I want to move creative cloud with photoshop and lightroom to a hard drive on my pc other than the drive with windows os.How do I do this?

Hello all... please suggest how can I install indesign on my macbook having Mac OS X El Capitan. I purchased 1 yr subscription but unable to install it due to compatibility issue.    

We have a computer with Mojave MacOS. AI and PS CC 2021 is currently installed but we need to install AI CC 2020 for compatibility reasons. 2020 does not appear as an option for download. How can I download and install it? Surely 2020 is compatible with Mojave.

I am using an older Apple MacBook computer running OS 10.11.6 - El Capitan. I understand the last version of Animate to work with OS 10.11 is Animate 2017. Can you please tell me how to download older versions of Animate? I have a monthly subscription to Adobe CC.  Thanks!

Is this problem with Adobe? Is this Remote Support App Adobe's? During an Adobe support session a few months back, upon request, I installed a support app. I cannot be 100% sure that this was the same app that is now causing me concern so I hoping someone here will be able to clarify. Each time I startup I get a bouncing 'Remote Support App' in the Dock. Although the quit and remove options are available, they do nothing.  The only way to get rid of this boucing icon is to go into Activity Monitor and quit it fron there.  In there it says USER is ROOT. See attached for a few screen grabs of info I can find. My serial number failed. I forgot to deactivate in my old account on windows. Now it's not possible to use my CS5 suite anymore.Any tips or advice? I tried searching and also did a clean install after using the removal tool. It did work first hour in windows 11, but somehow it got corrupted after booting the update program?

 Moin! Folgendes Problem: CreativeSuite CS6 Standard, Seriennummer vom Kauf vorhanden. InDesign zuletzt am  Vormittag genutzt, am Nachmittag ging es nicht mehr: CS6-Programme starten nicht mehr. Stattdessen öffnete der Adobe Application Manager und gab zur Auswahl „Diese Software lizensieren“ und „Test beginnen" (vorausgewählt). Siehe Foto. Die Lizenz rausgekramt, Seriennummer eingegeben, Aufforderung zur Anmeldung. Ich habe aber meines Wissens gar keinen Adobe-Account – und wollte/will auch keinen haben. Habe das also nicht gleich gemacht – 7 Tage sollte Zeit sein, nun ist das Fenster aber weg. Die Programme öffnen nach wie vor nicht, es erscheint folgendes Fenster zum Testen: siehe Foto.  Frage: Wie kann die alte (lizensierte) Version wieder genutzt werden? I previously purchased Adobe Standard when I bought my Dell computer and added Lightshop (I think) later.  The hard drive on that computer crashed.  Now I want to load the Adobe software I already purchased onto my new computer. 

I had to switch to another PC laptop because the other one broke and I can't get Adobe apps to work. First it was creative cloud: I kept getting "error 206" even though everything else online was working well. I tried all kinds of stuff, including disabling the firewall, cleaning adobe credentials, switching OS language, different wireless network, etc... so many different things that I can't even remember anymore and nothing worked. Then someone got me a slightly older installer of creative cloud and then everything seemed to work fine: Creative cloud files were synching, Illustrator was installing, etc... That is... until I opened up illustrator and got a "can't connect to servers" message. Tried other versions of illustrator through the creative cloud app with no success. Keep in mind that while I get this message, all my creative cloud files are properly synching in seconds and on my Mac at home everything is working perfectly fine. I've spent so many hours on this and I

Hello, I'm trying to activate an old CS6 design standard suite, but I get the notification that my serial needs to be deactivated before it can be used. The old machine has been decommissioned for years so there is no way to do a manual deactivation to trigger a response. If I select it already has been decommissioned it just loops back to the same menu.Is there a way to still get it to activate? Best regards.

Can someone please clarify the difference between being able to be signed in to an app on two devices at the same time and being able to use the app on two devices at the same time? Surely, if you can sign in to the app on both, you'd be able to access usage on both?  Adobe rules provided below: - Stay signed in on 2. You can remain signed in to the app on up to two computers.- Use on 1. You can use your app on only one computer at a time.

Hallo alle zusammen! Ich hab mir heute Nachmittag eine eigene Adobe ID angelegt und die Creative Cloud zum Sparpreis abonniert.Ich habe eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, unter Abos steht sogar, dass sie schon die Zahlung bekommen hätten (was ich im Onlinebanking wiederum noch nicht sehen kann, aber gut!?), aber wann immer ich loslegen und die Programme benutzen will, öffnet sich nur eine leere Seite.Ich verstehe das nicht. Kennt jemand das Problem? Ihr klickt auf "Auf Anwendungen und Services zugreifen" und es öffnt sich nur ein neuer Tab mit einer leeren Seite. Kein Button, kein Text, keine Fehlermedlung - nichts.Falls jemand weiß, was ich tun muss, sagt mir Bescheid. Das Angebot mit dem Sparpreis gilt nur noch bis übermorgen. I bought a new student version of adobe suite. i disconnected and reconnected with another email adress. Now i do not have access to my saved work from the older account. How do i recuperate my previous work on the adobe cloud ?

11/30/21   I called Customer Care and after the robot put me in the right queue I was on hold for 1.5 hours so I hung up.  I was chatting with someone from Adobe and he couldn't help me and blew me off and told me to call Customer care.   I have PS CS6 on an old PC running Win 7.  It was working fine.  My CS license is good until 8/22.  Yet I can't get it to run anymore.  There is a license issue.  When I go to my account manager it says I need to download PS, even though it is already on my PC.  When I tried to download PS, it told me my system was too old.  How do I get PS to start again???!!!

error message on new install of Photoshop: "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application." — I HAVE REINSTALLED THE APPLICATION NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT NEVER CHANGES, STILL THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. Já tentei de todas as maneira instalar o Indesign na CC e não instala! Aparece o erro 305.Já desinstalei e reinstalei várias vezes. Fiz tudo que vi na internet. Será que eu tenho salvação?
