I currently manage around 100 computers that need a specific add-on to be installed on all the computers.Installing the CC Desktop Application is NOT an option because of the nagging to log in with your adobe account and asking to run updates on users that do not have permission to do so.Because the Extension Manager was killed off in CC 2014 this leaves no other known way to install add-ons into adobe products other than the CC Desktop Application.Is there any other way I am missing that allows me to deploy an add-on to multiple machines without using this app?

Hi.I have an issue with Creative cloud packager application.A few months ago, I packaged Acrobat DC for a customer.From their Creative Cloud Packager application, there is only one Acrobat DC available, no other choices are possible.Now they are telling me they are expecting the Acrobat DC Pro version, but they have standard.Does someone have any idea what is going on?Since there are no other Acrobat DC available, how can I package it?I am not knowledged in Adobe products, but since we handle IT for the customer, I need to understand how to solve the issue the proper way for them.Anybody?

Hello Adobe community!I'm using the CCP to create a package with video applications:* Adobe After Effects CC * Adobe Media Encoder CC * Adobe Audition CC * Adobe Premiere Pro CC When i use our serial number for "Creative Cloud ENT 1.0 All Languages Multiple Platforms CCSV VIDEO SN184" and chose Language: Svenska (Swedish) the package created still installs the applications with english as language. I've used the nonvideo serial and successfully created packages that install in Swedish (nonvideo applications). We've created the video package several times to ensuare we haven't been careless in the creation process as well as triedinstall the packages on different computers. Are the video-related applications only available in english or is there something up with our serial for "CCSV VIDEO SN184"?Additional question: the video applications, are they not available for 32-bit Windows anymore? they don't show with the video serial under current or archived media in the CCP.Thank you in adv

My school purchased a site license for Adobe CS3 and we are unable to activate the software upon installation on our new PCs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How does one confirm or validate that a new license has been applied to Adobe Acrobat Pro XI after using the RemoveVolumeSerial.exe and then AdobeSerialization.exe files created by the Creative Cloud Packager and deployed via SCCM? Is there a file or registry setting that can be checked to verify the license did in fact update? This is in an enterprise environment, so opening the app to check is not a viable solution.Thanks,-Rob

Hi, so over the summer we purchased Abobe cc and downloaded the products using packages manager.I have deployed this site wide but some machines now fail to launch the software and instead prompt for a username and password. This is not the behaviour we have experienced prior to now.I have deployed the same image accross school so i dont understand the random behaviour.Even if i try to put in my abobe credentials nothing happens.Surely this cannot be the process? Once i have downloaded it and deployed it shouldnt it just work?I have gone through all troubleshooting tips and everything seems fine.Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Adobe, hope you can help us..Present setup:Windows 2012 R2 RDS Server (terminal servers)Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10(User profile setup, is based on standard Roaming profiles, with a standard group policy cleaning the local profile up during logoff)Issue:The main issue is related to the adobe reader application generates som Z@...TMP files within the users profile folder (local temp), and this files can not be deleted until the terminal server have been rebooted.. Has anyone been able to create an App V deployment for Adobe 12 Standard? We can successfully create a package, but when an individual user opens it, they are prompted to login and activate. We have a site license for our organization, and during the package process, we had a tech login and activate. Our hope was that each user would not be prompted once the app was published?Is App V deployment supported for Adobe 12 Standard?Thanks,TG

My Enterprise installation suddenly thought it was a trial installation.  In-house IT support fixed by reinstalling the Adobe Suite, but now my online Adobe account still says I'm on a trial.  How do I correct this?   Don't want to be auto-charged at the end of the cycle.   Not sure if canceling on the single user account will impact my Enterprise instance.

It works fine if connected to external network.  We can get to the Adobe websites, but cannot connect to the update server.  Does anybody know the IP or web address for the update server?

We have federated id setup for our users but when a user tries to login the user gets an access denied message.  We have assigned the users to an entitlement.  Is there some step we missed or is there any troubleshooting documentation available to reference?
