Looking for information for the availablity of Server Based /Network License for Adobe Acrobat Professional Version

I have a 2 user volume license for Acrobat XI. Each user has Acrobat XI installed on one PC and one Laptop.The PC is about to be replaced with a newer PC. Can I deactivate Acrobat XI on the PC only or will I need to deactivateit on the Laptop too?

Using PRO is an issue as only 20 of our 300 users actually have a named user license available to use.

Good morning.Our health authority recently switched to Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, and one of the apps that our users have been using is now hosted in Xenapp 7.5 (running on Windows Server 2012)  and the majority of our clients computers as Windows 7 with a rolling technology refresh that will eventually see all devices replaced with Windows 10 but completion of that is years out and our users can't wait that long. For some unknown reason, the printer that is created with this version of Acrobat does not want to redirect in the users Citrix session when using Xeanapp 7.5. If we host the program in Xenapp 6.5 (Server 2008), the Adobe printer redirects using the Universal Print Driver with ease.Acrobat is installed on the clients computer and is not delivered via Citrix.I have read that redirected printers will only be created if the host has a driver that is appropriate for the client's printer.We've tried installing the Citrix Universal PDF driver with no success, and regressing to Citr

Hello,I tried to execute illustrator.msi from the ZIP file which I have created in the Admin Console (Device Licence, Windows 10 Education with newest updates).The installation breaks off without any messages. In the MSi logfile I found: "MainEngineThread is returning 1603".Then tried to use the command line "msiexec /i "C:\MyPackage\IIIustrator.msi" . Now the installation works but now I got only an iillustrator test version which I cannot  license with my Adobe Id.Any Ideas ?Martin

I am in the process configuring an uninstaller for Adobe Reader in case we have failed installation within our company.  I found your cleaner tool, which is exactly what I needed!However, after the tool completes the uninstall process (logs have finished being written), it crashes.  I have tested this on multiple computers.  Even if I run the tool without any adobe software installed, whenever it completes and you hit "Finish", it crashes.  If I run it silently, it crashes.My machine is a Precision 3520 with Windows 10 1709.  However, this happened with a VM running 1709 as well.Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi, we are working on a virtual desktop. Horizon isntant clone, non-presisten desktops. We are also deploying applications with Appvolume/Appstack, and i have problems with the installation of Acrobat Pro on an appstack. If i install it straight on my provisioning client, it works well, but when i provision my appstack, it fail. With error: "Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during installation."I have installed several applications with appstack, and it is working perfect, but with Adobe Acrobat Pro, it doesn't work. When i had a chat with an Adobe support assistant, he told med that it was supported. Have some of you guys figured it out and have a apstack that works with Adobe Acrobat Pro? BR

Is that possible to not add CCApp logo on each user desktop after each update?Because they all need administrative rights to delete it. And they never will.I have many other things to do, and I don't want to clean your stuff after each update.Thanks.

I've created an install package using the CC packager for our School license.  The package creates, and then I've moved it to the machine for installation.  The .msi file runs for a short time then stops and is no longer running.  Or, at least, I can't find it in the processes under task manager.  In the event viewer, I get an "information" entry that indicates an "error or success" code of 1603.If I run the setup.exe, it runs.  I even see the icons for the programs before it gets to a certain point and then stops entirely and backs off leaving only the Creative Cloud application installed.  In event viewer, for each of the programs that I was trying to install in the package, I get an information entry with event ID 1 (qualifiers 16386) and an event recordID of 487.This is extremely frustrating.  Is it a file permission issue?  I'm logged in as a local admin, so it shouldn't be.

I have a PS license I need to assign deploy to a user. The license is assigned.Does the user have to have a creative cloud account in order to download PS?I guess I'm asking the steps to deploying the app to the users computer.

dear Community,we need a data processing agreement with Adobe.To get one, we have contacted Adobe by using this online contact form: EU Data Processing Agreement A reply from the Adobe legal department says, that we not exist within the system.We have a license for the "Adobe Cloud for Teams" and the German support says that we have concluded a contract with Adobe.Is it only possible to get a data processing agreement with Adobe, if we are a enterprise customer?Is there no possibility for Teams to get one?Thanks for Your Help

I have 50 systems licensed for CC 2017 for system license rather than user based. Is there a simply way to upgrade this version without having to uninstall existing version and create a new package?

I just signed up with Adobe CC and signed up for the complete creative cloud instead of Dreamweaver (the one I paid for).  How do I rectify this?

I know it's Creative Cloud and all, but I want to install/upgrade my software on a computer that is not connected to the internet. Occasionally I have problems with viruses and malware and do not want to risk production downtime. So ideally I could download an install/update package on one computer, then transfer it to the offline one. Is this possible? I have licenses for Audition and Premiere.Thanks!

I am too experiencing the same issue for all our users that has the CC installed. We have adjusted the proxy to include all the sites listed on this article:Proxy support in Adobe Creative Cloud Products and here:https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service_Endpoints.pdf but it still keeps on asking for the credentials.

Good morning,In the last 30 minutes we started receiveing creative cloud alerts warning us that projects were being eliminated from it. We confirmed and in fact all of our projects have disappeared from our cloud. Would it be possible to assist us on this matter? Is there any way that we can recover our projects? Many thanks.

While I see great features around asset collaboration on online storage, I can't find any enterprise governance features for the assets themselves . I am trying to determine if online storage or another Adobe Platform is a feasible option to replace traditional File Server storage in an enterprise environment. For example, I can't find any Document Retention options to avoid accidental deletion of assets or manage permissioning. Is this not meant be used this way ? Thanks

For normal accounts, the limit is 100 collaborators per library. Does this same number apply to Enterprise users? We have well over 100 people on our team that we are planning to make collaborators on libraries.

We have deployed Adobe Reader DC throughout our enterprise via SCCM, and according to this support page (Open PDFs in Acrobat Reader from Chrome) a prompt should appear to install the Chrome extension the first time Reader is launched following the installation.This prompt is either being dismissed by our users, or is not appearing at all.Is there any alternative way to install the Chrome extension? Even just resetting/re-triggering the prompt, or preferably to automatically install the extension as part of the SCCM executable.Thanks.
