Questions

I just upgrading from previous MacOS to OS Monterey (12.6). Since doing this I am unable to to save any document created in InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop to my external HD. I am also having an issue with linked images not being recognized when they reside on the same external HD. If I copy the files to my main HD, everything works as it should. External drive is working properly.Latest version of all Adobe programs (2022) Anyone else have this issue? I spent all day on phone with Apple, no solution other than contact Adobe.Thanks for your help.

Hi,earlier i was having 1 year subscription for Adobe Premiere Pro CC (one-year). this month 23rd may 2017 renewal date, but last month 24th April 2017 i had a chat with Adobe chat support and i requested them to don't renewal the above product subscription. they cancel the renewal,i have a reference mail about that and chat info also, But today 23rd May 2017 from my account monthly amount got debited.This is really bad experience from company lie ADOBE.for reference below case number 0221826201 which i had a chatRegards,VenkataRamarao N[Moved out of the forum comments forum (which is for issues pertaining to these forums themselves) and into a Creative Cloud forum - moderator]

Will all of my adobe ps cc actions/brushes and lr cc presets automatically transfer to my new computer upon download/login of these cc programs on the new computer or will they need to be reloaded? 

Cześć, mam pełny pakiet Adobe wersje próbną na 7 dni i za chwile bede kupowała na miesiac. Korzystam z MacBook 11 wersja 11.7 BIGSOUR z 2014 r. technidznie nadaje sie do korzystania z Adoba. Zalezy mi najbardziej na aplikacjach Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Zainstalowalam Creative Cloud w ktorym sa wszystkie aplikacje jakie moge miec w ramach pakietu. Zainstalowalam wszystkie wymienilam wyzej. Zaznacze, ze Creative cloud isntaluje mi ta wersje 2023 r. Po zainstalowaniu kazdej alikacji, mam ją z zielonym kolkiem ze jest aktywna. Hi. I want to download the version 16.4 of Adobe InDesign. It has to be this version because  I'm using a custom plugin tha its based on that version. I have already contacted with Adobe support but they can only provide base version of Adobe. If someone could help me with this problem, i would appreciate.

I wanted to install Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14 on a new Windows 11 PC after my old Windows 10 PC died.  My Adobe account said Photoshop Elements was already registered to multiple devices and Premiere Elements did not appear. Adobe, I was told, has a specialized team focused on migrating software from old PCs to new.  The rep I was connected to in the chat session understood my questions instantly.  Within minutes he (I presume) reset my registration counters, registered both programs with the serial numbers from five years ago, and supplied a link to my account with signin and download instructions.  The download files, he explained, came with all applicable updates. This was an example of support the way it should be!

Não tem mais a opção de escolher a versão do photoshop no creative cloud. Recebo a mensagem que o meu sistema está desatualizado e que tenho que atualizar.Se não tiver como instalar a versão anterior a esta, estarei cancelando o serviço, pois não será maisviável para mim.Eu que devo escolher o que me atende e não  comprar um outro desktop para ter uma versão atualizada do photoshop, quando o meu sistema não tem mais como atualização.Gostaria de um link com as versões anteriores.

I frequently use a Photoshop plugin that does not work with a new version of Photoshop, and they usually drag their feet with providing an updated version of said plugin, so, from past experience, I set my Adobe Cloud Update Preferences to NOT auto-update Photoshop. In the past few days I've been getting alerts from Adobe Cloud that new updates are available for Photoshop, which I disregarded for the above mentioned reasons. However, today, when I turned on my computer, I was horrified to discover that Adobe had decided that my preference choices were irrelevant to what they wanted, so not only did they reset the toggle in cloud preferences that prevented Photoshop from auto-updating, but in advanced options, a check-box was also ticked that has deleted my previous version of Photoshop!!! I'm bloody furious! Who the hell gave you permission to override my preferences, you arrogant prix???

When launching the Photoshop CS5 app that I just installed (after Adobe tech working remotely in my computer did something to make it stop working) it giver Error message 213:5I'm on Mac High Sierra. After it stopped working, Adobe sent me a link to download CS 5 again because I not longer have original CD.

