Hey everybody. I'm new to adobe dimensions. I'm trying to align objects but there is no align and distribute button anywhere to be found.  I tried going to window but there is still no option for align and distribute. Not sure what to do. thank you!

Adobe Dimensions will not load past the splash screen (attached screenshot). It used to load and run just fine, but hasn't for the last two updates including todays major update. Any ideas on what i can do to solve the issue? I can provide what ever information needed to diagnose the issue. Thanks in advance!

HI Reg - a face mirror.i applied the metal texture for the face mirror effect , when i render it reflects the model itself along with environment picture ,i want to have the environment picture alone while i render , how to do this ? 

Hello. Please how do I match the size of my jar to the label dimensions? I want to place a label on it and I want it to be the same dimension as the jar because when I use a random size to place the decal, the image starts to distort at the bottom. If you look at the bottom part of the jar, you'll see the distortion of the label. 

How do i report a bug? Every time I render a file I'm met with this message An application error has occurred. To help us diagnose the issue please follow instructions below. Then it gives me two instructions. But I can't find the feedback panel to report the dimension bug log that the program gathered for me...

I am trying to put a decal on a jar in Dimension. The label keeps distorting and is not completely wrapping around the jar. I have tried doing the UV thing but am having no luck. Please help me out, thanks! 

Hi, i looking for a laptop and i wonder if a Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH05 (Ryzen 7-4800H/16GB/512GB/GeForce GTX 1650 Ti), will run the Dimension.Notnhing powerfull just to render packaging scenes.

I have some issues with dimesion app. When I started to work today on my project, I was able to import Designs in the model in a correct direction, scale, view and sizes. But I decide to remodel my model in a different software and export into dimesion again. When I decide to import the Desing In the Model as normal, the Decal was not showing anything in the model. It would show that something was add it, but the actual image was not poping out in the model. The 3D Model file was FBX The graphic model file was PNG and JPG and nothing was shoing. 

Is this, or any any Adobe product able to export to the standard gltf 2.0? I'd very much like to post something to other platforms but they need gltf 2.0 not gltf. thanks

Novice here again,I'd like to recolour a logo in dimension, but I want to use 2 colours instead of one - I need to split the logo into two different sections. Is it possible? 

Hi - Dimensions novice here -  I'm trying to create a 3D logo and when I import a .obj file as a 3D model into Dimensions, its nowhere to be seen on my dimensions canvas. Even when I zoom out I cant find it.Thanks

Hello, I did a small test between Dimension and Stager for comparing rendering time with the same basic file. Beside Stager been less responsive and lagging here are the results.Dimension render it after 7m53secStager render it after 40m15sec The end ressults was exactly the same (even a bit more clean from Dimension).I hope Dimension will still be developped and that speed and stability will be passed to Stager.

Whats the Problem with this model?I imported it as .obj, generated uv's, chose the wand, put the decal on it and the decal is destorted. It's not the Normals, a you can see in Blender, seems like the Verticals are turned.

Was hoping that this OOOOLD issue could be adressed in this releaseBut no :(((( Dimension is still not working on my Mac Pro 2010 Bi Xeon 3,46, Vega 56, High SierraFreeze on the home screen using 80% of CPU, have to force quit I really want to use this wonderfull piece of software Thanks for any updates on this issue as we are a lot of pro still using "old" mac pro  

Hi,I'm have to get an hight resolution image (I need at least a png or jpg - 36 inches large) and the only way I found is to use the rendering in Dimension...  not able to use the export setting in the file menu. When I do a rendering to create a photoshop (or png) document, I'm always stuck with an image that have only 1024 dpi max even if I change the property of my canvas, i.e. in my case 10000 px large (12,5 inches), 800dpi. (not able to give more than 10 000 px large BTW). in photoshop: If I ask for more dpi, it still stays at 1024 dpi at the end.... just smaller size image in inches...I will never get enough for my 36 inches image....so...Please help! Thanks/Ann

Hi all, I am unable to fin the embed code option for sending my customer their 3D product. Following all of the tutorials I've seen, I can not locate any 'share' icon in the top right of the screen. It just gives me the create public link option.What am I missing? I have the latest version of Dimensions. Even when I go to the published scenes and go into my public file, there is still no option for the embed code. Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you! 

I am a new subscriber to cc.I have dimension. Since I downloaded it I have never managed to acssess it. It just freezes on the opening page and doesnt even let me click on anything. (this is on the first screen as soon as you open it. it just spools).I hav etried downgrading to version 3 instead of 3.4.4 and it works. No other version works. However I really want the latest version.My GPU is as follows I am not sure if this is the problem. Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500. If this is the problem is there anyway of sorting it out.

setting up a new, empty document, and setting the camera to 0/0/0 crashes Dimension.  

Hi, curious if you can convert/export the 3D models/packaging designs created in Adobe Demension back 2D artwork? So print ready artwork can be created. 

Relatively new to Dimension. I have not run in to this problem yet. As you can see from the attached render, there are light circles around the bottoms of each can. I have relection set to 0. I can't seem to find why they are there or how to fix them?
