Adobe has introduced an automated expiration process for all customers who have an Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) with Adobe. The process consists of four key phases that are triggered based on the ETLA contract end date. Administrators will receive notifications within the Adobe Admin Console alerting them of upcoming expirations and the associated consequences for end users once that contract moves into an expired state. Customers have the option to renew an expiring/expired ETLA contract or add a new VIP contract to their existing Admin Console for the purpose of switching between contract types.   Phases include: Notification Phase: Notification of upcoming contract expiration prior to ETLA expiration date Grace Period Phase: Notification that ETLA contract has expired and users will lose access to products associated with the expired contract on a specified date Post-Grace Period Phase: Notification that users have lost access to products associated with the expir

Why do I continue to get a "Trial Expired" message when I have a subscription?  I have spent so much time trying to get around this and nothing works. Please make this stop so I can use Photoshop. 

Using the Admin Console site today, I generated a new Named license package that is supposed to contain both CCDA, Acrobat 19, and allow the ability for my users (who do not have admin rights), to install whatever other Adobe applications they want. Creative Cloud never prompts to let me choose where to install it, and it is telling me there isn't enough space to install programs even after I set the preference to my other drive which has 1 TB+ of space, which is clearly enough. It keeps making files in my C drive even after selecting my other drive. This is infuriating, really.

Dear All, I want to distribute Acrobat Adobe Reader through N-Able N-Central for customers "cared for" by our organisation. I've sent in two (2) requests requesting the approval to do this, but have yet to hear from noreply@adobe.com. I've verified that there is nothing in spam, trash and even checked all incoming emails (accepted and rejected) to our email server - there has been no such email from Adobe. For several days I have not been able to log into the Admin Center - Storage is being updated.Could this be caused? It has been like this for several days. I cannot submit a report because I cannot enter the Admin Center. 

I don't see all my organizations in my developer console but they appear in Admin console.In Developer I see only 2 out of 5.What needs to be done to see all of them?  

When exporting the CC user list to .csv in the Admin Console, I have noticed some spurious Country Codes reported for our users.  What determines this?  It reports countries for users that are incorrect, and giving misleading information for licence analysis and assignment purposes.

I keep trying to install creative cloud, photoshop, and illustartor but none of them open. There's not even an error message. Nothing ever happens.

Hi, I have a standatd account with adobe, which gives 1TB included with the license, I have the Desktop App on my Mac, and in the finder the Cloud folder shows 126.11 GB, but Adobe Cloud tell me I have 1.2TB on the cloud – maxing my "free" storage limit. Is there a solution to reset the cloud app to see match what I have uploaded via Finder? Thanks!

I install Creative Cloud App, Illustrator, Photoshop,etc. I can launch the apps but impossible to create, open or import a file. Do you have a solution ?

I have the same issue in a school, a classroom suite of High Sierra Mac's that support Photoshop 21.2.12.This is 2 generations older than the current version of 23.3.1 All I want to be able to do is use the Admin Console to download 2020 apps to keep the suite running until replacement. The latest version in education is not needed (and the hardware simply is not funded)Replacement computers are ordered but > 6month delivery delays. I can download 21.2.12 as a custom package in Adobe Console, but cannot download After Effects 17.6 (plus Premiere Pro + other apps) I can still create packages for CS6, CC 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018, but the only versions I cannot fully download is 2019 and 2020 from adobe. There is a 'gap' downloading Adobe software which is disappointing for students learning Adobe software. We dont require any support, and pay yearly licencing. Adobe poorly supports or understands education customers. Matt

I know a lot of our colleges have a site license for Adobe (but I don't know which ones) and I know a lot of them don't. I'm trying to get clarity about some specific questions that are not clearly answered in your support resources. Can please answer these four questions?If a person creates a new free Adobe Express account, do they have access to Adobe Spark Video? I have been told by Adobe over and over that Spark will always be free. But it is listed as a Premium Express feature on the pricing page. This is super important for us to understand because we are framing it as a FREE tool. When I log in with my existing free account, I have acces but I can't tell if that's because I've been grandfathered in.I noticed that there is an Educator account for Adobe Express but it's only available for K-12 teachers. We have a team subscription and I have a staff member who when trying to use adobe to convert files to PDF is told that thier subscription has expired, however in the Admin Console they are still active. I've removed and added the user to see if that helped but no luck. 

Why is it so difficult to reach Adobe?  I phone but never get through.  Emails take too long to get responded to.  

I use CC (Teams subscription) for a client on my home office computer. We have purchased a new subscription for personal/family use. Do I need to download the apps again, or will my personal account be able to find the apps that are already installed and use them under my personal account? Also, can I delete the files from the work CC and/or move them over to the personal/fam account?

Our team is now on day 7 of working with Adobe support on this issue and it still hasn't been resolved. So I'm turning to the forums to see if anyone here has any insight.  I've created a new library of mogrts (created in AE). I created it under the "Everyone" setting, meaning everyone has access to it when they click the Browse All option. I can share it with individual team members using the "Invite people" option. Team members are able to see and accept the invitation. The library shows up in their web browser when they visit assets.adobe.com. The library does not show up in their creative cloud desktop app. It does not show up in the Libraries window in Premiere and After Effects. They are not able to see them in the libraries dropdown menu in the Premiere Essential Graphics panel.  What are we missing here? Any insight is helpful as the Adobe customer care reps we've talked to are completely stumped. I'm posting this in Enterprise & Teams support since this

Ho un problema, da tre mesi mi viene accreditato un pagamento Adobe nella carta aziendale del quale non trovo le fatture in nessuno dei nostri account. Come posso trovare tutte le licenze/account collegati ad una carta?Grazie in anticipo

Awful day today at work. I've been an Adobe Creative Cloud user for +10 years and trusted the software and the suite. Last year, I've signed up for a CC for Individuals account for my company because I was the only person who was going to be using the software for a while. Besides getting the benefits of the suite, we've happily transferred our full photography catalog (+40GB, thousands of photos organized, retouched and catalogued) to Lightroom CC and enjoyed the advantages having a cloud synced photography library on the go. Those were the good times. The company has since grown and we wanted to add more CC licenses to our company who could share access to the same files and photo library amongst other things. To that purpose we requested a migration of our CC for Individuals account to CC for Teams via Support so that we could easily manage more seats and licenses. The Support agent was very fast and helpful and reassured us multiple times that they would take care of

I found a case posted back in Feb 23, 2022, the issue seemed to disappear for the user.  It was later thought that there was a service that was unavailable.  My group of users are encountering the same issue as described in this post. https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams-discussions/active-fonts-missing-from-creative-cloud-desktop-app/m-p/12771840#M36657 We haven't issued new computers to the team, they just found that an font listed as Active in the cloud account isn't showing up as available.  None of our active Fonts are showing up as available.  I checked the service status, the site states everything is available. https://status.adobe.com/products/2948  

When I log in with my email, after entering the password, an error appears.See file in attached image 

I have an enterprise subscription, but I don't see the plans anymore in my account.On Creative Cloud desktop I can only start trials and I can't contact the support over the phone because my plan is not there anymore.I am sure that the plan is stil lactive, I don't understand what happened.
