Hi folks, have downloaded on my Mac a few Substances for Dimension, but cannot find out how to import them on my new Substances libraries to see and use them. Anyone with a tip? Thanks in advance.

I create a new document and after I save it and close it I simply cannot a acces it anymore, everytime I try to open it a message pops up (image attached). Also some of my older work isn´t working either. I also cannot find the Dimension.log  Thanks in advance Matt

I'm new to dimensions and wondering why when I open the program it doesn't look like any tutorial I've seen on you tube. Am I missing something or have I done something wrong. I would like to place the 3d Object - a framed painting - on a wall in the "Image as Background." Placing the object can be accomplished but I can't figure out how to get the shadow of the object on the wall of the background! Driving me nuts. I made a plane but that shows up in the PSD render and there's no way to get rid of it and still keep the shadows.

Hi, I created a 3D object using illustrator, but can't seem to be able to export it into an acceptable file for Dimension. Is there a way to do this? Thank you,Dana 

Hello!I want to zoom in to a product to get it large enough pixelwise but I need the camera to be at a certain distance to get the rigth angle. How do I render that?Or if I could select to only render the object in a large scale and disregard the background.

Hi,Everytime I open  and work on Dimension I experience some random artifacts on screen specially on both ends of the screen where all the tools for the program are. (Pictures attached) If I hover over the area the artifacts re-draw immediately after. It's been happening for a while and although the program works fine it is an anoying thing to have to deal with and I'm wondering if it has to do with my hardware or f it's an easy fix that I've missed.I'm running on Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i7-9700 and Nvidia GPU GeForce RTX 2080 Super with updated drivers on AD version 3.4.1.I appreciate any tips or suggestions,Thanks,

I opened up Dimensions, it loads to 100% and then no objects load on screen. All folders are present, but I can not do anything in the program. The project thumbnail still shows the scene as I last saved it.  HELP Please.

Is there a way to get the UVW PNG to update without having to manually relink it (as everytime I have to change it from 'decal' to 'fill'. thanks

Hello Dimensions experts,I'm trying to create a simple box packaging, I pick the cube shape and assign it my custom width, height, length etc. Easy enough. I go on to convert the shape into a standard model so I can generate and export the UV so that I can apply my packaging design to it. However, upon opening up the UV psd file, I notice it's the UV of a cube and not the custom size I applied. I've tried this several times, even clicking on generate UV before Export UV and it 's always the same, the resulting psd shows a cube layout, not a box with different proportions/sizes.The funny thing is I've done this months before and the resulting UVs have been perfect, exactly as the custom cube/box size I created. In fact if I open my older files and export the custom box shape, it gives me a perfect UV. What I'm having an issue with is any new box shape I create is always giving me a square cube UV.I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or wether it's a big with the updated version etc. Please

Ich habe seit Wochen genau dieses Problem. Ich komme in Dimension rein, aber nachdem ich auf etwas klicke passiert nichts ausser das die ganze Zeit der Ladekreis kommt. Mache ich irgend etwas falsch? I'm trying to export a 3D model that's approx. 220mb, but there is a size limit of 128mb in Microsoft Dynamic Guides that is my ultimate destination. Is there a way to compress, or decrease the overall size of the file when I go to export it? I can import GLB or GLTF files into the Guides software. Thank you,Brett

Hello- I have a newer razor computer. I am opening the adobe dimension and am seeing a blank screen where the design box is. Please help me. I think it has something to do with the design card? My computer and the adobe dimnesions app is up to date.  Thanks!

I save the 3D models I have prepared with the .dn extension, but the file does not work when I close the program and reopen it. I have attached the screenshot and log records. I am using windows system.

I need take this model of a heart and make it slowly rotate for a video project I'm working on. Is it possible to export the file to another application to do this? If so, what application and what file type does it need to be? I'm brand new to Dimension so forgive me if this is a stupid question. 

I use Dimension 3.4.5 but I have problems with the grayed <Convert to Standard Model> on Menu bar, and it doesn't appear on the Actions Panel either. Any advice about that? My iMAC Big Sur 11.6.4 needs help!!Has been imposible to get help other places - I may be missing something, but what?Thanks in advance.Ignacio

Hi. Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. Today is the first day I have used Dimension, and I've been asked to create a simple 3D book mock-up. When I import the cover image, it is always appears as a very low resolution. I have imported the image as a JPEG, PNG and PSD and they are all reproducing as low-res (see screenshot). I'm hoping there is a simple fix for this? I'd appreciate any guidance. Thank you!
