InDesign publish online - videos do not play in Chrome, but do play on Firefox and Safari

My Publish Online Document does not play video when it is viewed in Chrome.

The video does, however, play in Safari and Firefox.

It appears that the issue is that it is running the video in shockwave.

The videos in this demo version of publish online do however work.

    Hello this is the mistake in Chrome... I did Call to Adobe Support and tell me that Chrome is the problem, They can't resolve the ERROR !!

    this is the codec error in Chrome

    I checked link shared by you and video does work on chrome.

    Would you mind sharing the file(INDD file and online link) where video does not play on chrome?
