Hello, I bought an Adobe Stock plan for Business when I meant to only buy it for personal. Can I delete the business somehow and get a refund or transfer the plan to my personal account? I also have the general Creative Cloud All Apps plan on my personal account. Thanks!

Hello, We're having issues with the Adobe Sensei Recommendations module on our Magento 2 project.When creating a configuration for the Most Viewed recommendation type, the products that are being shown are usually old and out-of-stock products (even though out-of-stock products are being excluded in the configuration options). Please help us resolve this issue.Thanks!

Hello, my Lightroom subscription has ended from the result of my studies ending. I didn't get the chance to download all my photos form the cloud to my desktop before it happened and now when I try to download the files from creative cloud I get a 401 error saying I don't have administration access. Please help 

This has been a very annoying question to be asked as an IT admin while setting up Acrobat DC for employees, as we don't know the info, and it seems intrusive and potentially useless (which seems to be the case) to ask a middle-aged person their age. We've been entering bogus birth months and birth years. Just to be clear, there is no repercussion to entering these bogus dates, nor any repercussion in not remembering the bogus date we entered? (Perhaps as long as we make sure to enter bogus birthdays which makes the employee older than 13, just to be safe?)

Hi there!I have a remote job, my company will provide me with Photoshop and Illustrator, it will be my work account, I'll use my work email to sing up.But I have my own account where I use Premiere Pro.  How can I use both accounts on my computer?    I definitely don't want to sing out my own account, I just need to add one more.

Hi,I get a roaming profile error. I suppose this is due to a amount of data in C:\Users\????\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CCX Welcome\ccd\assets.When I delete the data, the error message is gone, but it looks like Adobe is copying the data again, so my roaming profile space is again over the limit. What should i do?

Hello!I have a Macbook pro with the M1 chip from 2020. I haven't had any problems before with any of the adobe programs. But know I cant log in to creative cloud. I have change from a school account to a privat so I uninstalld creative clouds but that did not work. I have also tried the other alternetiv that pops up but that did not wor ether. I am from Sweden so I dont know what to do.

I tried to install Adobe Creative Cloud on an Ipad but none of the compilations seem to be recognized by the Ipad system (but it works fine with a Mac Laptop). The license is in the installation file so I must to install it via the USB key with a pack I created for it to be recognized. How should I do to install it on an Ipad in shared license? Last year I started a Creative Cloud Drive account through my school and had a number of files I had been working on in Photoshop. I am still logged into that same account but suddenly all those files have disappeared or say I no longer have access to them. I am not sure if it is because my student account was only a long-year free trial or what. Is there a way to retrieve these?Thanks, James

For anyone deploying both Acrobat 2017 Standard and Pro as an application through SCCM, what are you using for the detection method to differentiate between 2017 Standard and Pro?The default method (MSI product code) is exactly the same in both versions. Even the "Acrobat.exe" SHA1 hash is exactly the same, so using the EXE file version won't work either. I can't find any registry keys that differentiate between Standard and Pro either. If it weren't for the Help > About menu in each application, I couldn't tell which version I had installed.Are these any registry keys I haven't found that tell whether Standard or Pro is installed?

Hello, We recently issued an Acrobat Pro license to one of our users and when they tried to sign in with their account, they are shown the "Start your 7 day free trial of Acrobat DC" screen. When they try to sign out of their account, they are shown an error stating that registration is in progress, try again later. However, this message does not go away and the user is not able to sign out. Can you provide the steps to force Adobe Acrobat to sign out of the account so the user can try again?  So far, the only work around seems to be clicking Start free trial --> sign out of the account --> close Adobe Acrobat and sign back in so the license syncs. 

Hello Everyone,Just looking for some help on something. I am having some trouble installing Creative Cloud on a clients machine, whenever we go to install we get the error code 205, I have seen a few things online regarding this and tried most stuff including the recommendations from Adobe themselves in regards to firewall rules and such. We just cannot get it installed at all it fails every time on this error code. Does anyone have any advice for us? Thanks

Hello, in my company we have two contracts, one for adobe app (business id) and one for adobesign (personal id) we have a lot of problems with the integration of personal and business. is possibile to transform the second contract from personal to business?after the migration i can move license from the first contract to the second i opened more ticket with the assistance without success.  

