I have installed the Creative Cloud Packager for error.The APP Uninstall Adobe IT tools (for Mac) told me that I have other Creative Cloud APPs and I have to uninstall before al Creative APPs How can I uninstall the Creative Cloud Packager only?Thanks

i have downloaded creative cloud and joined a team but on my creative cloud desktop i dont have an apps tab - how can i get this ?

Hi all,I work in the financial sector and have PDF documents flying back and forth from various sources. Our users need the ability to do all of the normal PDF functions (extract pages, split and merge, etc) but I don't want them to be able to edit the contents of the document. Is there a way to do this? I've tried using the customization wizard but this has not worked.Please help!

Hello, please help me, I have installed Adobe Premiere Pro CC with using Creative Cloud, but how I can open the app?1) I don't have option to OPEN in Creative Cloud.2) Start Menu does not show the App.But it is visible in Programs & Features that means it is successfully installed.I tried it two times already but it did not work.Start Menu shows another Adobe Products I have installed before but it does not show the new one which I installed by using Creative Cloud.I have installed Dreamweaver as well by using Creative Cloud, it works well, it is available to open.Please help me with the problem. I have attached an image please have a look. Can CS6 Master Collection be installed on a Windows 10 PC?  The system requirements do not list Windows 10, but wondering if they have not been updated yet.

After installing illustrator (CS 5 DP) on Imac 27 with El Capitan OS, illustrator getting crashes always even with blank file.

I had Adobe Web Premium CS5 installed on my old windows 7 system which died. I still have the old drive with the program files. I had to get a new system which now runs windows 10. I had to do a fresh install.Now I cannot update my program files for Web Premium CS5. I have a valid license that I paid good money for and registered in December 2012. I used ALL the proper product numbers when performing a fresh install.  I want to be able to get back to the latest versions on my new system. The people at Adobe are absolutely useless. Any help, suggestions on how to get my programs up to date would be greatly appreciated..Thank you.Om Kolluri

What is the best method to deploy Creative Cloud as part of a Windows 10 Enterprise WDS image?  The image is captured from a VM and deployed to target computers that PXE boot to a deployment server.  Anything I should know about the process so I don't have to reinstall or repair Creative Cloud after I deploy the image?

I have pay'd and tried to download Pr from the website (because it's not uploading the apps). Both methods are not working and i need to finish my homework.

I have 4 licenses for Acrobat Pro DC.Can I give a user a license without him having to accept invitation etc.Now he will get an e-mail an click accept, them login and accept once more.Can I change this so if he logs in, and I have given him the license, it just works.

I have a terminal server running Acrobat Standard 11.0.12. It was working fine for two months and my goal now was to run bring it up to version 11.0.14.The original install was with a customized MST file produced by the Customization Wizard.I took an AIP version and patched it to 11.0.14 then uninstalled the previous version and installed the new version.Every time I tried to open Acrobat it got stuck in a repetitive loop. It would open and close, open and close, open and close (very rapidly) and eventually give up and never open. I tried many things and was unsuccessful. Then I uninstalled it and installed the original version 11.0.12 and had the same problem.Then I ran the installs without the customized MST manually from the MSI. When I opened it it asked to accept the EULA which I did and it asked to register the program. I kept saying skip, but it kept returning every time I hit skip. Finally, when I registered an Adobe ID it ran just fine.How do I get the MST version to install a

I am trying to deploy the Adobe Acrobat XI through SCCM 2012 R2. I have customized the package with Adobe Customization Wizard XI according to our requirement. In deployment package i am using msiexec /i AcroPro.msi /qn TRANSFORMS=AcroPro.mst /L*V "%temp%\example.log" command but it gets failed on client machine. Since i am running the installation in verbose mode, here is log generated in example.log file. When i run the same command manually on client machine from elevated command prompt then Adobe Pro get installed successfully. This is what confusing me why it is not installing from SCCM. I am using Domain Admin account in SCCM for deployment so user account privileges should not be an issue. Hi, we just purchased a a 100 user license for Acrobat, and I'm trying to put it onto our master image. I'm not too sure if there is a limit to installing/uninstalling the product, but when I open Acrobat, I get the sign in screen, which I cant "skip"... All I can do is cancel, which closes the program. Next time I open it, I'm faced with the same problem.Ive tried signing with my CC account, which works, and everything goes along fine, but when I sign out, I'm back at square one.I'm using the TLP license key, and version of Acrobat DC, which I thought would be different from the cloud version that requires a named account.Is there a way force the software to not want to sign in?Thanks,Nathan

We Have 3 Mac Work stations. One running Adobe Cloud CC2014, two running CS6 apps that have been upgraded over the years from original CS3 install disks.We purchased new iMacs running OSX 10.10 Yosemite. We want to run the already paid for and Licensed apps on new macs but a former employee ran off with the original install disks and all we have are the CS6 Upgrade disks.We want to migrate our 2 sets of CS6 apps to new computer but as mentioned do not have the originals to build from, and run our CC2014 individual user account on our stand alone Mac set up.How can i do this without having to upgrade to a Team members account. Our currant individual account does not expire till Nov 2016.Thanks in AdvanceSteve

I've recently started testing RUM on my admin Mac and PC to get syntax down for pushing commands to computer lab machines (both mac and PC) around campus.  On my PC the version of RUM shows as being 1.9.2.56.  When I run it with the --action=list switch, it lists the necessary updates just fine.  The mac is a different story.  On my mac, the RUM executable seems to be lacking the the --action switch as it throws an error return code (1) anytime I try to run it using that switch on the executable located in /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/CCP/utilities/RemoteUpdateManager/.  Regardless if I sudo or am logged in as root.  Thinking it was just a problem with my Creative Cloud Packager install I removed the Adobe Application Manager folder completely from my machine and re-downloaded and re-installed CCP from the Adobe licensing website.  It had version 1.9.3 listed.  After installing and running CCP it prompted me to upgrade, which

We're looking to upgrade from Reader 9.x to Reader XI.  A bunch of us in IT have been running Reader X without issue for some time so we didn't anticipate any problems with XI. I created an MST for Acrobat DC Standard (volume license) using the Customization Wizard. I then installed Acrobat using setup.exe and upon first run, I noticed that only the computer-level customizations were applied. For example, the PDF Printer settings I specified were there, and a file that I specified to be copied to the Program Files directory was there. However, none of the HKCU registry settings were applied. Another setting that was ignored were the shortcuts that I specified to be included in the Tools Pane.I understand that the custom HKCU settings are stored in: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\2015\Installer\Migrate, and they are supposed to get copied to HKCU on first run. I've read that there is a bug with Reader DC that places these settings in the wrong location, but in my case with Acrobat Standard, I checked and all my customized registry settings are in the correct place in HKLM. They are just not getting copied to HKCU on first run. Any ideas?
