Hi,We have started working on casper suite tool to create packages and deploy them to mac machines silently. To create packages we use composer tool. As per our standards we have to deliver .pkg as end deliverable.Adobe Design Premium CC 2015/cc Photoshop 2015/cc design standard 2015  application got for packaging and it is big in size.Please let me know how to package it for mac machines using composer or any best way to deploy this application to end users silently? please assist me.thanksviswa

When I bought my volym license for CS5, I was assured I could always download my software fro the LWS. After pregnancy and being away for some time I just realized that there is nothing to download when I sign in. Under download it says: "No Entitlement Found for this customer. Please order ESD products". I have been chatting for an hour with the support and they refer me here. The thing is also I am not great in english and knows not so much about these things so I don't understand how to do now? I just want to access what I have been rightfully paid for and promised I could access. Please help me. I feel totally lost.

Given the new Flash Player enterprise distribution licensing requirement that took effect on 12/1/2015, can a software vendor use a single enterprise license to distribute Flash Player to its customers' client machines that don't have internet access?

I know this is possible for Acrobat DC although we have not yet done this. We have a small number of users who have multiple CC apps (or the entire CC suite) and we give those users CC accounts and the CC desktop application. The problem is managing this, as well as giving them admin rights for the updates. There are at least 25 users of older versions of Photoshop that we would like to update with SCCM. Managing these users through the Cloud and giving them all admin rights is not desirable.

Currently have CC 2014 Enterprise loaded on University PCs. Users are requesting updated to CC 2015. We are currently having to remove CC 2014 components individually before the PCs can be update to CC 2015. There has got to be an easier way.

I'm trying to create a package with Creative Could Packager version 1.7.0.31 on a pc. But i cant disable the 'Creative Cloud Desktop Application' because the checkbox is enabled and  grayed out.

I've deployed several Acrobat DC licenses successfully by assigning them to users in my organization.  One user in particular is presented with the following after following the email invitation link and signing in to DC:     "Unknown Error: An error has occurred with the team invitation.  Please talk with your team administrator."I've tried reclaiming his license and reassigning one, but he gets the same result.  I'm at a loss to troubleshoot this further, as there is no significant difference between the process for his installation and those that I've already completed successfully.

Hi, im reseller..I help my customer which have bandwidth issue using CC packager--ask they admin ID & password--after finish i ask they to reset their password.and my questionIs able if  i download all adobe CC program via CCP using one ID of my customer--and save the installer on my local disk--so when other customer have a bandwidth issue also, i just give installer has i downloaded to other customer?regards

Hello,Earlier today a support rep instructed me to create a separate admin or "root" account (as opposed to my usual personal account on my computer ) in order to download the adobe creative cloud packager. After hours of waiting, the package download is now complete bowered I now receive an error message when I try to install it to my HDAny idea what the issue might be.I'd like to A.) Install and Deploy what I've downloadedB.) be able to access it from my usual personal account on my computerPlease let me know if you have any tips!

I need to avoid to use Cloud Wth Acrobat DC.  I just need to save localy or LAN

We have been using RemoteUpdateManager and ARD to update our Macs remotely. A few that have Photoshop CC 2015 will not update to the latest version. Is it possible to disable RemoteUpdateManager and go back to the Adobe CC Desktop app and get updates or possibly download the updates and run them?

I tried to setup SSO several months ago, got frustrated and took a break.  I tried it again today, updated the information, including the Login URL, but a test login does not redirect to the new address.  Do I have to do something to get the new URL working?Thanks,CourtK

We currently use Adobe Reader XI in a Windows 7 environment but have been recently rolling out Nuance PowerPDF to supplement it. Adobe Reader XI always remains the default however some websites have had issues- we've found the solution is to open Adobe Reader, select Edit -> Preference, General and click Select Default PDF Handler. This fixes our issue by running an installer and possibly correcting whatever files were modified by PowerPDF, even though PowerPDF was never set as the default.The problem is we need to do for over 900 users in multiple offices. Is there a command or automated way to run this process through group policy or a script? It's not as simple as just selecting a default file association, it needs to run that exactly process of whatever clicking "Select Default PDF Handler" does. Thanks!

When I launch Adobe Cloud Packager I get the message: Foutcode: A12E1I have tried all possible Adobe solutions, but they won't work.I get the message when the dowloaded program Creative Cloud Packager is trying to install itself.

I am the team manager. We purchased three licenses. I downloaded everything and when attempting to open Adobe InDesign CC 2015 on my machine I received this message: I was logged in when I received this message."No Subscription FoundWe couldn't find a Adobe InDesign CC 2015 subscription associated with this Adobe ID. You can purchase a new subscription or if you do not have a subscription and are unable to access it, please contact Customer Support.You may also choose to start this product in trial.Have a different Adobe ID"?I tried to log out and log back in and nothing changed.

Added a new license for a new member, but he can't use the programs. Saying licensing issues... any advise?

I've used the Creative Cloud Packager to customize a deployment of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with Creative Cloud. I then used the Acrobat Customization Wizard DC do some further changes. Nothing terribly major, disabled EULA, forced default, remove old version (which didn't work from all things I can tell), This occurs for a default and my customized package.After installation Acrobat DC prompts for login with the account that was used to create the package. Is there a way to clear the user ID so that it prompts a user to login with their credentials instead of having it pre-filled. Similar to when you build a Windows system image and do sysprep to generalize before capturing.

I received my licensing for Acrobat DC Pro, and created the package in SCCM2012. It deploys and works fine, but i cannot seem to disable the Adobe ID from Creative Cloud that shows up when i run the application after deployment on the workstation. I need to avoid this screen as this will show up for every single user that I install DC Pro for.I've tried Disabling all services from the "Online Services and Features" and selecting "Grant Offline Exception & Disable Registration"What else can I do? Anything in the Registry?
