Can somebody in here explain why THESE GUYS LOOK ALL GLITCHY!? Pngs don't turn out like this...do they?

I am using Illustrator's latest build (28.6) on a 2019 Macbook (32GB RAM, 2TB SSD with only 600GB being used) running Sonoma (14.6.1) and it is completely unusable. Simply trying to zoom in on a not particularly complex file is giving me the beach ball of death. I uninstalled all of my CC apps and then uninstalled the CC app. Completely clean Illustrator build - no plug-ins, no preferences. I uninstalled Magnet and shut down Unclutter. I have had to force quit the app five times in a row. Somebody HELP!!!!

Can someone help me with a font problem? 🫠 For a while now I can't install full font families anymore. Previously, for example, I only installed the 'bolt' of a font and it automatically installed the rest of the family from the download folder (light, regular, etc.). Now when I download a font from a family, for example bold; I can't download the rest anymore. So when I open illustrator, there is only 1 variant of the font in it. When I want to install the other variants; he removes the other variants again (hopefully this sounds clear 🫣)This means that I can no longer work with complete font families; anyone the golden tip? 🤞

the error says this is on launch. and i have never had a problem before. I also have an issue with my photoshop beta getting stuck while using and the only way to get it going is by restarting windows explorer. i use WIN11 

We have a .NET application which calls a Javascript function via COM in Adobe Illustrator 2024 V28.6.Sometimes it works, but sometimes we get an error. Im trying to cut out the stroke line from a shape, but I want it to trim the shape as well, not just remove the stroke. I can delete the stroke when I expand, but it doesn't cut the shape. I want to remove. I want to cut the white but from the shape as well

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator where numbers and characters are flipped when using the Arabic language. When I type in Arabic, the numbers and some characters do not appear in the correct order and are reversed. This disrupts the text flow and affects the design's readability.Could you please advise on how to fix this issue? Are there any specific settings or options that need to be adjusted for proper Arabic language support in Illustrator?

Illustrator has been running perfectly, until this morning when I decided to install some materials from the Substance 3D Community Assets. I got through installing maybe 6 materials into Illustrator and it crashed. Upon reopening Illustrator, and opening 3D & Materials again, it crashed. Over and over. I'm not a heavy user of Art brushes but every time I try to use them I'm baffled by the way they behave? Take this example. In black, you see the extent of the path yet the brush applied does NOT completely cover its full length? I confess I have not seen any options to force the brush to apply to the full length of the path in the Art Brush dialog box? Any help is appreciated. Must be something silly... 

I just download the Adobe Illustrator and tried to run a 30-day trial program. However, after installation, when I run it for the first time, I was told "The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem ". I am using the Windows 10 operating system. Any solution here? Thank you!

Just got back after 5 weeks away and there were updates from CC. So I updated Ai, PS, Bridge and Camera Raw to the newest version. When opening Illustrator now my own workspace has gone and Image Trace is totally different. Although the symbol is there to the right where I always have it, it does nog work. It is now under the top menu and I don't have advanced option such as ignoring white.I tried to go back to older versions but don't know the version I had this morning when everything was still working as it normally does. How can I find out which version I had?But also I presume updates give me more possibilities not less? So what is the best thing to do? I went back to older versions one at a time. 5 times! Image trace is back in 28.1 but my workspace is gone. Any ideas, help?

nastavila jsem si nové klávesové zkratky, nastavila sadu ve které jsou, ale ani po vypnutí a zapnutí Illustratoru zkratky nefungují. Co mám udělat jinak? Nebo kde by mohl být problém? 

Hola buen día. Estoy buscando la manera de poder configurar un archivo de ilustrator para poder abrirlo siempre en la misma capa y que no siempre se abra en la capa superior por default. Muchas gracias, espero su respuesta. Saludos

the pen tool wont stop changing itself from basic line and its stopping me from being able to do my project. every time i change it it switches back to the previous chosen. completely useless in this state. god damn annoyingMessage was edited by: Srishti Bali

I'd like to run a script like this: estoolkit -run path/to/myscript.jsx For example, to get Adobe Illustrator to do something from the command line. How can I get estoolkit? If that's not possible, then how can I run the script from the command line?

Hola, buenos dias.Necesito ayuda, como podemos trabajar un mismo proyecto en ilustrador en la nube sin que se genere un conflicto al momento del guardado automatico. y no permita trabajar asi.Estoy intentando trabajar en dos equipos un proyecto pero cuando se trabajan al mismo tiempo se crea un archivo nuevo generado por un error de guardaddo

As far a I can tell, Illustrator now functions only as a type-and-page layout tool, rather than as a design tool for any other area of interest. Do I have that right? For years I have used AI, successfully,  in designing large and small projects in wood, plastic, and metal. Until now, in AI 2024. Is it no longer possible to specify a measurement standard, e.g., inches, centimeters, millimeters, etc., leaving  "points" as the only  unit of measurement allowed? I hope I'm wrong about that, but that cumbersome and clunky procedure of specifying each individual measurement unit, which is then translated instantly into points, is stupid and laughable. I've been paying for a subscription to Adobe for quite a few years, but if this situation is what I'm going to be stuck with from now on, bye-bye Adobe. This is a non-starter for me. Is this situation really the case, or am I missing something? Say it aint so, Adobe.

I cannot understand clearly purpose of this operation, eventhough it is said.How to Use Expand and expand appearance in Adobe Illustrator Time 8.08-8.20"Get rid of fill in characters panel and pasting fill in type panel. That mean going from characters to type panel."  This is performed by a delete & paste operation. I can understand cut & paste but this is delete & paste operation.