I have an active enterprise account and need to temporarily work on an old Macbook Pro (High Sierra is the best it gets). Is there a way to get direct download links for applications that will run on that machine?When I install Creative cloud desktop it will allow me to install older versions of apps, but only after I have installed the current version of the app... obviously it will not allow me to install the current version of the app first because it will not run on the old system.Thanks for any help... I suspect that I am SOL!

Hallo Zusammen! Wie kann man bei einem Business-Account Lizenzen endgülltig löschen? Von ursprünglich 8 Benutzer haben wir nur noch 4 und können die wegefallenen 4 Benutzer zwar ausschalten, aber die Linzenz nicht endgülltig löschen. Berechnet werden diese von Adobe natürlich monat für Monat! Ich freue mich auf einen Hinweise dazu! Danke, Bernd 

As we deploy Acrobat 2017 via SCCM, is there any possibility (except the License Informations in the c:\ProgramData\regid.1986-12.adobe\ Swidtag File)SCCM cannot read the informations of this file, and after isntallation we cannot find any other difference.Is there any registry key to detect the pro vs the Standard Installation?Thanks for the reply

Hi all,I'd like to contact you to see if anyone has seen this.We have a license (HED) for shared MacOS devices that we have plugged into AD. Any solution to using CreativeCloud for users without having to sign in to Adobe? So we don't have to set up accounts for students. Only run and operate without cloud storage options. The account would have an administrator in the local device account. Can you think of any solution? Thanks

Hello, Is there a registry change that can be applied to disable the ability to save to the cloud for all Adobe CC programs? We just want all Adobe programs to save locally or to network shares. Given the situation with GDPR, surely this feature should be added for IT Admins when the package is created?Have I maybe missed something and there is an easy way to do this? What's wrong that I get such message? "We were unable to verify your education status."

This started last week, any time we invite a new employee to our Adobe for Teams account, there's a 1-2 hour delay before the end user stops getting prompted to "Start trial" and finally gets access to their Adobe CC license.  We are now quite accustomed to Adobe's predatory practices, but at least fix the licensing bugs. Adobe's primary innovations over the past decade have been paywalls and tiering.

Ich hatte bis vor kurzem noch eine Studenten ID, nachdem ich meine Ausbildung abgeschlossen hatte wurde allerdings die Email terminiert, und damit natürlich auch mein Zugriff auf die Creative Cloud. Dementsprechend habe ich ein neues Abo auf meiner normalen Email-Adresse abgeschlossen und mich mit dieser angemeldet, als ich dann aber Photoshop geöffnet habe, bekam ich die Fehlermeldung "Der IT Administrator hat den Zugriff für dieses Gerät eingeschränkt", also dieselbe Fehlermeldung wie nach der Löschung meiner alten Email. Ich habe alle Programme inklusive der Creative Cloud de- und reinstalliert, den Adobe Ordner gelöscht, immer noch das Gleiche. Ich kann nicht auf die Programme zugreifen, obwohl ich ein laufendes Abo habe und mit dem richtigen Konto angemeldet bin. Das gilt für alle Programme (siehe Screenshot Lightroom). Wenn ich "mit einem anderen Konto anmelden" klicke, schließt sich lediglich das jeweilige Programm und es geht wieder von vorne los. Ich hab keine Ahnung, was ich

I am having problems signing in to adobe on my computer, last year I took a course in technology and they gave us an adobe login and all the apps. I already had a personal account with all of the photography apps but I used the account they gave me since it had all the apps. After the course was done I continued to use their account until they terminated it. Now when I try to sign in to my personal account it says I cannot because it Is a shared device. I have reinstalled the software and that works but as soon as i try to open one of the apps it prompts me with the same thing.
