Issue reassigning a newly purchased 7000 Firefly generative AI credit license (user shows 0) We originally purchased three 7,000-credit Firefly packs and assigned them to three designers. One designer used all 7,000 credits very quickly, so I purchased an additional 7,000-credit license, thinking I could unassign his depleted pack and reassign the new, unused pack to give him a fresh 7,000 credits.Here’s what happened:We now have 4 total 7,000-credit licenses.3 are assigned, and the newly purchased one is unassigned.I unassigned the depleted pack from the designer, leaving 2 unassigned 7,000-credit licenses:one new/unusedone previously assigned/depletedHowever, the Admin Console doesn’t let you choose which unassigned license to apply.When I assign a 7,000-credit pack back to the designer, their Firefly credit balance still shows 0 credits, even after logging out/in.My questions:Is there any way to ensure the new, unused 7,000-credit pack is assigned so that the user receives credits mid-cycle?Is it expected behavior that reassigning a 7,000-credit pack to a user who has alrea
