Dear Team,Please help us to activate adobe web premium which was procured in the year 2010OS: Windows 10 pro.Error: Please enter the valid serial number for this product

We have a company CC account where I work, and everyone else I work with has been able to update to the 2017 versions of their apps. Although, these updates aren't appearing for me. Even after I click "check for app updates" nothing new appears. We also tried checking for updates directly in the apps I was trying to update, and nothing. The admin for our work accounts removed me from our subscription, and then added me back, and still nothing. It is strange that everyone else is able to update when we are all on the same subscription. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Hi,We've created numerous packages and are seeing the same problem installing, Acrobat will install fine but the suite fails with CustomAction CADeploy returned actual error code 1603. Any ideas?Ben

I've got a strange problem with PDF files that are opened from a networkshare.Recently we upgraded our Remote Desktop environment from 2008 R2 to 2012 R2. Both the file servers and RDS host got ugpraded.The problem is that when you have one or more PDF files open from a networkshare between 1-2 hours for editing, the pages becomes blank and you get the following errors"There was an error processing a page. A number is out of range.""Insufficient data for an Image"After that Adobe Acrobat crashes and you lose all the work.The PDF files are different ones, some of them are scanned and some created.I did a process monitor check while i had the problem and i can see the PDF files and the result "NETWORK ERROR"It worked flawless in the old environment.I logged on the old RDS 2008R2 opend the files from the new fileserver no problems.On the new RDS 2012r2 i placed the files locally, no problem there eithe

I have a user licensed for InCopy through Teams but he also wants to install Lightroom. I tried giving a PS license to see if that helped... The only option for Lightroom through CC for Teams appears to be through an All Apps license... Not gonna happen.Is there another app that bundles Lightroom? Can he install Lightroom using a separate Adobe account? Maybe purchase himself using his work-assigned Adobe ID?

I am trying to move my copy of Acrobat 9 Pro to a replacement laptop system, but the serialnumber I have does not seem to work for the installation. It's XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX,and I got it using Belarc Advisor so I know it's correct. But I get told it's incorrect. We can't upgrade to Adobe CC 2017 through Adobe Creative Cloud. We can install from a offline installer (only 7 applications there), but once installed we can't update. It would stop from 2% to 20%.) Our security team checked traffic and couldn't find the reason it would stopped. I have the log file saved. I can send that to support.What are the reasons that may cause this problem?Thanks,

I have an enterprise account through my university. I have had it for over a year, so my adobe acrobat pro says I need to renew. I did not feel like going through that process so I did the trial until I was going to update my info. So now my trial has expired, and I should have access to re download it for free. But it is not working I have tried everything from logging out to re-downloading and starting over.

I'm still trying to find the definitive, once and for all, current (December 2016) post/doc page that explains exactly how to make sure a serialized Acrobat DC installation properly activates every single time on every single computer.  We have a volume license contract.  We have both a CC Enterprise serial and an Acrobat DC 12.1 Continuous serial.  Using the DC Customization Wizard, I've been trying every combination of which serial to use, whether to click the Grant Offline button or not, whether to enable the shady (because Adobe's documentation doesn't acknowledge it even exists) "Allow standalone Acrobat deployment with CCE serial" checkbox, and whether or not the language options are also contributing to the utterly inconsistent behavior not only across multiple computers but even on individual computers.  No matter what combination I've tried, I can get it to work on some computers and not on others.Basically, on a computer that has no other Adobe software in

How can I get adobe pro dc ordered from my management portal?

I've assigned an Acrobat Standard DC license through our license portal to an employee here and it sends her the email but whenever she clicks it or copies and pastes it, she gets an access denied error with no other explanations. We've tried different browsers but same error.

For more than a month now I have been unable to update Acrobat or Reader across my entire company. I am the domain admin at the facility however I keep getting the following on all machines. Error 1921. Service Adobe Acrobat Update Service (AdobeARMservice) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system service. I am able to go into services and manually stop them, however this doesn't solve the issue. I get the same error if I attempt to uninstall the program to reinstall, as well as downloading straight from your site.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

Es sollte also zu keinen Konflikten kommen können (vor allen Dingen, da er gar nicht im Netz oder eingeschaltet ist.) Hi,I'm trying to get a sane answer to a question concerned Creative Cloud (CC) licensing and deployment in an enterprise environment.I've been told that our current deployment model, where we deploy all the CC apps on a per-machine basis, is incompatible with Adobe's licensing model. Apparently this is because anybody can log onto those machine and use CC apps, even if they don't sign in with an Adobe ID.I've been told that (starting now) we need to make a separate install package for each combination of apps in use by our 8000+ personnel.Given that there are 16+ apps in the CC suite, that means over 65 *thousand* potential deployment packages (2^16). I've flat our said "no", this is a non-starter.At *worst* I'd expect to have to package each of the 16 apps individually and deploy them on a per-machine basis depending on who logs in to that machine.I am being thwarted by the fact that there is apparently no Adobe support email; the 24/7 "live chat" is closed (how often does a "24/7" se

I'm using the Acrobat Customization Wizard for Mac and I selected "Disable PDF Rendering in browsers" and also "Enable Feature Lockdown" with a plist file that has cServices>bUpdater disabled.  That all works great; the browser plugins are omitted and all the cloud services are disabled.However, it still installs an extension for Firefox named "Adobe Acrobat DC - Create PDF 15" that asks for permission to be enabled for every new user that opens Firefox.  Adobe talks about the extension here.  How can I deploy Acrobat DC on a Mac without the extension?
