I have updated all my adobe apps to CC (2018), All apps are up to date in my creative cloud app. But in my applications folder I see all apps in both 2017 and 2018 versions. This takes up a lot of space on my computer. Old files default to 2017, and new files default to 2018 (indesign 2018 files wont open in 2017 etc) How can I uninstall the old versions (2017) when they are not listed in my creative cloud app?

Hi! Whenever I try to install Photoshop cc17, error code 16 is displayed. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it won't work, neither did the solution Adobe Support offers (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html this one).I don't know what else to try.

HiI've just bought Photoshop but I'm unable to install on my laptop. I use Windows 10. I have Creative Cloud installed on there already but I only subscribe to Adobe Illustrator (under a different email)

I currently have: Ps (version 23.4.1), Lr (5.4), Lr Classic (11.4.1), Ps Express (3.6), Camera Raw (14.4.1)  and of course Bridge, installed on my WIN 10 desktop computer. I want to install Adobe Id and Ai CS5.  My question is will they interfer or compromise my current Adobe apps in any way?  I remember when I had Ps CS5 it did compromise my Ps CC, so I had to uninstall CS5.     I'd appreciate any assistance you may give.  Rochelle M.

Hello, ran into a frustrating issue trying to help a student install inDesign from a CC account on her computer. We tried installing the downloader for inDesign (and the Creative Cloud desktop app) to both the Downloads folder and the desktop, each time we'd run the installer a dialogue box asking to grant access to the Downloads/Desktop folder would pop up and would not go away regardless of whether we clicked "Allow" or "Deny Access". It just hangs out on the screen. We tried manually granting access through settings, but because the program hasn't actually been installed we can't adjust the settings for it yet. It's like it's frozen and we can't get past that point of the install. Firewall is off, we are operating on a Macbook, and even force quitting the installer through the Activity Monitor doesn't impact the "Allow Access" dialogue box. I've installed this software tens of times on all kinds of computers and this is the first time I'm seeing this. Hi ya'll,  i just bought a new macbook pro 2020 - M1 chip - and am trying to get creative cloud to work. basically I allready installed and unistalled everything 10 times. Everytime i open the creative cloud app i get the start screen or the dashboard screen but i can't click on anything and it is not responding. I am aware that to run photoshop on my new macbook I need to download Rosetta 2 and the beta version of the non native photoshop version however, i was never asked to downloac Rosetta 2... can't seem to find a way to instal this manually and, i can't click on the beta version of photoshop because creative cloud is non responsive. Please help me, i have been looking for a solution for hours, i'm going crazy 🙂  

I have had a student plan for a while now. I just went to install another app included in the plan onto my computer but upon logging in, it says I only have the free trials plan. I checked my bank account and the subscription has come out so I am definitely paying for it, it's just not showing up. It won't let me contact support as, because it is linked to a university email and it's saying there is no paid subscription, it says I should contact the person in charge within my group or organization for help. I thought cancelling the subscription and restarting it may work but I'm not sure how I would do that as the subscription isn't showing up so I can't cancel it. How can I get access to the products I have paid for?

I've been trying to install adobe CC all evening but to no avail. I download the installer, follow the instructions, watch it go through the installation process, and then when it says "opening Creative Cloud," it closes the window and nothing happens. Creative Cloud and its supporting applications are all open in task manager and open on startup when I restart the computer, but they seem to do nothing and I am incapable of getting any kind of interface to appear on screen. I have tried:-Disabling all antivirus applications on my computer -Force stopping all Adobe software prior to uninstalling CC-Using the Adobe uninstaller (and restarting my computer before reinstalling)-Using the Adobe repair function (again restarting my computer before reinstalling)-Using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (again, restarting my computer before reinstalling)-Logging in with two separate accounts on different attempts-Deleting the OOBE and Application Manager folders-Reading a bunch of o

