Hello, I have some issues in regards to wrapping PNG's around an object. The PNG fill size is 30 x 220 mm.When I drag it on my object it is way to small by enlarging it to fit the object the outer parts of the PNG get distorted (see images). The size of my object in dimension is X = 8.3, Y = 5.5, Z = 8.3. I offcourse want to wrap it fully around around the object with a only a slight space..

Hey guys! Trying to create a sample image of a supplement label on a supplement bottle and I'm not exactly trying to wrap the label around a 100% but I seem to be getting this strange glitch as you can see in the image. Any idea how to get rid of that?

Im getting various weird artefacts in my final render. The area which has the artefacts, is in fact created in Dimension using the Cube object. Any idea why that happends and how to avoid it? I actually did another render in slightly different angle and the artefacts appeard on same line, but a little bit higher.

Hello, i hope someone can help me... I tried to export my work from Adobe Dimension in .obj and other formats, but when i do the program only load exporting for few hours (im sure if waited more will pass years, lol). So i ended uninstalling it, because i pissed off and wasted my time... So decided to use Blender. The problem is that i can't import .dn file now. So... Can someone who use Adobe Dimension to export the model in .obj for me, please...  I believe there are good people who will help to one beginner in 3D modeling for free. 🙂

What could be causing my custom 3D object from Photoshop not to display an Artwork Decal in Dimension? I place it on the object and it does not appear.I can see it when I change it to fill but it does not display correctly.What can I check in Photoshop and reexport my shape so it displays correctly?

I was trying to render and Dimension thought about it for a while then returned a request to send a bug report (attached below). I'm not sure what caused the error, but I can't move forward with my work until it's resolved. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

I've just downloaded Dimension on my Mac after doing a clean install, but can't seem to get past the welcome screen: Whenever I click 'create new' or 'open' nothing happensAlso there is nothing in the menu bar apart from 'Quit'... which also doesn't work, I have to force-quit the app Could this be anything to do with my Mac being a late 2009 model? It is getting quite old now! But I generally don't have problems apart from it being slow at times

Hallöchen,ich habe ein Honigglas in Dimension aus vorgegebenen Elementen gebaut. Das Etikett läuft ineinem Stück um das ganze Glas (Zylinder mit abgerundeten Ecken). Das Etikett erscheint auf der Rückseite angefressen, (siehe Foto) was kann ich tun, ich brauche die Rundumansicht. Vielen Dank für schnelle Hilfe.

One more question I have a cube and I am trying to put a decal on it to wrap around all 4 sides. As you can see below, no matter where I drop it on the cube, it only goes onto 2 sides. The other two sides are blank, even when resizing the decal...it just stops at an edge.  Dropping another decal on the back results in the error that only 1 decal per object.What am I doing wrong?

Hallöchen,ich habe mit Dimension ein Honigglas aus Zylinder, Torus und Rohr modelliert und gruppiert, es hat gut funktioniert, bis ich das  Material Glas hinzugefügt habe. Dann hat man wegen der Transparenz alle Einzelelemente hindurch gesehen. Gibt es eine Funktion mit der man alle Elemente zu Einem verschmelzen kann? Ich habe für eine dunkle Honigsorte das Material Kunststoff gewählt, was eben bei hellen transparenten Honigsorten nicht funktioniert.Vielen Dank(Hab auch schon mit Pfaden ein halbes Honigglas angelegt und in PS extruiert und 360° gekreiselt, dann in Dimension Material Glas hinzugefügt. Problem: ich hab ein ganz herumlaufendes Etikett, das auf der Oberfläche in 2 Teile zerfällt. Von vorne schön anzusehen aber eben nicht von allen Seiten wie ich es brauche.)

I started up Adobe Dimension this morning and realized I have to lean forward to read the text of almost anything because its so small.I did some looking around, searched google, and adobe and found nothing on how to increase the UI size. If anyone knows how, please let me know! Otherwise this is definitely something that needs to be added.

Hello, I'm having a recurring issue within Dimension where when I apply a graphic to an object that has already been resized, the graphic is automatically taking on the same scaled proportions. For example, I'm working on a project where I need a rectangular box, so I scaled the cube to meet the dimensions needed. When I go to apply the logo graphic to the box, the logo is stretched and appears to be taking on the same proportions to the box which is less than ideal. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance! 

Hello, So I am trying to create some 3D mockups. But when I render, my background image is clear but my 3D objects render very pixelated. I have tried messing with the positions and camera, but nothing is working. I am using Ai files for the decals as well, and I noticed that the actual 3D model is pixelated, not just the images. Here are some screenshots:  

I have been having this issue before, I don't know if it's because of my new Mac laptop that has issues with all Adobe programs or something else. Every time I would make a scene in Dimensions, moderately complicated, and go to render, choosing high resolution, export for Psd and png, after 3 hours of rendering the image still look low res/pixelated. There is no way to fix it in the app; what do I do? I couldn't find the exact same issues here before.

Hi. Is there  away to convert a large number of 3D models in a single operation in Dimension, similar to the way PhotoShop can batch-convert large numbers of stills? I'm specifically looking for FBX to GLB. There's no obvious menu item for it.If not: hey, Adobe! Feature! Thanks.

I have a 2D jpg of a face. Absent a wireframe, I thought I might apply it in Adobe Dimension as a label to my 3D skull asset. Of course it is not working--the proportions are not identical and a skull has dips and high points the jpg does not.Is there a way to use my 3D skull assets as a sort of wireframe for my jpg image? See attached.jpg. The skull 3D asset from Adobe Stock is the only similar shape I can find.

I've had issues rendering before -random dark blocks, etc. I know now it was complexity issues.  But cancelling after 100% completion, not processing screen caps while in-process, etc.? ThIS is a first.  I've cleared all adobe caches, dumped a ton of files to my Mega acct to free up HD space, uninsttalled, reinstalled (current and past versions), and reconfirmed full disk access for Dimension in my Mac's permissions.  I've tried everything and spent a couple of days straight trying. Is there ANY USEFULL information that anyone can provide -besides "dude, have you tried Stager?".

This is only while rendering a large file at 300 dpi, 20 in x 20 in.  However, my computer should absolutely be able to handle it. Please help if there are any solutions!

Hello! I've got an issue with glass transparency. Idk but one time I eported scense and the glass was transparent (1st shoot) afterwards I've saved my project reload exported and got 2nd shoot. How does it works? How to make glass always transparent?

dimensions imports fbx file circa 450MB but then before the model appears the programme says the programme has encountered a problem. have cleaned down laptop but no difference ...
