When I am trying to login to adobe acrobat, the below error occurs:   Error There was an error with this action. Try again later. 5e1a8f92-2fc6-4307-894d-7dd95cc983ec   And also when I sign in to adobe creative, its said "We did not maange to sign you in"

PLEASE!!!I have a receipt along with a registration number for the LR6 upvgrade. It cost me $85.00 and, when I go to my product page on account.adobe.com/products I see it. The problem is that there is no download facility available.Did I really pay $85.00 and now no longer have access to the product?

Hallo. Versuche das Adobe Design CS6 auf meinem macbook zu aktivieren. Installation erfolgreich, doch die aktivierung über internet geht nicht, da das programm keine verbindung zum internet, bzw. zur nötigen seite aufbauen kann. Internetverbindung ist jedoch da.Ich habe schon alle alternativen tipps von adobe mitarbeiter durch. Kein erfolg. Eine deaktivierung vom alten rechner erzeugt die selbe fehlermeldung. Gibt es eine lösung?  Grüße K. 

How can I download InDesign 2019? In Creative Cloud only 2021 version is availabe.

When I try accessing Creative Cloud just get the spinning circle and eventually slow to load restart computer/relaunch app and after that goes to check internet and firewall status.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud and all the Photography plan apps and still have same problem - can access account from a windows laptop. All of the apps now try to connect to the internet on loading and none seem to be able to connect so the whole suit is unusable at present. Spent a total of 3 hours on phone to adobe support - problem not fixed they suggest upgrade MAC OS from Catalina 10.15.7 to new OS which is not an option. Can anybody offer any suggestions/fixes

I'm unable to reinstall my Photoshop Elements 13, I get a message saying that the installer failed.  So I tried to download the Photoshop Elements 15 trial and the same things happened.  Any help please?  I tried contacting Adobe, but that's no good.

Hello, I had a crash and reinstalled my CS6. All the software works, but After Effects won’t launch and the update system doesn’t work anymore. I need the AE 11.0.4 update which, up until last year, was still available on my account.I have had exchanges with your support staff for over 1 month, where they pass the case to the next tech., asking the exact same questions and running around in circles.The links your last support tech. sent me are all dead. I bought photoshop. Multiple times. I did not register it when I bought. I do not have serial keys still. I do not have order numbers still. It was a long time ago that I made my purchases. I regularly used photoshop cs5. My product worked fine until adobe creative cloud broke my product. Now I'm being forced to buy a new product if I want something that will still do what I was using photoshop for. After speaking to several people and MANY hours on call, I was hung up on, after even having apologized to the operator I spoke with for if I had seemed upset. Something I bought, from them, has been broken, and I'm expected to buy another? I would like reimbursement for what I had that was broken, or just a new copy of photoshop. That's all.

J'ai donc changé de moyen de paiement sur Paypal, en entrant une carte bancaire désactivée à la place de ma carte fonctionnelle, ainsi que désactivé le paiement sur Paypal.Tout allait bien mais en regardant mes relevés tout à l'heure, j'ai découvert que je continuais à être débitée sur mon compte via Paypal, alors que je ne j'avais bel et bien sélectionné une autre carte, désactivé le paiement, et que je n'utilise plus Adobe depuis au moins janvier 2022.J'aimerais donc être remboursée de quatre paiements de 29.99€, puisque je n'aurais pas du être débitée. Bonne journée,Nina.

I need to constantly refresh Photo Downloader in order retrieve all the photos from my memory card. How do I download all the pics at one time. 

In Spark, for those who subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud, there is an option to add "Brands" which is useful for those of us who run multiple websites and need to quickly generate blog graphics in the right design style - colours, fonts.  Except that when designing the brand, there is no option to add the colour schemes from Adobe Color, which is fine, but then, under Fonts, it gives you the option of a few fonts, and the option of "Upload your own fonts."  However, since Adobe switched to the managed fonts nonsense and we cannot download fonts anymore, how am I supposed to add the fonts to the brand?  Why does it not automatically populate from our projects from Adobe Fonts?

My Photoshop and Illustrator documents jump around on the screen. Both programs are up to date. Very frustrating. Any suggestions on how to stop this would be appreciated.