I purchased Acrobat Pro with a perpetual license from Adobe back around 1998 for my main computer. After a computer crash caused by installation of Windows 10 around 2015-2016. Adobe techs installed a newer version (XI). everything was fine for years and Adobe installed updates online. That worked fine, so I threw out the older version disc since it was useless. I never received a serial number for the program that Adobe techs installed. Earlier this month Windows glitched and would not install updates, so after 3 days of their techs taking control they finally ended up doing a complete reinstall, but all programs were lost. While reinstalling Acrobat, it would not accept the serial number that the Microsoft tech had recovered. An Adobe tech told me the serial number belonged to someone in Africa. Hello,I tried to use online chat support but the supporter directed me to this place. I can't install updates for Adobe CS6 Design & Web Prem Pack. I have downloaded updates from Adobe official site - other download. I have the license. I run on Mac OS Sierra. When I try to install an update (doesnt matter if for illustrator or photoshop or other component) I constantly get the information that Install is Failure and it cant use this update. I expect prompt and reliable help from your support.

why can't I  download photoshop on this computer

I have two versions of Photoshop installed on my Macbook Pro. Version 22.5.8 and Version 23.4.1.Can I delete Version 22.5.8? 

So today I was editing a batch of photos that I took yesterday, when lightroom classic started to freeze up and didn't allow me to export photos. From there I shut down the app and tried to boot it back up. Then it wouldn't start back up saying that I had the catalog open already (which I didn't). So I decided to uninstall lightroom classic and reinstall it. Now when I try to install or uninstall anything (I.E. Premiere Rush, Photoshop) I get error 116. The solution I keep getting is to turn off any antivirus software. I don't have any antivirus running and no mattter what I cannot get lightroom back.

I got this popup when I went to use photohop for the first time in a few months. My work has renewed my license, but there is no way to enter that information. The application will not launch. I am using a PC with Windows 7. I understand that is too old to run the newest version of photoshop but this version I have installed has worked fine. I don't understand what has changed or how to fix it.

I am so fed up. So fed up that I am seriously just thinking about ending all my Adobe subscriptions.Why?Because of all these login problems. It is never good and you are only making it worse!It never remembers, it always wants extra steps. None of them ever work. I can be logged in one place and click to get to another and it forces me to log in again. The authenticator is a joke and works maby every fifth time. The demands on my password is a joke. Resetting a password for Adobe has been done almost as many times as I have sat down to work with the software.It is a trainwreck. A horrible experience from beginning to end. it does not even remember what password I chose last so I need to change it again time after time. I am FED up! 

I recently received some very useful data for my research, but it's stored in an a5p file. It turns out this file format was used in Adobe Authorware, which is no longer available. Does anybody know of any way for me to access/view/recover the data inside of this file? 

If you would like to change from plan Creative Cloud All Apps to Photography Plan - the websites built at Adobe Portafolio will be preserved if the transfer ismade? - Both plans have Adobe Portafolio included but I cannot find the info realting to this. Thank you.

I have a CC subscription bought with school from Academic Software it has worked for about 7 months now and suddenly yesterday all my apps are oone trial mode ive searched online and tried logging in and out, restarting my computer etc. but it didn't work. The subscription never showed up on my CC account but still does on Academic Software but im stuck in trial mode.I have a lot of work i cant do and have to do ecause of this problem so I urgently need help.

I randomly started getting this error message titled "AdobeIPCBroker.exe - System Error" the test says "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Ok. Searching around says this is lightroom classic. I try to uninstall lightroom classic and I get: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\Uninstall.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."What am I supposed to do here? The first error message (AdobeIPCBroker.exe) will not go away and prioritizes above all other windows. Infuriating.

I can't sign into the desktop app for Creative Cloud. I have a gmail account so it asks me to put in my email and then s continue using gmail. When I continue to gmail, it opens a new tab to log into my email, tells me that I'm all set and to log into the desktop application, but then I get an error message saying that I'm not signed in and to try again.there l isn't an option to actually put in my password. I've tried to click the reset password button, but nothing happens. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app. I've cleared my browning history, cookies, and cache. I've restarted my computer. Doea anyone know how to resolve this issue?
