Hi, I'm getting the same hanging issue that max-william encountered once he was able to install the update, but am running macOS Sierra 10.12.6. CC wasn't allowing access to any of the application until I ran the update. It ran through the update, completed and now is hanging with the loading animation.  I've restarted computer twice and in each case the app will not load beyond this stage and has grayed-out the "Quit" option from menu so I'm unable quit. I'm also unable to access preferences to stop the app from auto loading when I restart. This is using an Enterprise account. Any thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated. Mahalo (thanks)!

Hey there. I am the basic apple mac support for a college. Systems have created an Enterprise CC Installer with a new license and I have to uninstall our old CC and install the new CC. I have uninstalled each CC app using there individual uninstallers as well as running the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. I then run my installer and it starts to install nicely and I can see the apps appearing in "aplications". Then after it is about two thirds through installation it the proceeds to uninstall the apps one by one and then gives me the "Installation Failed" message! I uninstalled our anti virus software and still no go!!!! It will install on a virgin mac! Any ideas? Many thanks, Graham

Hello,we are currently deploying the Self-Service-Package from Adobe for some user with our software deployment. The Self Service Package is working fine and the users can install and update their application on their own. Is it possible to have the Auto Update inside Self-Service-Package enabled? Currently there is no option to enable it. I'm searching this feature, but it seems to be not included in the Self-Service-Package: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html We would like to make sure, that all the installed apps are up to date, so there can't be any security issue. Hi team. Using AEM 4.6 I have uploaded several json files for my jquery plugin to utilize. I am able to access the files from the author instance, but after publishing I am getting 404s in publisher. How can I access these json files from publisher? Thanks for any input!

Hi - I am a complete newbie. I use AI about twice a year when we are putting some figure together for academic type papers. My hard drive crashed. The new hard drive needed AI installing. We actually had disks for AI 10. I installed AI 10 on the new hard drive assuming this was the version that had been on my old hard drive. When I tried to open my previously saved files, I got an error message saying the files were from a newer AI version (a possibility, we might have a got a free upgrade at some point) and that I needed to save my files using the older (AI 10) version. The files would not actually display the image but the file tab/artboard had the original name of my file on it so I selected save from the drop down menu, gave the file a different name and hit save. When I tried to open the file with AI 10, the file still would not open. Any ideas? The files were eps files if it helps.  We can sign up for the creative cloud package through the university IT dept.. Any

I have adobe premiere pro on a school computer and i wanted to know if i could use my sign in id to download it on my home computer.

HELLO... SO I HAVE AN ADOBE PLAN THROUGH SCAD COLLEGE. IVE HAD PHOTOSHOP AND ILLUSTRATOR DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE CLOUD BEFORE ON MY LAPTOP. ONE DAY THE APPS DISAPPEARED. EVERY TIME I TRY TO RE-DOWNLOAD THE APPS IT COMPLETES THE DOWNLOADS HOWEVER.. WHEN I CLICK ON PHOTOSHOP, ADOPE STATES "VALIDATING LICENSE" AND IT KEEPS POPPING UP OVER AND OVER.. I CANT OPEN THE APPS. IVE TRIED:DELETING THE CLOUD, APPS ETC. MY SCHOOL SAYS MY PLAN IS ACTIVE IT'S TIME FOR FINALS AND I NEED THESE PROGRAMS!!!!!PLEASE HELP ME :'(

Everytime i run the RemoteUpadateManager it fails on my Acrobat DC Pro updates. It sees the update, but always fails. Anyone got any ideas?Thanks in advacne, Duncan

A follow-up update to Acrobat DC and Reader DC October 2019 release for Mac and Windows Out of cycle update, October 17, 2019, is available which fixes stability, services, and network load optimization -related issues.   To get your organization or team members access to these new updates, do the following: For install packages customized to have the Auto Update enabled, these updates will install automatically. I'm trying to deploy Creative Cloud Shared Device license but its stopping because "can't be opened because its from an unidentified developer". This only seems to occur on 10.15. When running it interactively I get this:

My ICT department uses an explicit proxy server. They have confirmed the following exceptions have been made:ccmdl.adobe.com:80 swupmf.adobe.com:80 swupdl.adobe.com:80and updates still do not work, with an error code 117 at 7%. Does anyone know if Creative Cloud can work on an explicit proxy server and what any settings may be?

