It would be better if the text were in the middle of that space. I've tried a few methods that I found, but none that worked with media queries. How should I do this?Thanks in advance.

I see this is a long-standing issue.The properties panel isn't functioning, just a greyed out blank panel.I see there is a fix where you open (or close) the fonts Trebuchet and Verdana. Hi,Was reading that if you can double the size of an image and then cite the pixel w & h in the img tag (downsampling) this will suffice for the crisp, non blurry appearance of images for retina display screens.I suppose I am wondering how that affects loading times? Is the fact that you mention the w & h somehow compressing to keep the load time at its optimum speed?Please explain, thank you.

I have sites that use a custom php extension ".phpinc".Dreamweaver 2018 does not search files that end in .phpinc even though I have added the extension in the Extensions.txt and MMDocumentTypes.xml files.Does anyone have a solution?

Hi Folks,I have a fairly large website - www.ryanphotographic.com - which used to be near the top of all search engine photo queries. Problem is the site is old, poorly designed and not mobile friendly so I am slipping further and further down the ranks (oh yeah - I'm the only person responsible for this state of affairs).I guess I could spend a bunch of money for someone in India to fix it for me but I want my photography to be just one part of the endeavor so want to start from scratch.Well, I started a week ago trying to learn html and CSS . I started off with fluid grid layouts but made the beginner' s mistake of working with the desktop grid instead of the mobile. I finally started again - beginning with the mobile site. Basically I want six thumbnail photos to load just below my banner with the navigation below that (each image is 200 pixels wide as loaded and all are the same  - 140 pixels). Beginner. iMac High Sierra 10.13.2. DWCC 10.13.6I have two open bootstrap files:  bootstrap.css and a blank. I am learning how to borrow code from bootstrap.css to a blank page. I close and reopen bootstrap and a new blank file when I screw up.  (I am following a Lynda.com course.)Now when I open bootstrap.css, it's asking if I want to rewrite it. So when editing HTML, real time preview is fine, however when i click into the CSS document, Real Time preview tries to load that and since it cant, displays the error message. Is there a way to be editing the CSS document with Real time preview still showing the html file that i was working on?CheersAlex

Hello Everyone,I am not sure if my problem is in Dreamweaver or Premiere Pro. I set up an html page to play video directly off of my website. When I check the Real Time Preview in Dreamweaver, it works perfect in the Firefox Browser and Opera Browser. For some reason, it is not working in the Microsoft Edge Browser and Internet Explorer Browser.However, the main issue is that when I loaded the files up to my website, the videos do not appear on any of the browsers. I get the following where the video should be:"No video with supported format and mime type found"This is how it displays in Real Time Preview in Dreamweaver using Firefox Browser:My web hosting service told me that I needed a "handler". The above pic is from using Firefox.I am using a script to display several videos. I figured that maybe the script was creating the problem. So I did a test page without the script and got this:And I still get the same message. Not sure what I am doing wrong. My video files are in MP4 format

I would like to transfer my dreamweaver cs6 app to my new iMac.  it currently sits on my old MacBook.  I have the disc and serial numbers but not disc slot on the new iMac?  I think I have used the software once so I should be able to use again on my new computer.  I would ideally like to keep the software on my MacBook and the new iMac. Hello,Having Issues with connecting to phpMyAdmin databases in CS6.  I am using an ioSafe 216 NAS that has php5.6, MariaDB 10, and phpMyAdmin that all run through a web station app.  The following are screen shot that show how i can connect to the databases with the IP of the NAS.    However i am not able to bind any of them to Dreamweaver.  If I change the web url to include the port that MariaDB 10 is using I can get the check mark next to the setup test server to go away, but then I can not connect to the databases anymore. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Up until the most recent update, the name of the applied template would show at the upper right of any page I opened in Dreamweaver. This seems to have gone away. Is there a simple way for me to bring this feature back?Thank you.

Just realized the last discussion (DW 2017 save/export search results ) on this was related to DW2017 with a "story" started to see if this functionality can be restored.It is an absolutely essential tool when working with large complex sites. When I get 1200 results for a search query it would be nice to be able to sift it using an external editor (CSV).I find I have to use other tools (brackets) to do what Dreamweaver once did.Is there a current status of this "story"?

I wanted to move the area where the results of "Search and Replace" are shown to my second screen, but now it is hiding somwhere and I can not find it :-o.How can I get it back?

Both Dreamweaver CS6 and Dreamweaver CCWhen I try to create a recordset in the Bindings Panel, no connections display in the dropdown connection box.There are several connections files in the connections folder.Those connections work fine for php files that I have embedded in my Joomla-based site.I just recently transferred my site to a new linux-based host.I can connect and transfer files, etc., in Dreamweaver, but dynamic connections don't work.Any suggestions?
