TRYING TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION AND IS PROMPTED FOR A PASSWORD...  WHAT PASSWORD?  I UPDATED MY PASSWORD FOR EMAIL AND IT IS ASKING FOR A PASSWORD FOR MY NAME.. IT DOES NOT ACCEPT THE PASSWORD I ENTERED FOR THE EMAIL.

Hi, I updated my payment info two weeks ago, but until now I can't use the apps!When I try Ai, Ph, or Id it says I need to request permission (to myself the adm). It doesn't make much sense I'm the soly user of the account... None the less I tried doing it, also 2 weeks ago, and still nothing!Can someone plese help ,e?

I used the mac migration feature to transfer my apps from a macbook pro to a new macbook pro and now creative cloud doesn't see the lightroom and photoshop apps.I remember there is a procedure to fix this but don't recall what it is.thanks,Mike

Hello,I currently am a Photography plan subscriber (I only use Photoshop) and I am actively using the Adobe XD Beta version, which will expire in a few days and will have to upgrade soon.  I have no interest in all other Adobe products. What I need is only Photoshop and XD. Can I keep my Photography plan (£9.98 in UK) and just add a Single App plan for XD (£9.98 in UK) ?I really do not need any other apps outside of PS and XD and I cannot justify a £49.94 monthly expense for my current workflow.    Many thanks

I cannot find a way to complete cancel all of my membership with ADOBE and there is no way to even contact 'Customer Service' ... which, in this case, would be a mis-nomer. If there is such a thing as Customer Service at ADOBE ... available on their website I cannot find the way to access it. If there is a phone number for ADOBE Customer Service it is NOT on their website. There is no way to CHAT or to SEND AN EMAIL ... and I'm totally frustrated with ADOBE and I JUST WANT TO QUIT ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS.Contact me by the phone number you have for my account and let's get the quitting started.

Sempre que vou instalar ele instala no meu disco C: , porém ele tem pouco armazenamento e queria mudar para meu disco 😧 e mesmo mudando na aba Preferências e Aplicativos, ele continua instalando no ssd. O que posso fazer?

I just bought a new laptop with windows 11 installed on it.  I downloaded from CD the Lightroom 6 software and I clicked on one of the icons and it said that I couldn't use the app on the my laptop.  What do I have to do to be able to use the app on my laptop.  There are two icons after the software was installed from the CD.  I would like to start using the software immediately.  The photo editing software I have been using for many years, doesn't compare to Lightroom's capabilities. I have been waiting to use the software for many years.  I do have another laptop that has Windows 7, but not enough room to support the software.  THe new laptop has 12GB and 1 TD, so I am confident that it is perfect for the software and one of the reasons I bought the laptop.  I use an external disc drive since the newer laptops don't come with one anymore.  I have nothing else on the downloaded on the new laptop at all except for the software it w

I have a problem with my account. I have tried to get help from Support three times and for hours, but possibly because of language barriers I can't get a clear answer on what to do. I am always told they are going to bump it up the chain and then I get an email saying it is solved.I have an educational subscription to CC from work associated with my work email. I am given the opportunity to purchase another license to put on my home computer and I did so but the new one is linked to my work email making it impossible to update my CC at work. So it seems like there are two subscriptions on my account. If I cancel the one I bought I am unable to buy it again meaning I can put it on my computer at work. I really just want to have the one I bought transferred to another email.Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much.

I want to upgrade from bit Mojave 10.14.6 to Montery but have the following questions and concerns: 1. I don’t want to loose my photo files saved in jpg, psd, tiff and quickdraw / pict file formats.  2. CS3 is currently installed and working in 10.14.6. 3. What is the best approach to keep the photos? Can I install  Lightroom +/or PS Elements on 10.14.6 and then upgrade to Monterey.  4. I really don’t want to subscribe to latest full Adobe CS due to cost.  5. Ideally just looking for a photo management app that will catalog and keep my preexisting photos as well as new

I'm trying to install creative cloud, however, when I do so, I get this image on the screen:I have windows 10 pro on a Dell laptop, and I have tried deleting the installer and downloading it again, and I have tried running Adobe cc cleaner. I have also run it as an administrator, and I tried running it on a separate admin account.Any help would be much appreciated.

I am tryinng to cancel the automatic renewal but the page send me to adobe shop, where I dont have the option to cancel it.  I need to cancel it because I dont want to continue with the plan.  Please help me

Anschließend wollte ich mich auf der Adobe Lizenzierungsseite anmelden, was leider immer mit dem Hinweis "kein autorisierter Adobe-User" zu sein fehlschlug. Ich kam daher nicht an die Seriennummer um mein Produkt zu registrieren. Der Versuch schlug mit allen gängigen Browsern (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) fehl. Zudem funktionierte es über Safari an einem Apple-Gerät nicht. Wie komme ich nun an die Seriennummern, um mein gekauftes Produkt kaufen zu können?

I know sometimes people or companies will keep their old legitimate, no longer used or no longer compatible software tucked away in a cupboard or draw somewhere gathering dust. Long shot I know, but does anyone still have the Mac CS6 master collection that they no longer use or require, that they would be interested in selling and legally transferring the ownership over to me? Hi everyone, I have bought a large number of redemption codes from Adobe-authorized resellers in the USA.The reseller is listed on Adobe's website: https://www.adobe.com/partners/partnerfinders.html When I try to redeem the codes, Adobe's website shows all of them they are successfully redeemed.Then, when I check back into my account, the plan expiration date is NOT correct, because some of the subscription years are missing.I tried to contact Adobe support three days ago, and they say a dedicated team is working on it, and checked back today, and they say they are still working. This makes me super anxious since I bought the redemption codes for hundred of dollars...Does anyone have a similar issue? Or it's just me...
