I installed the xd software but it only appears to mp in CC APP.Im trying to find folder location of xd on the computer and i dont know where is it😕😕

I get these messages when I try and open creative cloud after I download it on my new computer and they have no error codes so I cant check into them on adobe's download support function because they have no numbers, was hoping someone knows how to fix this, I have tried to repair it 5 times with no luck and have unistalled and re-installed a total of 9 times with no luck, same error messages everytime.

Hello,  I am having an issue with installing apps through the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I recently purchased a subscription and was really excited about downloading the various editing apps. I tried to install Animate and Photoshop but as it was downloading, it eventually stops and says to retry. I've been "retrying" ever since and none of the apps are downloading. I am sure some other people have also experienced these same issues and it would be really helpful to solve it. Thank you! 

So starting this weekend I've been having issues with Premiere and Media Encoder - crashing, freezing and longer than normal render times - when I tried to uninstall with creative cloud it said the programs were still running in the background. Opening Task Manager I could see that they were both indeed still running in the background, however, I cannot end them, when I do I get an error message saying the operation could not be completed. Next, I used the Clean Up Tool to remove all Adobe software and Creative Cloud from my PC, which worked. But now I cannot re-install Premiere or Media Encoder because they are apparently still running in the background even though they're no longer on my PC. I am able to re-install other Adobe programs but these two will not as the computer still thinks they're running. I am at an utter loss, I've tried to kill the tasks using cmd but that just says process not found. I need these programs as I do a lot of content creation and video editing and now I

I have 3 legal boxes of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. I have uninstalled all the copies from old computers but now when installed on new machine - I am getting error message that serial number is in use on different PC. What should I do? 

This error keeps popping up when i try to reinstall creative cloud. Can someone help me?

I am beside myself with frustration as Creative Cloud continues to freeze, with sync errors and may or may not be causing Adobe Bridge to crash on me repeatedly. Two external hard drives with two years worth of work have crashed so I have no access or knowledge that they are not permenently damaged.I am working on a desktop iMac running Mojave version 10.14.6.Creative Cloud was stuck for weeks with an update, contiuously spooling and "refusing" to be force quit, go figure. I have unistalled CC, reinstalled it and it now won't sync, with Bridge continuing to crash during critical work processes. What is going on?

I am trying to install the Photography package (Lightroom and Photoshop) and when I click on the downloaded install package I get a pop-up saying I need to upgrade my browser to see the reCapthcha - but I am currently using the latest version of Edge. I have tried disabling virus protection/firewall etc, and can sign in to Adobe website but just cannot install any applications because I cannot get past this reCaptcha pop-up. Any suggestions please

Hello, I wanted finally install Lightroom 5 Edu which I bought years ago and never came to install, because I worked (occasionally) on my sons computer with his Lightroom, but he moved away. I can't seem to find a way to put in the product code in order to obtain the serial number. The /eduverify_de site doesn't seem to exist anymore. What is to be done? I have the CD and booklet with the product code but can start it only as a 30 days demo... Thanks for help

i ve tried to install photoshop app but i can t, every time when i start the creative cloud launcher,i m waiting for 30sec and then throws me on my adobe id page. it said that i m conected and then do nothing, just repeat this action every time, opening the same page everytime...it doesn t advance for instalation. What can i do? on my old devices it works, now i have a new laptop but i can t install anything from adobe...Thank u!

I just had to trash all my work because I could not get the newest verstion..(the one with the Flamingos) to SAVE my work.  I tried several different ways...NO LUCK...I finally ended up uninstalling it the installing the previous version..(the one with the little girl mermaid).  I then went to my digital sites and EVERYONE was having the same problem.  PLEASE FIX THIS ADOBE....I SAW ON ON SITE THAT THE FILE MAY BE TO BIG...NO...AFTER I HAD TO TRASH ALL MY WORK....I DID SEVERAL TEST WITH JUST ONE ITEM AND IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK .... SO PLEASE DON'T TELL ME MY FILE WAS TOO BIG.

