HiWe have workstation that has the same software and the same hardware till now -  Windows 10 and Adobe CS6 (since 2013). Adobe CS6 exist on the workstation without any changes for many years (used daily).But, on May 9 2024 the message/window appeared with re-enter the serial number.But what is important is that, after re-registration we get a message:  "The serial number you entered has been revoked".This happened (for no reason, no new installation, no serial transfer etc.) on a workstation that has been running since 2013.  And the Creative Suite 6 become be a trial. Epic.Adobe support in short: sent us a solution such as stoping the processes,  run the Creative Cloud Cleaner, deleting specific directories (such as SLStore, SLCache, etc.), reinstalling.It does not work.Re-installation in short:*  the serial number entered in the installer has been accepted (!) Hi I saw on other post that although you can install the heavy stuff on other locations, the creative cloud app itself can only be installed at the same drive as the OS. My old HDD was bought back when solid state HDs were quite small, I have only Windows intalled on it and it is almost full.  "https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-do-i-install-creative-cloud-on-different-drive-than-c/td-p/11250643" There is a discussion involving workarrounds and etc... but my question is: WHY it is like so? What is the purpose of not allowing the user to choose another drive?

Hallo Zusammen, ich habe einen Kunden der alle 3 Jahre aufgrund von Leasing einen neuen Rechner erhält. In der Vergangenheit wurde wohl versäumt die Software CS 6 Design Standard vom alten PC zu deinstallieren um sie auf dem neuen PC zu installieren. Nun stehe ich vor dem Problem, dass die zugehörige Seriennummer aufgurnd von zu vielen Aktivierungen nicht mehr zulässig ist. Die alten PCs sind leider schon längst bem Leasinggeber gelandet bzw. vernichtet. Gibt es die Möglichkeit sämtliche Aktivierungen zu einer Seriennumer zu löschen? Im Adobe Account sehe ich zum Produkt leider keine Rechner. Darüber könnte man sicherlich PC-Aktivierungen löschen. Vielen Danks chon einmal für eure Hilfe.

I just bought a new laptop and I need help making sure it is going to work. I did weeks of research trying to find one I could afford. I decided on a lap top with an external monitor becuase I need to be somewhat portable plus I could not find a desktop that had the right Intel core in it I could only find AMD and was told Intel was they way to go. I ended up with a HP envy 16 inch with intel i7 13th gen and 16gb ram with 1tb ssd and a gtx 4060 graphics 8gb. will this work? I mainly do edits in lightroom and then some composits in Photoshop. The creative cloud website is telling me that my computer is unable to download illustrator. I have looked through the device requirements and my pc exceeds all the requirements, by a long shot. why can't i download illustrator????

Hello all!  I'm not sure that this is the right place to post this, however, there are no email addresses that I could find to share my concerns.  I had a strange interaction with an Adobe representative and wanted to raise my concerns. I message the Adobe chat service regarding a random charge on my account this morning. It was a minor charge but I just wanted to check. A representative named Palak spoke to me and was happy to help regarding my query. I know that when it’s an unknown charge representatives can ask for the email address and the 6 first digits and 4 last digits of the card used. I am retired graphic designer and mostly do volunteer work now.  I just transferred my work files from an old iMac to a new iMac with OS10.14.6. I need to continue to use my CS6 apps to access previous design files using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator on my Mac Book Pro and new iMac. I was able to deactivate all three, but could only activate Illustrator.Photoshop  only allowed me to do an CS6 Extended option which says it ends in 30 days. Why will it end?InDesign shows an Adobe Application Manager app and a blank window when I try to activate. No buttons to activate.How can I get these last two apps working again on my new iMac? I do need to use them asap!  

I am trying to download Bridge to my desktop and I keep getting a message that says "We'll email you a link so you can easily download Bridge on your desktop". I go in my email and click the link and it goes back to the error. I am already on my desktop so not sure why it thinks I am not?  Any insight and help is appreciated. Please and thank you.

Hello everyone,The American hotline and the German hotline have absolutely no way of resetting the activation for me so that I can use the “unlimited license”. What can I do now? A reference to the community forum by the hotline sounds rather counterproductive when I look at the other entries here, but it's worth a try. Is there anyone who can help? Somewhere there are obviously Adobe servers that know that my license (officially purchased and registered with Adobe) exists. Thank you very much. P.S. The hotline claims that there are Adobe employees here in the community forum with better tools and access to activation servers ... I am looking for such a person 😉

Hello, I have just uninstalled adobe illustrator as I was unable to open the current illustrator app on my laptop.I'm now being asked to buy the app again as a monthly subscription which I currently have.Is there a way to just reinstall the app with out buying a new subscription?I don't see any feature where I can view my adobe apps?Very frustrating.any help is greatly appreciated!thanks 

I'm sure I have the requrements for the app to work flawlessly, so I dont know what it's problem it just says non compatible... I also cant open .dmg file, anyone could help? I've got win11
