We have an issue that has been introduced in recent (past 12+ months) updates to illustrator. When we rasterize artwork, illustrator is rasterizing in a white pin line a random spot in the artwork.We can usually work around this by undoing and re-rasterizing with a small adjustment made to the resolution. It takes between 1 and 5 attempts to get a successfull result. This is a timely work around and if missed the pinline is visable in our large format prints.Does anyone hace a resolution to this issue?

I have been using the most updated version of Illustrator 2025 and every 30 or so minutes, the mouse arrow has a loading circle on it and then crashes the app. I tried using Illustrator 2024 and it is doing the same thing.  This has never happened before until now.

There should be a way to add links in Illustrator and export a PDF file with those links.

I use HPSimplified fonts for my work images created in Adobe Illistrator and other Adobe products. The font is available with no issues on my work computer, but when I'm working on my home computer it says the font is unavailable and it doesn't come up in the Adobe fonts online add the family to my system. Both systems are Windows and using Microsoft Edge for browser.

Hallo, Ich erstelle gerade eine Illustration mit einem Pinsel. Problem: aus mir nicht erklärlichen Gründen wird nicht jeder Pinselstrich als solcher angezeigt. Heißt, vereinzelt habe ich nur Pfade, die zwar angeblich die Eigenschaften des Pinselstriches haben, aber das nicht tun.  Im Beispiel habe ich zwei mal hintereinander eine ähnliche Bewegung mit dem Pinsel ausgeführt. Die Einstellungen sind ebenfalls identisch. Was mache ich falsch? 

I have a client who specifically asked for a logo in the shape of an S, with multiple stroke lines inside, and that conveys the movement of racing tires. I designed the attached logo but don't know how to clean it up and get the angles geometrically correct due to the perspective slant. Any advice on how to attack this one? 

Just opened Adobe Illustrator to see this pop up thing across the bottom of Illustrator, I dont need it there as I already know how the app works and its blocking space so I'd like to remove it if possible. I've already unchecked the "Show Tool Tips" option in the general part of preferences but that didn't remove the pop up thing I've mentioned above. Is there any other way to remove it?I've attached a picture of what I'm reffering too below

Please help me. Every file i open, the colors here are gone. How to bring them back? im used to being them in this exact place... how to "put them back in the window"? please hlep me im frustrated... obviously its been my first few days with Adobe.. 😞   

Hello, the macbook has a two account and my account not the main account. That's the reason i dont enter the illustrator that i dowlaoding the app. Because it wants me to the user name and password but not my account, it wants to the other account. I didn't solve this problem. How can i delete or enter the other account? I researched on mac page but it didn't work. So i can't use the illustrator.

Hello help !How to verify all my objects have the same width ?is there a plug-in or smth that could verify for me my document and make sure that no width, at any point of my objects, are unde 2.3mm ?(I want to engrave my design and the machine doesn't work under that width, but I have a complicated image w/ text) Thank you very much ! 

Hi all,Recently I noticed two things when i use illustrator:1. While I am in the program and having just saved my work, a few minutes later a few duplicated files would appear in the trash bin, with suffix of 2,3,4... 2. After I have used illustrator and shut down my computer. The next day when I turn it on, a recovery file folder would appear in the trash bin.  I found a reddit thread dated 2 years ago regarding the second issue, but it led to no solid solutions other than just deleting the files.  Has anyone else experienced this? These two things started just recently for me. I have ios Sequoia 15.3, and Illustrator 29.2.1

Out of nowhere all of my dashed lines now contain a solid line running through them despite having no fill. Even going to create a dashed line, you cannot see the dashes unless turning up the stroke weight because the dashes are hidden behind the "ghost" line.

There is no number 5 on the Artboards and there are two 7s

I have been using the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) to click/hold and be able to pan throughout the workspace, for as long as I can remember (same function as holding the keyboard down and panning the workspace). I accidentally hit a combination of keys today which leads me to think I disabled something and now the middle button is no longer allowing me to pan throughout the canvas. I looked in settings and only see the zoom options, tried searching online and no helpful answers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!-Jay

There is an issue with Adobe apps while using Mac M1 with an external monitor. When put in sleep, the windows and palettes move to the bottom half of the screen. There are comments on this thread that confirmthis is an issue with specifically Adobe apps(illustrator, photoshop and indesign at least): https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/window-and-panels-moving-when-mac-goes-to-sleep/m-p/13087528#M329431 please, Adobe support, address this issue.

I have a client's logo, (not designed by me) that we are changing a little. HOWEVER the shapes I can SEE in color have no color in the swatches OR in the layers. As you can see below (first image), I've selected the light turquoise shape. But in color swatches (and in layers) it has no color. This is true of anything in color. If I select the black outline (second image) it reads as black, as it should. If I delete it (third image) It takes the black shape and also the dark turquoise shape. I don't see any masks or compound paths. This is making me wild.I just want to be able to select the "colored" shapes. We want to change his mask a little and maybe change the colors for a specific event. Thanks for any insight or advise. 

Hello,Noob question but I cannot figure out how to do this. I want to angle the bottom of a word, and the top of another, so they have a similar treatment like the example here. I thought arc'ing would do it, however I can only get it to arc both the top and bottom of each word. Not just one side. I have tried to figure this out for far too long... can anyone suggest the right way to achieve something like this?Thanks! 

Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone has found a work around from having an illustrator file go into adobe fresco? I know and have used them in the other order. I have a layout of text and want to draw around it- shouldn't I be able to bring the file back into fresco without a problem? 

My workflow has now completely come to a stop. I have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling illustrator. Resetting all preferences. Purging all discs, running the app with nothing in the background, and Illustrator runs out of ram immediately when performing simple tasks. I'm beyond frustrated and mad.

Buongiorno, ho un problema, usando l'estrusione e smusso (effetto 3D classico) ed impèortandolo su indesign si vedono le linee della sfumatura sullo spessore, tante righe bianche molto fini che non sono visibili su illustrator ma appaiono su indesign. Provando ad esportare in jpg, png, pdf ecc ho lo stesso problema, come risolvo? da cosa dipende? grazie mille

I'm looking for a script that creates a new layer and already sets the color to Light Blue, but that keeps the Light Blue option and doesn't simulate it with Custom. 

Hi everybody, I recently watched a tutorial in it that went to some option/selection and made three stacked lines of text justified vertically like a cube with ven spacing. Can anybody tell/point me in the direction of how that's done? Or know of a tutorial? Been searching everywhere and can't seem to repeat it. Thanks for reading. 

Hi everybody, I know this is probably asking a lot, but is there a way to cut through an extruded 3D/isometric cube object with something like a knife tool?  Cinema 4D has the ability to do that. I know that's an incredible stretch from this environment but was wondering if there's something similar that can cut off the corner of a cube or something that can create object seperation or segmentation.  As always, thanks for reading. 🙂
