Hallo,Indesign CS6 läuft auf meinem Windows-7-Rechner (x64). Es funktioniert alles, bis auf das Deaktivieren.Im Menü "Hilfe" gibt es den Eintrag "Deaktivieren...""Stellen Sie eine Verbindung mit dem Internet her und versuchen Sie es erneut."Das kommt jedes Mal, wenn ich auf weiter klicke. Ich habe eine Verbindung mit dem Internet. Ich habe die Adobe-Hilfe auf einer der Adobe-Seiten durchlaufen, wo man auf eine Schaltfläche klickt und ein Pong zurückbekommt. Funktioniert auch. Die Firewall habe ich de-aktiviert. Hilft nichts. ping activate.adobe.combringt timeout. Das löst auf eine seltsame Seite auf:ethos03-prod-va6-k8s-pub2-0-6a902acc902d157e.elb.us-east-1.amazonaws.comIch möchte meinen Rechner mit Windows-10 neu aufsetzen und meine Lizenzen nicht verlieren. Habe noch Adobe Photoshop Elements 14. Dort habe ich das gleiche Problem. Wie kann das sein, dass das Internet prächtig funktioniert, aber das Deaktivieren der Lizenz nicht?Weiß jemand Rat?Danke. 

7:57 AMHello,Please send specifics of how to manually uninstall CS6 (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Bridge, Acrobat) after my upgrade to Mac OS-Catalina and Adobe CC. Uninstallers do no function with OS-Catalina. Dragging to the trash looks not recommended.Thanks!

Je travaille avec la CS6, la seule qui fonctionne lorsqu'on ne dispose pas d'un accès au Cloud. J'ai voulu la réinstaller sur mon nouvel ordinateur sous Windows 10, mais le fichier d'installation me dit que ma clé d'activation a expiré. Quelle est la solution pour pouvoir continuer d'utiliser la CS6?

I have Adobe software on both my desktop and my portable.  To update Photoshop or Bridge can take upto 24 hours on my desktop and often falls out after 12 or so hours and I have to start again.  For my mobile, I go to a friend with fibre and download in a mattar of minutes.  Is there any way to download the update onto my mobile and then transfer it to my desktop and apply it there.  This is what I do with several other major programs.  I should be very greatful for any advice.  Many thanks.

I am using CS 5.5.I installed a new computer, downloaded it from the website, and installed it.Activation warning has been posted since yesterday.I chose "retry activation.i have ready disabled one of my other computers."After that, press continue.Then you will see a notice saying, please connect to the Internet, then press continue!! But I'm already connected to the Internet!!The counselor told me to do it with a mobile hotspot, so even if I try it with a mobile hotspot, the same guide appears.And other computers are not using the cs5.5 program.!!!However, website(https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices) will inform you that there is no activated pc.I consulted with the counselor twice and asked him to contact me.Please take measures so that it can be used on my computer.ID : <email address removed>

 Why does the creative cloud app say that Premier Rush is part of my photography subscription?I installed it and spent time using it to only find out at export time that it is in fact a trial and that I would need to pay extra to continue to use it. Poor show Adobe, that is underhand. 

Hello! I just got my Surface Pro X in the mail, and I noticed that as of May Photoshop now runs natively on the Arm based system (What my surface pro X is). I installed lightroom and Photoshop, but then decided that I didn't want lightroom anymore so I deleted it. Before I did, I noticed that lightroom opened up and ran just fine. But when I downloaded Photoshop (after lightroom was uninstalled) it wouldn't open due to the immediate error message of "This application failed to start because openal32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this issue." I did try and re-install it, but it didn't seem to do anything. The same error message still pops up. I really will need to use photoshop, and I would love to see a solution for this. Thanks! 

Creative Cloud, as seen in the first attachment, said I had a heaping handful of updates available today. Knowing this was wrong, I reloaded it and as the second screenshot shows, only Photoshop was needing an update.   This happens about twice a month, this innacuurate update tally.   Why?

I need to Download Adobe InDesign 2019 14.0.3 on my iMac that I just purchased but can not find it anywhere available to do so, My Creative Cloud only shows 2 older versions, NOT the one I need. Can anyone help please.

Hi all,  I've been trying to do the update on these 3 apps, usually no issue. Now it's been weeks now that everytime I click on "update" it's on waitig forever. I can cancel and try again, not change.Apps are closed ofc (Macbook Pro) so not sure what is happening here. And if you have an idea.Photoshop v 23.11Illustrator v 26.02InDesign v 17.01 Attached you will find the screenshot of what I've been dealing with. Note that I also tried to update one by one but same result. Thank you in advance.

When trying to install CS4 on my new computer the serial number - which is printed on the dvd case - is said to be unvalid. What should I do?

Hallihallo,vlt kann mir jmd helfen...Ich habe ein Creative Cloud-Studenten Abo abgeschloßen. (Ps inclusive)Ich kann leider Photoshop nicht installieren. In Adobe Creative Cloud steht nur eine Testversion von Ps CC zu Verfügung und beim Herunterladen bleibt der Download bei 46% hängen.Was ich bis jetzt erfolglos versucht habe:- habe bereits den C.Cloud 3x deinstalliert und neu heruntergeladen - habe Firewall & Antivirussystem ausgeschaltet.Bei InDesign & Illustrator habe ich das Problem nicht. (InDesign 2019 (32-bit) & Illustrator 2019(32-bit) wurden installiert und funktionieren)Danke im voraus..     

hey I keep getting this error message when trying to install a copy of photoshop 2020 keeps telling me--- the installation cannot continue and the installer file may be damaged, download the installer file again??? and over and over this come up, I am running a PC and I cant just open content and find the install button like on a mac, please help look forward to hearing from you

This question was answered with the note: On the new PC , go to www.creative.adobe.com and sign in with the same Adobe ID and download the CC apps.But what do you with CC on the old PC?Is CC automatically deactivated on the old PC when it is installed on the new PC.

The latest update to version 9 today triggered a "Virus" warning by AVG.  The file PRINTIN64.EXE was sent to the virus vault.  Is that a problem?

Hi Team, So let me first brief about the history of my problem. previously I had my Adobe subscription on my daughter's account and recently I got it transered on my account. I downloaded creative uninstaller and it's not removing the old 32-bit creative cloud from my computer. I'm guessing that the uninstallar my not delete it because I deleted part of it in Finder on my 2015 MacBook Air (running Monteray).I can still see adobe desktop service, ccx process, creative cloud, core sync, and core sync helper in my activity monitor. How do I remove this completely it from my computer? 

Several yrs. ago, I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Premiere Elements 12.  They're installed on my old HP laptop.  I just purchased a new Dell Latitude laptop, and I would like to be able to install them on the new laptop.  I don't have the serial # for that software.  Options?

I work in a jornal that still use pagemaker 7.0, we had an Installation CD from PageMaker 7.0 in portuguese, but we lost it. Now we only have the content CD without the installation one. Someone have the installation files? I would like to download it and put on our cloud to avoid lose it again. Someone could help me please?

I have problem about Photoshop Creative Suite 6 Design Standard installing in new NB.I have already uninstalled PS CS6 from my old notebook. But why? PS CS6 in new notebook still shows "The serial number 14081..............69256 is already in use by the maixmum of 2 computers.I can't retry activation and continue.How do i do?

Us older freelancers are looking at getting iced out by the monopolies. We can't afford subscription services so what else is there. Sorry. I'm just a little bitter because my computer died today, so I am looking at early retirement or... I don't know what. ✊
