Questions

When I try to uninstall earlier versions (from 2017 and 2018) of applications in OS X 10.15.7, I get the following message. "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information." These old applications don't appear in the Creative Cloud application list and so can't be uninstalled from there.  I need to free up hard drive space.  

I'm paying for Animate CC, and I wanted to go back farther than CS6. So I set my sites on Flash CS4. So I get an installer from prodesigntools.com, but it doesn't let me activate without a serial. How do I do this?

Working on a 2017 iMac -- and am having trouble with all Adobe products. I just wiped out my mac and reinstalled the OS and Creative Cloud desktop app. Once again, trying to open Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and nothing is responding. I've tried force quitting and reopening, have restarted a million times, uninstalled and reinstalled.... I basically cannot use any of the CC products.  Anyone been able to resolve this issue?    Running Catalina version 10.15.7 

 I have a list of apps that say they can be updated. So I click the blue update button next to Photoshop for instance and it just says "waiting..." I called Adobe about this same problem back in October. They had me go into application manager or something and force quit out of stuff on my apple computer but it was only a temporary fix because its now December and the issue persists. They acted like I was the only one with this issue, but my dad has his own separate Adobe account in a totally separate household and he has the same issues as me. he sign out button is still grayed out right now. I wrote about this same issue in a post months ago. I have downloaded Elements 2021 and it will not work due to files missing. The file are MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll Where can I download these files.

I recenly had to reistall Windows on the Bootcamp partition. I'm now having an issue where CC apps fail becuase my substcriptoin caanot be verified, even though the machine is connected to the internet and I am actively logged into CC via the CC app. I contacted Adobe support and after screwing around with various settings on my machine (I had to give them complete control) the tech threw up his hands and proceded to claim that Adobe does not support CC on Macs running Bootcamp. I think this is complete BS, becuase a mac running Windows on a Bootcamp partition is no defferent than a straightup PC running Windows.  It is clearly an screw-up with Adobe's verification algorithm and Adobe should provide an alternate method of verifying my subscription. One would think that just being logged into one's account, which requires multi-factor authentication, should be sufficient! Some additional information:This happens when I'm logged into any account, including an Admin account.I ha

Hello, I have a problem installing Creative Cloud Desktop on Windows 10 64bit. Once the app is installed and started, it crashes and I recommend restarting the pc or the app. None of the solutions proposed by the FAQ session seem to help.

Microsoft Office 365 had a partner offer for 3 months of the Creative Cloud Photography Plan. However, I have been unable to redeem a code an activate the plan.Anytime I click to redeem, I am sent to a page for a redemption code (there is already a code filled into the boxes).When I select "Redeem code", an error message says "This code has already been redeemed."I have never used a code, or even had a Photography Plan subscription. So I am not sure why that message keeps popping up. Microsoft doesn't seem to know what to do about this either.Can someone give me an answer to this problem? I am extremely frustrated with this process!! 

hi, trying to run photoshop CC 2018.seems to use a strange partition for temp files (winretools !) wich lead to full disk error messages when launching.i tried to change preferences with CTRL ALT SHIFT when launching but it is still crashing.strange thing : all creative cloud cleaner tool store logs in that partition, in a very strange folder. Is there a way to reinit global installing and launching preferences for adobe CC suite ?thanks a lot for your enlight

I'm trying to install the trial version of Adobe RoboHelp on my Windows PC. I was able to download the setup files, but when i run the installer, i cant proceed further after entering the Language and Location screen. The "Continue" button on the screen for entering language/location does not respond. 

User/subscriber to PhotoShop CC for 5 yrs or so. Needed to wipe/clean my Mac Mini. Missed/forgot to back up Applications folder while backing everything else up. What do I need to do to reload or whatever? Thanks.

Hi. My old computer crashed and my old CS5 works well for me on my new laptop. However, I lost my downloaded Camera Raw 6..... (above 6.4.1 and under 6.7). something and it's no longer available from Adobe. I preferred it to having to use the DNG converter. Can anyone help please?  Pam

I am getting System error " The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the programme may fix this problem". I changed my laptop and trying to install creative cloud on the new laptop, but I am getting this error even after multiple installing and unstalling and reinstalling. What could be the possible solution to this?Priti 

Hello, I recently encountered a problem where the Creative Cloud App wouldn't get past its loading screen, and after following the various threads and guides here on how to fix the issue I eventually had to use the CC Uninstaller program to remove all Adobe software so I could do a fresh install. However, now I have the problem that Creative_Cloud_Setup.exe won't open. I've tried running it as administrator, I've tried disabling antivirus and firewall. Where do I go from here?

I am having an issue where I want to download Adobe Fresco from the Creative Cloud App, but it's saying it's incompatible because I need to update my computer. I have the most recent windows update, but it keeps telling me I need a Windows update from May 2019.

Why can't the end user have multiple versions of each app? The latest update somehow deleted other versions of adobe illustrator and apparently you can no longer maintain multiple versions.Adobe illustrator 2021 has preference issues, therefore I should be able to open illustrator 2020.

I've had issues just this year with Creative Cloud spamming malware all over my system.

Man fliegt seit Stunden direkt aus der Leitung.Die Chat-Funktion funktioniert nicht.Kein Kontakt zu einem Menschen unter dem Link 'Kontakt zu echten Menschen' möglich.Ich habe alle technischen Vorraussetzungen für die Installation.Bei der Installation per CD gab es nach dem Anlegen des Adobe-Kontos ein Fenster, in welchem ein Link zu den Konto-Einstellungen war. Hier konnte man einstellen, ob Infos an Adobe weitergeleitet werden etc.Darauf habe ich während der Installation geklickt und alles, was Infos weitergibt, ausgeschaltet.Danach blieb die Installation bei dem Fenster 'Installation / Optionen' hängen. Hier konnte man nichts mehr einstellen, nur die Überschrift war zu sehen.Die Einstellungen im Adobe-Konto habe ich dann wieder zurückgesetzt. I have a non-expiring license for Acrobat Professional and for Design Premium for a Mac, but need the download links previously on the page have disappeared. When I try to find it to register it, I get the message, "This serial number is already in use." The app launches, but doesnt load. It keeps stuck in the black loading screen with the loading ring running.I tried all the steps suggested for this kind of problem.Restaarting the app. Reinstalling it. Deleting the OOBE archives. Cleaning the register before reinstalling.Changing the internet conection. Disabling all the computer protections and firewalls. Im on the trial period so its important to solve this quick. Dont know what else to do. Ill be very thankful for any suggestions

Soy usuaria de photohosop. De un tiempo a esta parte cuando abro Camera Raw, este no funciona bien. Va muy lento, se para, se hace impracticable. A veces la pantalla de pixela y no funciona. Photoshop funciona bien, siempre que no abra camera raw. A veces, si lo abro, se bloquea y se cierra bruscamente photoshop. He revisado lo que hay en internet al respecto y no encuentro solución. Tengo actualizado mi sistema operativo de Mac así como Photoshop y Camera Raw