How to i revert back to bridge 2022????    2023 version won't allow me to view external HDs!!! or macs photo app on another external HD  i cant find older versions tab that people keep posting about  Any questions regarding this are way to old

I got a new computer and need to transfer my adobe creative suite over to it. I bought the suite a long time ago and have purchased updates since. How do I make sure that those updates also transfer. TIA.

Hi everyone,I would like to use Photoshop on my Mac (Mac OSx El Capitan 10.11.6) but it's not possible anymore since the last update. Everything is fine with my computer, it works well, except I can't upgrade the OS anymore because it's too old. How can I carry on using Photoshop without having to buy a new computer (which would be absurd + a waste given it works well) ?FYI Adobe support sent me a huge .dmg which was supposed to correct the problem except it was for more recent versions of Mac OSX.Thanks a lot for your help !Beatrice

I upgraded my operating system (now MacOS 11.6.8) and can no longer use the CreativeCloud programs installed on my computer. When trying to uninstall them, I got the message that the uninstaller needed to be updated. I downloaded a more recent uninstaller and try to run it - "done with errors", no complete uninstallation. I still tried to install the most recent version of Create Cloud, but it gets stuck at 20 %. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello, i use Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 on an IMac Late 2009, OSX Mavericks (all Updates are new). I will change to OSX Yosemite and will update Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 before. I tried to Update, but the Adobe Updater gets no Internet Connection. I tried it without Firewall..... but no Connection. Can i download an Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 Update manuell? I've seen there s an Update for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.03. Could i use this?

Hello forum, I have the following problem:I own Creative Suite CS6 from Adobe on Windows 10, have now switched to Windows 8.1 because the programs work better there. (In my opinion.) When I try to enter my serial number, it says that the serial number I entered has been locked. I have switched Windows versions several times and it has always worked. Why now all of a sudden it doesn't? I would appreciate an answer.

Hi!I am a college student, part time, in a graphic design course. When in this course, i was given a photoshop account to use on the college laptops. Now, i am trying to download a copy onto my personal laptop for use at home as we are not allowed to take said college laptops, but it claims i do not have any of the apps under my plan.I have checked im logged into the right account, and i for sure have used photoshop and illustrator in the past. Id appreciate any help i could get!

Hi, in 2015 I bought a Dell Laptop and along with the computer I added Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 14. This computer no longer works (motherboard damaged). I have a Samsung computer and I have installed all the software I purchased, except for Adobe. I contacted Dell and they told me that to install my software back I would need another Dell computer running the Dell Digital Delivery program. But I don't have a Dell computer anymore... I downloaded the two configuration files, typed the serials that I had noted, I successfully installed the programs but when running, a message appears saying that another computer is running my software. That's not true, I don't have another computer. I think my old Dell computer information remains on record with Adobe. So I ask: Is there any way to solve this problem?

I have Adobe Photoshop elements 8 on a disc and I have bought a new computer and wanted to install it there. It was successful but later the computer failed to start so I had to backout every updates so I lost my installation. I then tried to install it again an I enter my serial number and the installation process starts. After some time I get an error message: An error occured during the installation of assembly component (63E949F6-03BC-5C40-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E) HRESULT: 0x80070091. Then it starts to backout the istallation. I have googled the code 0x80070091 and as I understand it says that it couldn't delete a folder because it was not empty but I don't know which folder.

I paid for the Photography CC, and I now have access to Photoshop, but Lightroom still says that my "Trial Expired" and has a blue "Buy Now" button. I thought that I was supposed to get both apps.

Hier l'appli Creative Cloud fait émerger une fenêtre pour dire que l'appli doit être réparée... Un téléchargement se met en place en cliquant sur réparer et l'installation met des plombes à se faire pour au final se bloquer...???Du coup j'ai qq applis CC qui sont aussi en blocage, dont Adobe Acrobat... Et comme j'utilise Adobe Premiere Pro pour du montage, j'ai l'impression que l'utilisation des applis CC est ralentie tant que l'appli CC n'est pas installée...Quelqu'un a t'il connu ce genre de problèmes? Et quelle solution pour résoudre ce bordel...?Merci
