Olá! Faz alguns dias que estou tentando acessar várias funcionalidades do ilustrator, mas a maioria permanece em "cinza claro" e não consigo acessar, e consequentemente, não consigo concluir meu projeto. Saberiam-me ajudar com isso?

Hi allI work in large format printing and i need to use Ai to impose multiple A5 artworks on a 8x4ft artboard, I have 15 files that are approx 500mbs each, i place them on my artboard (which takes too long), then i step and repeat them so i have an overall total of 75 A5 artworks on my artboard. I have upgraded my pc to a super high spec machine but im still facing low performance, its it possible to have the linked files, reduced somehow, or is there any suggestions?Surely the artwork in my artboard should be a low resolution visual representation of the linked file in my folder and performance should be lightening fast. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi everybody,I would like to create an image to attach to an e-mail. Such an image should have clickable parts linked to certain pages in the browser. I create both email (with the attached illustration) and pages.Is it possible to do this kind of work with illustrator?If so, how would I go about hosting the pages?Thank you in advance for any kind of suggestions you may be able to provide. 

So, i followed the instructions as "Preference" -- "Type" -- choose "Show Indic Options".Then went to "Paragraph", selected as below: Then when i copied and pasted, i still got this: (copied red texts from Word, got black texts pasted in Illstrator) Does anyone know what should i do to fix the Arabic text direction problem?Someone mentioned there's any option in the "Paragraph" panel that could choose "Right-to-Left" or "Left-to-Right" direction, but why i couldn't see the option here? Mine is 24.2.1 version. Thanks a lot!

My iPad Pro 11inch (3rd gen) is up to date with 18.1 OS. Illustrator keeps freezing up, I'm using a simple file, nothing fancy to take a lot of memory. It doesnt matter the file actually I've tried multiple. I've restarted and reinstalled the app and still no change.

For context I am working on a project for college and I am making stuff at home, on a laptop, with connected creative cloud. I worked on making these pieces the whole weekend and I come back to campus to continue to work, this time on my PC, which can handle illistrator just fine, but find that the files won't export. I come to find out that my artboards are missing in all my files, not just the ones that I worked on over the weekend. I try to put a new art board in, but it won't place. I go to the artboards window and I can't add a new art board either. The only way I have found to "fix" this is to copy what I made and paste it into a new file, but after exporting, saving, and reloading illistrator to see if that fixed things, the art boards were gone again. Has anyone found a solution to this? I'm pretty sure this has been happening to me since I got it on my pc, I don't know why this is happening either. 

Bonjour, Voilà, nous sommes plusieurs sur Illustrator dans notre équipe et nous utilisons des éléments communs régulièrement. La bibliothèque cloud est donc utile pour nous. Malheureusement, on peut ajouter facilement des textes préformatés, des graphiques et des couleurs, mais je ne trouve pas comment ajouter des nuances (pour nous utiles car nous utilisons des motifs répétitifs) et des formes (pour des bordures, contours). Je sais que l'on peut créer et sauvegarder des fichiers de nuances et de formes à part, mais cela oblige à les charger dès qu'on en a besoin, hors il serait plus simple d'y avoir aussi accès via cette bibliothèque partagée. Est-ce qu'il y a une manip à faire spécifique que je n'aurai pas trouvé ou est-ce que cela n'est pas du tout possible à faire ? Merci pour votre aide !

Hello Fellow Creatives,I've activated the 'Alisha' font (by Laura Worthington Type) available through Adobe. Once I typed something into Illustrator with this font, it looked nothing like the preview on the Adobe Fonts page. This has never happened to me before.Any idea what the issue could be? Below is a screenshot comparison done in Illustrator of what the font should look like.  Thanks in advance!    

Hi, fairly new user here. I'm using Illustrator on my iPad and can't find a clear way to crop an image? It's probably right in front of me but I am at a loss.Thanks in advance 

HELP!  When printing in Illustrator (and now in all Adobe apps) all of the sudden my lines (multiple diagonal lines for background) are showing crooked in print preview and printing all wiggly.  (But not in the document that I'm editing or working with.) I have done a hard re-boot on my desktop, uninstalled all Adobe apps & re-installed, and still the problem persists.  It is not my printer, Word prints just fine.  This was not an issue until a day ago or so.  I had printed the image and went to print another and it came out all crooked.   The plaid background also came out wrong.  (This was a jpeg that was paisted into Illustrator and cropped a little to fit 8x11. Even an un-edited image with straight lines prints lines crooked.)(New Dell computer as of this year running Windows 11 Home edition)Thank you!!! 

