signing out and back in on the 2nd device. Yet the error persists. Suggestions?

Recently just updated the creative cloud desktop app and there’s two things I can’t quite figure out, the first is where do I find, update, and install applications. And the second Is creative  cloud just keeps loading, it doesn’t matter how long I leave it or how many times I restart my pc it don’t seem to load.

I have a white paper (pdf) that I wrote, uploaded, and set sharable from my Adobe Document Cloud storage. Second, I created a career portfolio webpage, e.g., (username.myportfolio.com), published on Adobe Portfolio. Finally, I would like to embedd an Acrobat PDF viewer and this PDF document, such as found at Adobe PDF Embed API Demo (https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/view-sdk-demo/index.html#/view/IN_LINE/Bodea%20Brochure.pdf). Note, I'm not asking to embed a .pdf, rahter I'm asking to embed the PDF Viewer, which is then capable of providing a reader-view pane of the .pdf. So specifically, can "Adobe PDF Embed API" be used/embedded on an Adobe Portfolio domain?

Using the Lukas theme, text link hover effects are applied inconsistently, and do not listen to the settings prescribed in the global media content styles menu.  This results in some hyperlinks changing colour when hovered and others not changing colour. It also results in some links changing to a colour hex which is different to the one prescribed in the menu.  Can this be fixed?  In the below screenshots, each word is a hyperlink to the relevant page. My name goes back to the home page. On "Writer", "Photographer", and "Maker", the hover effect causes a darker, unspecified grey colour; on "Reuben J. Brown" it changes nothing. In all cases I want the hover effect to produce the red hex specified in the menu on the left. All the hyperlinks are functioning perfectly on the website itself.   

My cloud storage says I am using 379 MB but when I sync my files to CC desktop it has taken up 300+ GB and I had to pause it from running out of space. I have no idea what I am doing wrong!!

Will this effect the ability to upload photos to Lightroom (desktop or mobile), and then have those photos sync accross my other devices?

Hi! not sure how to use Communities, but Portfolio REALLY needs to let us choose the thumbnail in our videos! A default frame is NOT acceptable! Any info on how to get this to the right person is appreciated. Please help! Thanks! 🙂

Hello.I've used many cloud services. But by far this creative cloud service is the worst. Always have some problems while uploading files. And after a succesful upload (when i copy files one by one, because when i copy a few files, this service can't handle uploading any of them???) i cant preview them on my online cloud page. It says "octet" instead of "mp4 video".Can anyone help my please? Thanks.

I don't know if this is the right place to write this (I was directed here from my review on Google Play), but in the Adobe Creative Cloud application for Android, I see that text is missing in several places - for example, next to the logos of the Apps in the "Apps" tab (see photo). Maybe The problem is with the language (the interface of my Android is in Hebrew)? I would appreciate your help!

I got the Substance Apps for students, but why does it say it wants 285 €/ yr, when it's supposed to be free for students, as far as i understood.Adobe won't try to charge me 285 Euros after a year, would they?

Hi,  I have a Dell Inspiron 15 Inch 7591 2-in-1 laptop running Windows 10 Home. I recently updated Creative Cloud to its latest version (5.10.0.573.) It updated successfully. Unfortunately when Creative Cloud starts, it gets stuck spinning under the cloud icon at the top right corner beside my account avatar. When I click on the cloud, it says "Syncing..." and a blue spinning circle to the left of it. However if I pause and resume it, it then says "Up to date" with a check mark. If I restart Creative Cloud (a Windows restart for example,) Creative Cloud gets stuck with syncing again. During this issue, my battery drains faster. I did not experience in the previous versions of Creative Cloud. Can you please fix this issue please?  Thank you 

I can’t update or uninstall versions of LRC and Audition using Creative Cloud Installer. I keep getting a small window that says “Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\ Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ Elevation Manager\Adobe Installer.exe’Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. I have no idea why it can’t find the required files. I have not changed anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Has anyone been able to successfully resolve an issue like this?TIA

I am not sure how to put this but I was a student in school and used creative cloud and several apps during my time. The documents were uploaded to the cloud and saved. I would even use them on my ipad or computer. I since graduated and signed up for my own personal use of reative cloud using the same school email and when I logged into illustrator (my main app), the files were not there. Its the same school email but I purchased the service now so Im not sure where they went. Does anyone have answers? I have tried doing the chat help to no avail and it told me talking to an agent is closed.

On July 19, my Adobe subscription was cancelled. Now I have renewed the payment because otherwise the web page did not work, but when I re-enter my account it is gone, it has disappeared. Does anyone have any idea how to get it back? Thank you so much

Hi, I have CC enabled on my PC and I just bought a Mac and connected it to the cloud as well. What I just realized is that all my files that I have on the pc are not only in the cloud but have been saved on my laptop and are taking up a ton of space.If I delete the files from my laptop are they deleted from the cloud or from my pc?Is there a way to delete all the files on my pc from the cloud saved on my laptop at once? How can I avoid that the new files that I will be saving on my laptop are also saved on my laptop and leave me without space? Thanks in advance

A few days ago my fonts were not syncing and troubleshooting wasn't working so I contacted Adobe through creative cloud on the live chat. The agent I spoke with asked if they could control my screen and I obliged (big mistake, definitely should have thought that through) because I assumed since it was directly through the creative cloud application it was legit. As soon as I downloaded the software and gave them control, they started to go to sketchy looking sites and download some weird software. Immedietly after that I started to get fake notifications and pop ups that were definitely a virus. I tried to let them know something was wrong and they ignored it and would not allow me to have control back, I had to literally fight for the mouse until I managed to click the end chat button. This is not normal, right? I tried to call adobe and there were no extensions that took me to the right place. I did some more research and found an article saying the create cloud app was a virus

For a few years I have used my dads Adobe account on my ipad (specifically for Fresco), and I have a ridiculous number of files on that software that for better or worse, are valuable. I'm now in school for Graphic Design and have my own Adobe account. My issue is, that I want to login to my account on my ipad now, but doing so, I'll lose access to the years of art I made under his account. How do I solve this. Its literally hundreds of files.

Recently when I have sent pdf's as attachments to Outlook emails, my recipients have complained that they open up when they click on them, but they are B LANK. I checked my own iPhone and find the same thing. WHY??? I know you can send by link and so forth, but why would a simple 2 page pdf open up BLANK on the other end?? BTW, Adobe Support could not answer this question, and Google shows no good ideas. This is a silly situation. THANK YOU for any ideas in reply.