Another editor (6 on our team) and I have moved to another workstation and when we open the Team Project the changes we made on the other system are not there. The "Get Latest Changes" is greyed out so we have nothing to update. One forum said change the name of the Team Project folder in Library > Application Support > Adobe > Common... but we do not have a "Team Projects" folder in there. None of our 6 workstations do. Where is this info kept? We are on iMacs all running the latest OS and Premiere CC version.

What's everyone doing with this? My scenario is that I've build a package with a device license. If the setup.exe that comes along with it is called directly, the install works, but the process stays open until the setup dialog is closed, which makes deploying it to large numbers of devices (like a computer lab) somewhat problematic. Calling setup.exe --silent fails to install the entire package, I only get three or four apps. Support recommends installing with the built-in MSI installers, but this means that I need to install the Visual C++ pre-requisite, then Acrobat DC, then the main MSI for the package. Sure, it works but it's a headache that seems to be avoidable if the setup.exe installer worked properly. Why would the installer behave any differently with the silent flag? It's not like there's any options to configure when the GUI is displayed. We get a progress bar and an "OK" button at the end. Am I taking crazy pills, or is this the behavior that everyone

I have an incident where by my Enterprise users had there Adobe Reader DC automatically update to version 2019.021.20049, after the update all our devices can not open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC at all, once the auto update for v49 happened none of our devices could not open Adobe DC, it seems to just hang with error 'Adobe Acrobat has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.' Any ideas forthcoming very greatfull  Thanks Bailey

When I start installing "Adobe CC 2017 devices" my desktop goes black.I made the package with "Creative Cloud Packager" (v 1.11.0 Build 34). However, when I start the test-installation makes my desktop go black. Guess it is explorer.exe that has shutdown.Installation continues but cant do anything while installing.Why???

Multiple people in my office have been having an issue where the cc library panel just flashes between on and failed to initialize over and over. I've seen one other topic about it on here that solutions did not fix it for us and any other solution related to the cc libraies do not work either. I have turned off sync, I have deleted all the libraies, I have restarted and reinstalled everything, I have turned of firewall, disabled proxies, bypassed my network completely, IT couldnt fix it, adobe couldnt fix it, our network company couldnt fix it.   Anyone have any miracle solutions please?

i have the key for Acrobat Professional XI, due to my mac OS update the previous version not working so i have removed and installed the Acrobat DC version but it showing for 7 days and how to do activities with the existing key itself.

When i try to import the runtime configuration for an application i recently imported i get an error message stating "name and ID required.  when i open the XML file i don't see anything that is incorrect.  unfortunately i don't want to share the xml file.can you help me find out what name and ID it is looking for?

 Hello,While trying to see how version control in CC works, I found this FAQ: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/versioning-faq.html. So I tried with XD, which is our only one application and the only one reason to subscribe to CC, and I get this: No time and version tracking icon. Where  is it? Should I understand version control is not supported for XD files?

I would like to do a clean OS installation on a single iMac, and then add all of the required CC apps to that single machine, then make a disk image form that machine and use that image to duplicate the OS and CC installation on multiple iMacs.We just migrated from the old Device License to the new Shared Device License, and I have all of the student identities setup. Now I just need to get the new software installed, but also want to do a clean Mac OS installation at the same time.I was thinking that a disk image from an iMac with the OS and CC apps installed would make it easy to apply the OS and apps to all machines, but was unsure if CC apps would work, in case there was something unique to the package installation process for each machine that woudl make the apps in the disk image incompatible.Any other suggestions on making the deployment easier then repeating it on each machine would be helpful.Thank you.
