Hi everyone. I have just bought for Premiere Pro by using my school email account. By then, I have recieved an confimation email and message from Adobe to the email address above. The main concern is that, my Creative Cloud got no trade or plan record in my account information so I cannot install it now. For more informations, I have purchased for Premiere Pro with using another account for around 3 months. Due to pricing matter, I switched to my school account for re-install. Still, I have my Premiere Pro application in my laptop but its trial ended, meaning I cannot use it unless I successfully paid. At the moment, I cannot contact anyone from Adobe customer service department as the notification said there have a contact person in my school responese for it. In fact, our school seem didn't show us who is the representative. With using another account, Adobe also told me that opening hours for the customer service would be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thank you for spending time t

Hello Colleagues,I have set up an AUSST Server on a Windows 2016 Machine with IIS.The AUSST is successfully installed and synchronized. The Client Configuration is done and placed on the clients. I can access the Update Path over the Clients Browser.When the Windows 10 Client connects to the Update Server, I get a list of the missing updates and he starts to download them. However, the download does not complete and the Creative Cloud Desktop Tools switches from online to offline.In the end the download failed, sometimes I can see the error code 118.

Hi all, I have an enterprise account with multiple VIP's all using federated ID's. I'm trying to remove about 14000 users (5000 at a time) from one of the VIP instances. I keep getting the error "Something went wrong: ORG_EXTERNALLY_MANAGED_USER_DELETE".  I'm looking to wipe out the users and reload for next semester. Nothing I try seems to work. THanks, Kevin

Hello, I have a business license for CS and have a license key to renew, update, or whatever it is called.  I try to go online and either "renew" or "Activate" the license.  I try to activate but is states:"Your purchase was not detected ...".  I then select Renew and it askes for a redeeming code which I don't receive.  My company has given me the license key but I see no area where I can apply the key.   Can someone help???   Thank you

Currently using Adobe Creative Cloud Teams for work (design agency, 10+ employees) but we're looking into Enterprise as a storage solutions (want to replace our exisiting server which is dying and move completely cloud based instead). I have a question about storage - currently our Indesign files are saved locally and synced to the cloud, but these are taking up space on our laptops. Once we move our entire server over we will run out of space on our laptops (which defeats the object of cloud storage in the first place). I assumed CC was similar to Google Drive and didn't take up space locally but it seems that isn't the case? Turning syncing off isn't really an option as the way we work in Indesign uses live files with live links, so downloading/packaging isn't an option. Is there any way to stop CC syncing certain files? (like Dropbox does), or are the inly options sync everything or sync nothing?

Hello,in my company we have 4 accounts (used as a flotting licensenses).on each one the 2nd fatcor is disableb, but we must put the code everytime (we receive it correctly).please could someone explain why this still happen?appreciate any solution. Riccardo

When do you think that it will be safe to install windows 10 version 20h2 not have it interfer with any or all of my Adobe products (ie. Lightroom, Photoshop,  Photoshop Elements, etc.)?Thanks

It's telling me my installation of photoshop isn't working because of an error 151. I have found the name of the file it is telling me to rename. It probably would be really helpful if I knew where and how to rename this file on my computer! Any suggestions?

Hi all, does anyone have an answer to my problem?When I open the Adobe CC app on my desktop there's no cloud symbol at the very top right of the window. There's only "Fonts", "Messages" and "Account" but no cloud symbol. See screenshot: That's maybe the reason why the Creative Cloud Files folder doesn't work and I can't create links to videos I put into that folder.Any ideas? I installed Adobe CC just a few weeks ago and the CC app even updated itself. So, everything should be up to date. Thanks in advance,Daniel

My team and I are having trouble with adobe comments. Both in XD and in Creative Cloud... all was working well this morning, but now all previous comments are no longer visible and commenting is disabled. 

HelloIn the last days i've created several Packages to Download. Everytime when i try to download it will take about 10 hours to download a 2.3 GB File. (Creative Cloud App with Adobe Acrobat). I'm on a fiber ligne with symetric 1GB connection. Never had any speed issues but here i lost it, what's wrong at Adobe ?!?! RegardsAndré

Ok so I have all my stuff on my Buisness account but the app will only let me into the Personal one eben if I click on the buisness one. How can I get into my buisness account I need it for my school work ASAP.

Hi team, Our web lives within another team's website. we are recreating our site with AEM 6.5 React SPA and wanted to check about approch for itegration. If it is react only app, we can include script tags along with matching div name and that should work but since it is AEM app seems like there is some problem on ModelManager side where it is taking a root path of current url instead of our app(just a guess). Any ideas or approch to embed our app in other team's site? Thank you for your time and help

We share several libraries with several people on our team. Currently, we individually share each library with each team member, which can be cumbersome. Is there a way to automate the process, so each member simply has access to all libraries? Or maybe an admin panel where you can select a user and which libraries they can have access to? This would be helpful for new hires, so we could give them immediate access to a selection of libraries.