I have recently purchased the Photography Plan and am pleased with all the facilities it offers. BUT, why do I need to frequently sign in to use any of the facilities? Adobe is clearly one of those large companies who do not want any direct contact. They send you to the moon and back rather than provide a simple contact method to directly answer simple questions.RegardsPeter

Cannot install due to Imac says he is not able to check installer file for sabotage. What to do?

I have a licensed Adobe CS6 master collection.  I am trying to install on my new computer with WIN 10.My install files are on a USB drive which worked on the old computer.  (When I click set-up.exe) I get the "installer failed to initialize" message.I went to my account and found the download but it shows a promo for CC (which I do not want) and states that the CC includes a one year subscription to CS6 which expires within one year of download.  Is this some gimmick for Adobe to try and force us into a subscription service? Thanks

First off I am sorry I am typig in a font i cant get rid of on here. this is not on my computer???  Ok so that said, I uninstalled flash with the uninstall download and flash is still on my computer in creative suite CS4. My questions are;   Why? Also, do i really need to uninstall that version of flash since it came with the creative suite and not online? Also if i do need to uninstall and I uninstall it will my creative suite CS4 with adobe photoshop and bridge stop working?

I see I can try an Apple M1 beta version of Photoshop but you still need to use Rosetta 2 to load Creative Cloud so I can then download the beta version. I'm trying to avoid using Rosetta 2. When will Creative Cloud be an Apple M1 native application?

Last week, I received an Adobe prompt on my iMac desktop (latest os installed - Big Sur 11.1) which compelled me to download and install the Desktop Application. I dutifully did so. All hell broke loose. My computer went down. I tried to restart but it was an exercise in frustration. Another Adobe prompt button came up with Adobe Repair but even then this did not help. I ended up taking my computer in and it was diagnosed as a Hard Drive failure. I had to get a new HD installed. A week later.. I finally got my computer back. But I went through hell. When I called Adobe, I was told - sorry, this was an Apple issue. I think it's too much of a coincidence that my system failed when I tried to install and download their desktop appln. Anyone else have the same problem?

Hello,   I just bought Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 in the factory sealed package.   The install went fine except I cannot activate the software. The error message says connect to Internet but I am on Internet. I deactivated Virus software and no go.   I tried the phone number to activate but that is no longer a way to do it the voice mail message said. The message said to go to Adobe.com/go/activistion. That got a 401 error.   How do I activate Adobe Acrobat Standard 8 please?   Thank you.   Neil  

Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud Software Install on MacOS Bug Sur RTM Date:             December 2020Conclusion:  Avoid MacOS Big Sur at the moment until Adobe corrects their Installer  I have just upgraded my MacBook to MacOS Big Sur release version (upgrade from Catalina) - all seems to be very stable with everyting else except Adobe Creative Cloud. I have tried to install Adobe Creative Cloud and this is my current experience which Adobe Support do not seem to be able to help with or even understand the issue when I contacted them - instead saying I had Firewalls or Antivirus software enabled - which I do not. To be clear I have installed successfully on Mojave and Catalina fine BUT not on MacOS Big Sur. My details are here: I have tried two ways of doing this via a usual admin account install (fail) or using an elevated enbled root account (whcih results in loading to infinity....and beyond!). Bonsoir, J'ai ce problème pour toute la suite d'Adobe, depuis longtemps, un intervenant Adobe m'a donné cette solution : passer en mode admin, mais j'aimerai pouvoir les lancer directement. Il y a un problème de droits d'accès à AppData / Roaming . Du coup Adobe me disent de tout désisnstaller chose faite et résultat idem, microsoft m'a fait tout réinstaller windows 10 en gardant les applis et documents, idem même problème, ils disent de voir avec Adobe puisque c'est de chez eux, et Adobe me disent qu'il faut voir avec microsoft car c'est un soucis "windows". Adobe m'a renvoyé vers une page qui explique les droits d'accès et comment en ajouter, seulement, je ne sais pas quels droits choisir pour ni casser l'install windows ni rendre Adobe coincé. (il y a plein d'utilisateurs dans les droits, mais lequel choisir qui conviendrait à Adobe ?) Voilà, un peu long merci en tout cas si vous avez une idée, bonne soirée !!
