Dear all,I have the following issue at my company:We purchased 2 Adobe DC STD licenses for 2 users and I need to enable them in 2 virtual machines which are available only for those users(VM pool in VDI).I asigned the licenses to the users using the Adobe TEAM subscriptions. When I register the license in the VM and the user logs in with a RES environment, the registration info is gone.If the user logs in to adobe manually it works until the user is logged off. After a new login in windows you also have to login to Adobe. So my question is, where does adobe store this login information? how can I make sure the software login is working automatically? In our Res workspace software we include the settings of %APPDATA% and exclude %LOCALAPPDATA%
Where can I go to download this update? This site is terrible for finding things!!I can't use Creative Cloud for in application to update. No Creative Cloud installed.Because of security reason on our network I must download and manually install the patch.Any help would be appreciated!
I work in a semi-secure environment where a variety of security scans are run on a regular basis. I'm also attempting to evaluate the newer Adobe products via trials to prepare a report on the viability of purchasing said products.A previous attempt resulted in a trial ending (far) prematurely due to the above mentioned scans. I have the option of temporarily disabling certain scans during the trials but I have no idea which ones are the culprits. Can anyone tell me what to avoid aside from the rather non-specific guidelines already available?
Our network machines are struggling to run CS6 applications.... is there any way of packaging an msi with Creative Cloud and optimising the settings for lower spec machines?

We use Microsoft's AppLocker to whitelist executables in our environment. AppLocker began blocking the execution of AppLocker.exe on some of our machines today. It appears that the certificate used to sign the exe expired yesterday.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and edited an existing PDF that was probably created in a previous version. I saved it and chose to apply a digital ID. Now I can't open it because I get the error popup "A digital ID was used to encrypt this document, but no digital ID is present to decrypt it. Make sure your digital id is properly installed...."So I created a new PDF and saved two copies. I have two digital IDs available when saving securely so I save two documents using different IDs. Both documents open fine.I just went into Preferences -> Signatures -> Identities & Trust Signatures I looked at both certificates. Under Trust the first one says "This certificate is directly trusted in your trusted certificates list." The issuer is "Communications Server"The second certificate says "This certificate is not trusted" The issuer for this one is a domain server.

Hi.I have a working AUSST to poll the update in house.Adobe creative product are already installed on all user when I came to the department. What I wanted is the user will be able to update it even without local admin rights.I believe these is where remote update manager comes in. I am new to SCCM 2012 and can only create device collection. I haven't done package creation and the guide from adobe wasn't helpful .If my assumption is correct all I need is the RUM to be deploy through SCCM but I don't know how to start. Do I need to create a package just for RUM or is it even possible without attaching a package to it.Please help me as we have at least 200 user of adobe creative cloud product.Thank you.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 several years ago for personal, non-business use. About 2 years ago, i purchased an new multipurpose printer, scanner, fax. I discarded the previous printer which was installed in Acrobat as the device from which to scan a document. I cannot delete that old printer or add the new printer inAcrobat for the purpose of Creating PDF from Scanner. I have uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled it, thinking that the new printer/scanner would be installed, but that did not occur. Is it possible to delete an old printer/scanner and/or add a new printer scanner?
Hello guys (and girls if you are one), I work for an advertising company with 14 motion designer. We're upgrading our MacPros to PC windows 10 in the next week or so.What I wanted to know is if it is possible to make a ghost which includes the software of Adobe like AE, PS, AI etc so that we don't have to install them manually because our internet kinda s... And then activate it via Creative Cloud. Is it possible ? it would save us a lot of time Thanks in advance for you tips !Marc
While we have been waiting for Adobe to process our payment for Creative Cloud (a process which has taken, amazingly, 3 weeks and counting), our CC license expired. Now, when we attempt to log in to our Windows 7 Enterprise computers, as soon as the CC app appears, its actions lock us out of the internal Windows Domain. Outlook/Exchange, Windows file server, and corporate intranet. Logging out only exacerbates the problem, as that then requires a call to the internal Help Desk for a account unlock. And then the account lock-out happens all over again when CC attempts to launch on Windows launch. This is a known bug, which Adobe refuses to acknowledge, because CC was never written with a Windows Domain running behind a firewall in mind. Until Adobe gets its act together and does sufficient UAT, this will plague enterprises and users who rely on Windows Domains, Outlook/Exchange, and corporate intranets.
I am looking to Download Software after end user has left the company?
Hello,I recently deployed a script in our environment that successfully update Adobe apps on 45 workstations using RemoteUpdateManager.I've found that two of our stations are failing the update repeatedly. I've attached the relevant lines from RemoteUpdateManager.log below.So far, I've tried running RUM manually and reinstalling a package that installs only RemoteUpdateManager.Machine 1:sh-3.2# tail -n 30 ~/Library/Logs/RemoteUpdateManager.log 04/21/17 11:41:56:155 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 3970340 | **************************************************04/21/17 11:41:56:155 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 3970340 | Starting ARM CheckForUpdate...04/21/17 11:41:56:820 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | Utilities | RemoteUpdateManager | | | 3970340 | ARM CheckForUpdates completed successfully for (com.adobe.ARMDCHelper), but no updates were found available04/21/17 11:41:57:488 | [INFO] |
I build a computer which was cloned. When Adobe DC was installed the license number was added. Then the system was sysprepped then cloned. When the clone was deployed, when Adobe DC was opened, it requires an Adobe ID and password, How do I add the license number.
In the prepare form area, I've created rollover text with buttons. Under preferences>forms, while in Pro, I've clicked off the show focus rectangle. I've also changed highlight color Darker gray) to match document background. When opened by others with Reader, their prefs default to another highlight color. I cannot get the appearance to match. I can't ask all users accessing the doc to change their prefs just because my doc didn't retain the appearance highlight color properties and the show focus rectangle is showing. What am I missing?
HiI need AUSST 4.1 beacuse it is supporting updates for Acrobat/reader.I have downloaded Creative Cloud packager, but it is only version AUSST 4.0.0.42 i find in the utilities folder. Where can i find 4.1RegardsThomas
My company was looking at updating the Adobe Acrobat XI software on all of our workstations. We are unable to update using the built in update system in Adobe. I found the update center Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows and I am currently downloading the updates. These updates are a .msp file, so they only contain the update to append to the last patch. Which means I will have to install all of them one at a time. Our workstations is running Acrobat XI 11.0.0. I am wondering if there is a cumulative update for Acrobat XI, that I can install only one file. If not, is there a way I can create a script that will install the updates for me. Where all I do is put the update files on the workstations and run a script.
I bought the CC license because I have the budget. It won't let our Communications Specialist use it. It only recognizes my Adobe id. What do I need to do to get her using it?
Hi all, is anyone here an Adobe partner and can explain how to take existing direct billed Adobe CC accounts and consolidate them under a single Partner account dashboard? I've enrolled my customer's Adobe CC teams administrator emails and they all received a welcome to Adobe Value Incentive Plan email but I don't see existing licenses.