How to make it sure  that  User Defined colors are retained under any circumstances? Because I found that User Defined colors are lost. I do not know when. There were many illustrator crashes & reseting of the computer system.        

Olá, desde que comecei a usar o illustrator no windows estou com bastante dificuldade de configurar as cores. O que tem acontecido: quando eu coloco uma foto dentro da arte no Illustrator a foto fica com as cores diferentes, saturadas e escuras, então eu preciso editar a foto no photoshop, exportar em png e aí quando eu coloco este arquivo no illustrator ele fica com as cores certas. Eu já tentei mexer nas configurações de cores, cores de prova, tudo mais, e não funciona sem eu precisar fazer esse processo de colocar no photoshop e exportar como png.  

Hello I'll be a total amateur, which I am. At work they wanted me to try to make graphics for chocolate characters for Bethlehem. As for the design, I have it done, but I don't seem to really understand how it is with the background white. For example, here with the cow, I made the underlying white so that in reality the cow and straw were shiny. The rest should be matte, but I got a response from the management that it was wrong. Especially with a cow, where it would completely change colors. Both white and brown spots. They want me to make the background shine and the cow not. Does this mean that I should just swap the underlying white with a transparent background? Or is there someone who would like to explain to me the basic undelying white in the case of aluminum foil? Thank you very much. (Blue is representing the underlying white)

I tried to replicate the work of this video. But I am unable to get Forgets Appearance when copying. I get exact appearance of the copy. How to get a forgets appearance?     

I tabbed over to Illustrator to do something else and then all of a sudden my project was gone, illustrator was open but it was just black with no file open.When I went to "File" > Open recent projects, it was there, but when I went to open it there was only a pop up saying it couldn't be found, or something like that.So I went to the file folder where it was saved and found the file, but it opened it up to where it was over a month ago.Did I really just lose over a month of work? I thought auto save was on? It's never NOT auto saved for me before, so I didn't stress about manually saving from time to time.I can't figure out how to verify if auto save is on and google isn't helping me, but more importantly, where did all of my work go and is it possible to recover it??

Hi all,I'm completely new to the world of laptops, and I recently bought anAusus Zenbook Laptop with a 15.6-Inch Display, AMD Ryzen 7 Processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and an NVIDIA GeForce MX450 Graphics Card.Unfortunately, when I use Adobe Illustrator, my laptop tends to freeze and heat up. So, I'm thinking of getting a new one that can handle Illustrator better. I'm looking at theLenovo Ideapad Flex 5 Convertible-2-In-1 Laptop with a 16-Inch WQXGA Display, Core i7-1255U Processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and Windows 11.I'd appreciate any straightforward advice on a laptop that would work well with Adobe Illustrator. Hi,I am making a script that takes objects from visible layers and scales them on a temporary layer 'temp' and then exports those scaled and grouped objects as a png.There is only one problem, one object is a live paint and it is causing some problems. Everything looks perfect until You take a look at the exported png. The live paint object remains in original size in the export even though in illustrator it is scaled correctly with other objects. But when I run the script secont time withouth the scale function it exports as it shoulds. Hello, I encountered a problem: some lines change thickness when printing, although they are all the same!Help, please, I can't work because of this. The printer is epson l8050, but other people with these models have the same problem with printing  

HiI am using CS6 (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). I've bought Adobe Stock File #:  846938993 and downloaded it as an AI/EPS file. It is a set of gleaming lighting effects, one of which I want to extract and use in an InDesign file to add a gleam to large gold text. Please can someone very kindly explain how I can extract one of the lighting effects from File #:  846938993 and create a file that I can 'place' into my InDesign file? I presume I should be aiming to create a png file (one with a transparent background). In the last 10 years I have created thousands of png files in Photoshop and placed them in InDesign files, but I do not know how to create a png using File #:  846938993 in Illustrator.  (I've spent an hour trying to work out how, for instance by fiddling around with the layers, but failed!!) I have intermediate skills in InDesign and Photoshops, but my Illustrator skills are pretty b

Hi,I'm trying to use Envelope distort, and I can get it to look exactly the way I want it to, but it messes up the 'S', and only the S. I tried a couple letters with curves to see if it was that, but it only happens on the 'S'. Weirdly it seems like it also only happens with the fonts Illustrator comes with and not the ones I have installed. Any ideas? I'm attaching images of what I mean.
