I really want to connect my ereader for ebooks to Adobe Digital Editions. When I open the downloadlink within Adobe Digital editions I repeatedly get the notification (servererror) E_Act_Not ready. But when I try to deautorize the licention, an old emailadress pops up. This is an emailadress that hasnt been used for years, but the app gives me no other option than to deauthorize through this mailadress, which keeps me in a loop.I hope somebody can give me some advice for this specific problem!

I bought some books from Google Play.When i opened books from Google Play with Adobe Digital Editions by exporting acsm file, the viewer displays them distorted. For example, you can reproduce this problem with the free e-book( https://play.google.com/store/books/details/%EA%B9%80%ED%95%84%EC%82%B0_%EB%85%BC%EC%9F%81%EC%A0%81_UX?id=Ag06EAAAQBAJ ). In the page 151, you can see the following figure:When you see book's contents with browser, there aren't any problem. The left is screenshot captured when i open the book with browser. But if you open it with Adobe digital editions, you can see right figure. To sum up, when i opened the digital book with Adobe digital editions, most images in the book are distorted.

I am trying to download an epub file of a book I have purchased on Google play and I am trying to download it thru the .ACSM file using Adobe Digital Editions. But each time it is downloading another book I have purchased. Any idea how this can be resolved ? Is it an issue with ADE or the .ACSM files ? Please assist.

HI, May I please have some assistance to geet Digital Editioons up and running again?The app has stopped loading. So far I have:Uninstalled and reinstalled to C driveUninstalled and reinstalled to D drive (started once but has since stopped starting)Right click select run as adminRenamed the My Digital Editions Folder. I've tried all these repeadedly and am not getting anywhere and would really appreciated your assistance please.

I downloaded a ebook to use in ADE and i authorized without ID but with computer, then my laptop happend to crash and wouldnt turn on till i factory resetet it  but now i cant open my book anymore because i keep getting the messge "Already fulfilled by other user". 

Recently bit the bullet and "ugraded" from High Sierra to Ventura.   Now I can open ADE, and even see the cover of an ePub from my library, but it refuses to open the book, with a popup with a banner across the top left corner saying "Missing." I had a similar problem with downloads of torrent/magnet files but managed a workaround by changing the local of their destination (browser downloads were no problem). So I suspect that if I move all my ePubs to some new location, it might work.  But where? Any advice or suggestions very welcome! 

Question:How can I sync a book that I have in adobe digital editions (e-book borrowed from a library) so that the same notes and underlines are visible on both the computer and mobile phone?I have adobe digital editions partly on my mac computer and partly on my android phone and I want to be able to read the same book on both devices and have underlines and notes synchronized between the devices. As it is now, notes and underlines are not included between the units.Many thanks in advance for answers!

Hello,I need to know how to log out an account in digital editions so I can access to my own and read my books. I have tried uninstalling but when I re-install, it goes directly to the other account with NO BOOKS! So, I am just trying to login using my account... I have spent so much time trying to figure it out, please help.

Software Sonoma Version 14.2.1 (23C71) I have used ADE years long on my macbook without problems, now I can't open the app anymore. At all. not even an error message. I tried unistalling it and installing it again. Still same problem. Anyone has got an idea how to solve this?Thanks ❤️

Hello, I need help with this error. As per usual, I have donwloaded an eBook and transfered it on my eReader, but for the first time I get the error Download interrupted E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT. I have been done this for years and never had any problem, now I get this error and I'm not able to solve it. I tried to download Adobe Digital Solution on my computer, but it is even worse, basically nothing works. Has any of you encountered this problem? How did you solve it?

I am having problems authorizing my computer to ADE. It says i have incorrect username or password.I have a corporate adobe ID and have installed ADE on my job computer, but I do not seem to be needed to use password when signing in on other Adobe apps, when trying to change the password I get an error (but doesnt say what error). I have tried with my private adobe ID as well, but still; incorrect password or ID. Does anyone know what may be the problem here? I have asked my IT department but they seem to be clueless as well..

Estoy intentando autorizar un dispositivo (un ereader) en ADE. Se supone que puedes tener varios dispositivos asociados pero, cuando intento autorizar este me dice que "Sólo se puede autorizar este equipo con un ID de Adobe que nos e haya utilizado previamente para autorizar cualquier otro equipo o dispositivo móvil.He intentado eliminar todos los dispositivos que tenía asociados a mi cuenta menos el ordenador donde tengo abierto ADE pero sigo sin poder autorizar el ereader

I've been using ADE for years with my Kobo touch. I received a new Kobo Glo for Christmas but I cant seem to transfer books to the ereader as it keeps saying CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED No permission to copy the book. When I look at others with the same issue, the support asked if the reader is auth as well... how do you do that?

Après avoir changé de liseuse, j'ai voulu récupérer mes ebooks protégés par ADE mais j'ai obtenu le message "too many activations" (ADE 4.5.12 sur Windows 11).J'ai contacté le support Adobe, j'ai chatté avec un agent qui m’a gentiment renvoyé vers la communauté en disant ne pas pouvoir intervenir : plus aucun support assuré pour ce verrou logiciel qui continue quand même d’être largement utilisé... A qui faut-il s'adresser pour obtenir une reinitialisation de ce compteur qui bloque à 6 connections ???

When opening the license acsm file (for the first time after purchasing), I get: "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED". I have bought the license on one computer (Mac) and tried activating on another (Windows). Both computers have the same date, time and time zone. What might be the problem?

Intento copiar un archivo desde adobe digital editions a un lector electronico y me da el error E ACT TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS 

What has happened if Digital Editions crashes on Windows, Mac and iOS same day? It freezes on Windows and cannot see the books/libraries.Crashes when opening in Mac OS. Iphone app when clicked doesn´t open the app, it just blinks and close. Version is 4.5.12.112. Restarted router, restarted devices, re-installed app without any solution. Also re-authorized devicets etc. It has worked perfectly fine until yesterday and today but now all device versions crash.

I am having the same issue, some documents for the ANSI website work just fine but some give me this error. ANSI site has been no help they say its on my end.
